We've been here a few times now, and I'll start off with saying that this location definitely still has the old school Friendly's vibe. They are slowly updating the seat cushions and the area is very clean. The service is always fast and the waitress' continuously check on us. The only reason this review has 3 stars is the few times I've been here the burger was falling apart and under cooked, the mini mozzarella sticks for my daughter were over cooked and hard and 2 kids said their stomachs hurt after. My partner took me here for a late dinner after seeing a movie and it was very nice! I saw a lot of negative reviews on this place so I wanted to check it out personally. When we got there we were seated immediately and a waiter was with us soon after. She was super nice and friendly along with being incredibly fast with our food and drinks. The food was great and cooked really well along with being out quick, we also enjoyed the nice music while we ate. Overall this is a very solid place to go out for dinner, it's very cute and appetizing! read more

If you have an allergy STAY AWAY FROM FRIENDLYS!!! I am extremely allergic to dairy. Ordered the veggie burger. Clearly stated NO MAYO (see screenshot of the order attached). Does it say no mayo? Sure does. Did it come with mayo? Sure did. Now I'll be sick for the entire night. On top of that when I called the manager Heather she argued with me that the order never referenced no mayo. Maybe she can't read. Then probably shouldn't be the manager. Nor should a manager cut off a customer when the customer is talking. Worst experience. I will NEVER EVER go here again. I work at a group home and I took my clients to eat at Friendly's for lunch. Robin was our waitress and she was really sweet at first but after I asked her for 3 separate checks ( for work purposes which I explained to her and it was just 3 people with one meal each. Nothing crazy or hard to do.) she completely changed. She cursed, yanked the check out of my hand and when I got up to go pay at the register to talk to the manager she came up to me and tried to yank my card and check out of my hand AGAIN!!! I was so shocked at the complete disrespect I was getting from this waitress! She should be fired honestly! I've never EVER had an experience like this. I had to yell at her to get away from me. If you're a larger party (especially teenagers trying to celebrate a big accomplishment) you're better off across the street at Applebees or Wendy's. I've come in twice with about 8 people each time and we were told they could not take separate checks. How can you not input the orders separately? The truth is it's not their system but it's their employee's laziness. My first visit we were told it had to be put on one card so we reluctantly paid, but my second visit we were told we could have two checks. How is their policy different day to day? My second group then proceeded to all sit in smaller groups throughout the restaurant and suddenly they could split us into 4 separate checks. Many of my friends have had similar experiences with large groups. Mind you each time we visited we were almost the only people in the restaurant. We are all very respectful and always ask for split checks in advance so we do not deserve this service. To top things off we always have the same waitress who is constantly flirting with our one friend and being rude about our billing situation. All that for overpriced ice cream! It's a shame because friendlys has been a go to ever since I was a child but not anymore. read more

Definitely one of the worst places I have been to in my life. Waited at least 10 minutes to be seated since there was no host. At least 3 separate employees saw my son, my girlfriend, and I waiting but didn't bother to seat us. Half of the employees were standing around with their AirPods in doing absolutely nothing. Finally got seated and ordered food. Waited at least 30-45 mins for food when there was only 5 other tables there. My food didn't taste bad. My girlfriends didn't taste bad. My sons Mac and Frank's food tasted absolutely horrible. Mac and cheese was soggy and tasted terrible. The hot dogs were burnt and tasted like rubber. My son threw up on the way to the car in the parking lot. All of us have food poisoning from it. Will never go there again!! read more

We love this Friendlys! My special needs son has a limited diet which means we find ourselves here multiply times a week and its not just the food but also the people and atmosphere. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming especially the manager Heather! I was suspicious that the parking lot and eating area were half empty on a Father's Day morning. On group of five in front of us had been waiting to be seated over fifteen minutes. Ten minutes later my wife and I still had not even been greeted, let alone seated. Finally the manager came and asked the group of five the name for their seating. They had to tell they had been asked already. I then asked could we at least be give a place to sit since the place was mostly empty. The manager said she only had three servers and turned away. When I spoke louder to ask if we could simply sit down somewhere she told me I was not to yell at her. I told her she was not to turn away while I was still talking. She simply walked away. This is not the first time I have received poor service from here. This was the second time we had Ruth as our waitress. After, dropping of our food, she did not bother to check-up on us to see if we needed anything or how the food was. After, 20 minutes of being done with our meals and not receiving our bill. We need to flag down another waitress for our bill, because clearly Ruth could not be bothered. After, deciding to speak with the manager Nick about our issues with our service and him pretty much pushing us out the door without an apology. we will not be returning here for awhile. Been here several times great place if you don't want to cook....wouldn't do it every night.....service is pretty good food is good the price is good....My only problem is they sweep the floor when your eating that's not good the dust gets on your food and with dust comes germs.....not healthy next time I will say something because if I'm not mistaken its against board of health rules.....and the place needs a real good make over inside some paint would be nice....starting to look dumpy....but I will continue to go there love there burgers and fries.... read more

Was seated, and it took 15 minutes for someone to finally us what we wanted to order , while the whole place was empty and there were 4 waiters , one sitting talking to there boyfriend while people coming in are waiting to be seated standing for 5 minutes going,"wtf am I going to be seated?", one drinking from there soda , and one charging there phone. The one person who wasn't even a server but someone from the kitchen I praise because they took the time to come out and seat people, and then we finally got our order taken , while every other waiter sat and did nothing. Overall , way over staffed , but no one working. Had a nice waiter named Liz , who I praise as well , she was nice and actually acknowledged us while other waiters just looked over us or looked at us and looked the other way. Food took a long while to get though and it seemed like it was cooked by high schoolers , and desert was horrible , the fribble didn't even taste like one. Wouldn't recommend. read more
