TINA is god sent i will never stop coming here as long as she is here. Ghost is a Pomeranian and happened to coincidentally get booked with her when the previous groomer was unavailable and I just fell in love with her work. My puppy Kylo will only be seeing her as soon as he is old enough to be groomed Ghost has always had bad anxiety going to the groomers (pet smart in Florida) but he seems to be comfortable and happy every time we pick him up so they are doing something right! So happy I discovered Frisco pet grooming. They got us in with short notice for a bath. This was the best our dog has looked after a bath in a long time from other groomers. I'm disabled and have difficulty walking so I use handicap parking or park as close as I can to any business. Today, the business employee came out of the building and asked me to not use the handicap parking at 5pm. They stated that they may have customers that need to pick up a pet after their business closes at 5pm. The handicap parking is shared by 3 businesses. I pointed to the handicap parking sign on the wall by their door but the employee didn't care and just wanted me to move. Is this legal or an ADA violation?? UPDATE 10/29/18 - Owner reached out and apologized for the issue and gave us a free grooming for the next time we come in. All is well. Took my 7 month old puppy here to get his very first grooming and I am sad to say that I am very disappointed. I usually do not check the inside of my dog's ears and ear cleaning is included in the grooming service, my dog's ears were not clean at all. I paid $70. Do not think I will come back. read more

Unfortunately, I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. First, I call to make an appointment for my golden retrievers first groom (hair cut). My appointment was scheduled for 9am. I arrive and she says 3 other dogs walked in before me so they cannot give me an estimate time of when to pick up. We discuss what I wanted in her hair cut and the groomer comes out of the back and says about 3 hours is a good estimate. I explain it's her first time and I am trusting them. It's now 12 o clock, we call and they say that they haven't even started on her yet. Therefore she's been locked up in the groomers kennel from 9am-12:05pm. Don't you think she'd need to go potty by now since she hadn't been attended to in three hours yet her appointment was scheduled for 9am? Apparently not to them! I say okay, we call back at 1:30pm to see where abouts there at on the bath or hair cut. They don't answer. We receive a text saying "This is Frisco Pet Grooming, giving you an update on Bear, she was on the table getting her hair cut and she had a accident. She now has to be bathed again, so it will take a bit longer for to be ready for pickup." I wonder why she had an accident, being her first time being groomed, a 11 month old puppy, locked up in a kennel for god knows how long before they even started on her even though our appointment was 4.5 hours ago. I will never be going back to this groomer and I want to share this message so that others planning on coming here know that appointments don't mean anything- save your time and money and dogs well-being and anxiety. read more

Yesterday was the last time I used their services. I understand things happen but what upsets me the most is that no one said anything to me. When I dropped off my fur baby there was absolutely nothing wrong with her eye. I picked her up and all of a sudden she couldn't open her left eye properly. Due to their COVID-19 procedures, I didn't notice until we were home because she was carried out to my car. Tracie (not the person who groomed her) was very sweet and concerned as she handled this situation. I hope the person that groomed her gets some additional training on how to handle situations like these. Had the groomer explained what happened to me when I picked my fur baby up, that would've made a world of a difference. It was our first time taking our baby here. We love the haircut but he went home coughing a lot. I am not sure if that was a kennel cough, too much hair around or was forced and strained his throat. I drove all the way from Dallas to have my Pomeranian groomed. I am very pleased. Setting up an appointment was easy, and they do texting too which I really like. They did require shot records. I hate when my Pomeranian is shaved, I asked the groomer, Brent? ( I can't remember his name but he did a great job), if he would cut her fur instead. Love love how everything turned out.
