Awful, and should avoid! Ordered our food the same time as our drinks... no drinks EVER came (3 waters and 5 milks). Wrong side on one of the adult meals, wrong side on 2/3 kid meals, and totally forgot a 4th kids meal. Asked to be corrected and server never came back to the table so completely forgot about all the errors and brought bill completely unchanged! When reminding him of errors he said the drinks (that we never received) were free... um we never got them?! The kids meals were still listed full price (kids meal comes with side and drink and again 2/3 were missing from 2 of the kids meals and again whole table never got drinks). Another costumer (doing pickup) was complaining about something at the counter and a worker in the kitchen legit threw a metal container down in anger. Stay away!! read more

If your looking for fast food with a traditional restaurant feel this is a great stop! Our server Audrey was attentive and extra friendly! The open dining space allows for social distancing. Located just off the main drag it was easy to find. Tastey eats and a strawberry shake with a cherry or two on top made this stop extra special! 100% would recomend! read more

On a road trip we were looking for a good, quick burger! We ended up both getting the bacon cheeseburger combo meals. The bacon cheeseburger cake with lettuce and mayo and was a hit with my husband. They made my modifications correctly (I'm a bit picky) haha. The fries were ample and came super hot and fresh! Good quick fast food while on the roads and reasonably priced! read more

First time going to a big boy and wasnt sure what to expect. I was greeted and seated promptly and hardly no wait. Friendly faces and great customer service. Any issues we had they had no problems getting it fixed. The food was amazing and without paying and arm and a leg. The mozzarella sticks cooked to perfection! Fried mushrooms to die for, and a basic bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich that could honestly replace my go to BF sandwiches. Overall extremely satisfied and had a great first impression! Placed online order for a patty melt with two sides (onion rings and fries), big boy, mozzarella sticks app. Didn't get fries at all and the burger was the wrong one (some single patty burger with onion and lettuce). Just extremely disappointed when you can't get what you order for nearly $22. We were only car in drive thru and they left the window open and didn't appear busy at all inside either. Had a bad experience here. The vegetable soup is brown the coleslaw is so dry the waitress messed up three times the onion rings have no taste to them. I am shocked at this experience I've always had good experiences here but today was the worst and it's going to be a very long time before I go back if ever read more

We were highly disappointed. I ate my burger but it was made wrong and overall lacking flavor. My milkshake was bad. I don't know if it is how they normally make it or if something was just off but I did not finish it. The chili fries were a nice size portion but bland as hell. Which is really weird for something with chili and cheese on it. All this after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru before anyone even acknowledged our existance. We won't be back. read more

Tonight I went out to dinner with my family for my brothers birthday. My family ordered 3 sandwiches and I got the buffalo chicken bites with fries. They all got their food before me which is totally okay, I waited 5-10 minutes extra and when they brought my food out, there was no sauce on my chicken like I ordered or like the picture in the menu. When I tried it, it was plain chicken. Decent but, not what I ordered. The waitress came to collect their plates while I was finished up with eating and asked me "how are the chicken bites?" And I said "good haha." A few minutes later I had finished and she had came back and gave us the check and she says "since the food was late I didn't charge you for the chicken" and our total only came to $18.65, my dad went up to the register to pay and they had charged us not only for the wings but extra?? Their food came up to only $18 and my wings were $7 with tax, in the end it came up to $28. If you were to make the food and realize after you served it that it wasn't what they ordered than you should go back out and offer them a cup of sauce because it wasn't premade, or, if you knew there wasn't any sauce you should've let the customer know you were out and offered them something different instead of trying to play it off. Food was still okay but, This all plays into customer service and for all I can say, it was very poor and I had never seen this from them before but i will definitely not be coming back anytime soon. read more
