Great work! Daryl our very friendly plumber came and put our fixtures and utilities in our bathroom and charged us next to nothing! He had the whole job done in less than an hour ( toilet, sink, and vanity) he did an amazing job and even adapted to the changes we made to the bathroom making the sink in the place we wanted! Very efficient work and did an amazing job! We have had no problem with anything he did and friendly plumbing will definitely be the ones I call if anything ever happens with our plumbing again (knock on wood). I was recommended by my good friend who had Eric do work for them and am very happy I had them do the work. This company is very responsive to take care of your needs. I called them on July 8th to come fix a water leak , they said it would be the next day . I told them I would have to rent another room and she then said hang on when she came back on the line she said that they could make it but it would not be until 5 that evening. I said that would be fine . You see it was the main line into my house so I had to turn all the power off so I didn't burn up my well . Anyway they called me at 4:30 and said the guy was there waiting so I ran home . He id the problem and came out went and got the stuff to repair it with and he was done in less than a hour and that includes the tome he was waiting. The bill was very reasonable. HORRIBLE SHOULD BE RENAMED UNFRIENDLY PLUMBING - unprofessional rude and procrastinating as well as unorganized Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over two weeks ago my hot water heater started leaking. I luckily have a home warranty is what I was thinking I called and after a week they got a second person to come look at the hot water heater on an urgent status as my hot water heater leaking is causing a lot of damage. The friendly service man came out was wonderful and helpful however for 2 weeks we struggled to get the quote to install a new water heater. I spoke with someone twice who had no knowledge fo a service request at my address. I called the service man who told me he had forwarded the information to the person who does quotes and would get back to me. Julie is the lady in the office who was completely rude and not helpful at all when I called back. I spoke with her and she told me that she would get a quote together. We received the quote after speaking with someone the day prior and explaining we had a 1" gasoline that ran under the whole house (noone has even inspected under the house or came out to gather information to see what would really need to be done) based on what we were told we only needed a 1" gasoline to install our new water heater. We have that all the way up until the water heater and the what connects to the existing is smaller. They keep saying we need all new pipe up to the unit however all we are told is it needs to be 1" which it is. Still noone has come out to to a quote. They say will tell the warranty people what is going on. To look for another company. and was super disrespectful I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy!!! HORRIBLE experience. I'm torn on this one. Had them out twice to snake and scope sewer line. That went really well. While they were there I asked for two bids, both plumbing related. We just purchased another home and within living there a week we couldn't get hot water. We did purchase a 1year warranty from Fidelity National. They sent out Friendly Plumbing, who came out immediately. I have to say Friendly Plumbing made the experience very easy! They called me before they came out, I had to take my youngest to school and left a note on the door for the technician to please wait. I was very pleased to see a parked van waiting for me as soon as I got back. The technician was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable with parts he needed on hand! Within 15-20 minutes the repair was complete. I can't rate pricing because it was paid through our insurance but as for customer service, coming within a timely matter I give them 5stars!!! read more

I think our experience with Friendly Plumbing was about as good an experience as one can have while doing a complete bathroom remodel including new fixtures, hardware and moving some pipes. Friendly Plumbing was professional, friendly, kept their appointments, handled the surprises (and there were several) well, and did a quality job with quality parts across more visits than I think we both expected (in part due to surprises on other parts of the remodel job they weren't responsible for). To top it off, their going-in estimate, while not the lowest (they were highly recommended by someone we trust so we went with them), felt reasonable. Their final bill was also about as close to the estimate as one could expect. While I'm guessing it is impossible to know what the specific surprises will be in a given remodel project, allowing for surprises in the estimate so as to set customer expectations and provide flexibility is apparently something they do really well (and was much appreciated on our end). I highly recommend Friendly Plumbing based on my experience with them. read more

Nice technicians and plumbers that come out to fix your plumbing, but you have to go through the disgruntled old woman working at their central office first. She answers the phone "Friendly Plumbing" but doesn't appear to know what being "friendly" actually means. Never says thank you, goodbye, or even makes the caller feel like an individual. Made an appointment for 10:00 am. At 10:30 am I call to find out where the plumber is, and she tells me between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm is when they'll arrive. I was not notified of this, and threw a massive wrench into my school and work schedule for the day. I will NEVER give Friendly Plumbing another cent, as they completely fail in communicating with their customers and don't even value their needs. read more

Terrible service need an air gap line put in and now my sink does not drain and the gap line sprays water everywhere he came back to fix it but nothing's changed and my sink won't drain properly the guy makes you uncomfortable and doesn't say anything thought he was still here got up and realize that he had left without saying anything I don't recommend this company to anybody very unprofessional read more

Was referred to this company from our regular plumber. Set up an appointment to have some new plumbing work done on a bath remodel on a day that they had NOTHING scheduled. The appointment was for 1 pm when I was sure to have everything ready for him. The plumber never showed and never called. I had to call to find out what was going on. The company rep said that the plumber went to another job in the morning (that was scheduled after my appointment was scheduled) and was running late and that he wouldn't be able to do the job until the next day. The day I had drywall scheduled to be installed. Needless to say I had to run around and find another plumber on short notice to do the job. My advice is that if you don't schedule this company in the early morning the job will never get done, unless you go to someone else. read more

Friendly Plumbing went above and beyond our expectations on the plumbing job we presented them. Carlos was the individual that performed the work. We had a problem in the underground pipe -- we had used the services of FP before -- cleaning out plugged system a few times. Later, we had a misunderstanding on when and how to perform underground work on a different problem. We performed a good deal of work digging up the "trench" . However this was resolved clearly. Carlos performed amazingly difficult work. Very friendly, easy to work with, and VERY hard worker. Solved the very difficult "problem" presented. We unreservedly recommend FP and Carlos for any plumbing issues -- from "simple to extreme". Terrific company. read more

They came out to my house for a Fidelity Warranty claim. Fantastic work by their employee Carlos, who not only fixed the issues that we knew about also found a couple of other things that were wrong and it was all covered under the home warranty. Julie, their dispatcher, communicated well during the lead up to the appointment, and she went to bat with the warranty company to make sure that everything got covered. In my opinion, Unethical Bidding Practices: I have a small but nice home on Mount Rose Highway. I called Friendly Plumbing based upon a recommendation from my realtor. The estimator came out to bid my remodel job: running water to a shower, toilet, and sink, plus a vent. And I provide the fixtures. Nothing complicated: the walls are open to the studs (access is easy), the water supply is in the next room (about 3 feet away). This is at most, a day's work for one plumber. Got my estimate from Frlendly ... $3001. Incredulous, I called and asked them if they'd made a mistake. No, the estimator said, it was correct. When I asked him how much they charge for hour, he said $85. Now, if you allow for $500 in materials (ridiculously generous), that's $2500 in labor. Either they plan on staying on the job for 30 hours, or they're charging $250 an hour, for a 10 hour day. Hey, I'm not opposed to paying a professional to do a good job, but what likely happened was: the estimator took one look at my house, figured I was an ignorant consumer, and saw dollar signs. Needless to say, they didn't get the job, and I would seriously consider carefully any bid you get from these people. read more

On February 23, 2018 one of your plumbers (Lee) came to my house to install a shower and reroute the water lines and vent piping. I also needed shut off valves installed for a sink on the outside of the wall as the sink is on the back deck. He was there at 8:30 a.m. and according to Julie at the office was back at their shop at 3:30 p.m. I was told by Julie over the phone that he had 6 1/2 hours into the job at $87.00 an hour which would be $565.50. The plumber did use some water lines and on the bill this came to $14.00 however, I was charged over $600.00 for this first day. The only thing that was done in this first day was about 3 to 5 feet of water line, he soldered the copper pipe to the rough in valve and laid it up against the wall, and I have two short pieces of water pipe coming through the wall for the shut off valves. After 6 1/2 hours of doing this he went back to his shop and I was told he would return on Monday to finish the job. He arrived Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and left at 3:30 p.m. and the only thing that was done on this day was the shower pan set and the shower walls installed, the water lines to the shower was completed (only about another 3 - 5 feet of pipe as we put in a smaller shower than what was in there). He rerouted the vent pipe, again only moving it about 3 feet. When I complained about the time it was taking to complete the job to Friendly Plumbing, I was told he had to do some carpentry work to secure the shower walls. This consisted of two pieces of 2x4 to be placed in the frame to secure the shower walls (frame was exposed no drywall was up yet). Still do not have shot off valves and the job is still not done. I talked to some other plumbers (I worked for a plumbing company for twenty years and explained what had to be done and got the same response from everyone that this job should have been done in one day). Well when he left on Monday the 26th of February I was handed a bill for over $1200.00 and I still do not have the job completed. Needless to say this plumbing company will not be out to our house again for the finish and the second bathroom remodel. Plumber was great. Showed up on time and installed our water heater without problem. It took over a week though before we got the bill. When we called their office to pay the bill with our credit card, they said they would put the charge through. 2 weeks later, we call again as the charge had not been put through. It has been almost a month now and they still haven't applied the charge. I hope we don't get charged with late charges. Their billing department sucks! read more

I made an appointment (which took 4 days to get) for an estimate on a very large refit of plumbing pipe on older home. I was already warned this was going to cost alot, but the job needed to get done. Upon appointment day, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called again and they had FORGOTTEN me. The girl actually told me maybe I should go somewhere else. This was a case of a front girl not knowing her job. I said I would accept the mistake and could someone come out soon. An hour later he was there. Took measurements and I made the job simple by opening walls for work done. He said he would go back and email the estimate back. TWO (2) days later, still nothing. I called and was told they are still working on it. Why does everyone LIE when they simply don't want the work? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I shared my experience with my neighbor and he said if I had asked him first he would have said NOT to get them at all.
