Attitude and service is awful, I booked my dog for the gold package which is the most expensive one that should include everything and on top I ordered a brush out, went there and the girl who didn't smile the whole time refused to take him because he has mats and needs a groomer and she is only a bath giver, why would I book the most expensive service if we need only a bath? Of course she gave us a lecture "to educate us" on how to take care of our dog. Left there and called other businesses around the area and took him there, and they did an awesome job with great customer service. If you want to take your dog to the dog house it's better if you brush and wash your dog then take it so its condition can meet their standards. read more

First time bringing our dog here. Drop off and pick up were easy. We went with the silver bath package. Our dog was fine with everything, other than the nail trim...she's not a fan. Note that they'll give you a 60-90 min estimate. I'm guessing that's the standard time and it'll vary based on the amount of time it takes for the grooming. They called us around 35 mins after drop off, letting us know she was ready. Labs don't need much grooming. Point is, be ready to leave at any point. If you show up too late, they will charge late fees. Our dog is so soft and smells great too. We'll be back! read more

I took my dog here for her first ever grooming appointment (at least with me, she's adopted) her hair was all different lengths since the shelter I got her from shaved only her matted fur. Despite this, the groomers managed to get her hair completely even and it looks beautiful! I'm so happy with the job they did on her haircut, I love the work they've done! I'm one of those dog owners who gets nervous leaving their fur baby at a grooming shop (always been). To top it off my dog does not like to be groomed so that adds to my nervousness lol. Anyhow, i found this place and spoke to the person and they took my dog in the next day. When i dropped off my dog with the young lady at groomers she reassured me it would be okay, when she handled my dog she was super gentle and sweet. My 70 year old mother made an appointment for her 17 yr old yorkie to get a haircut. She showed up for the appointment and they told her that they did not have her on the schedule. The woman offered to cut her nails for free but then told her she was backed up. She made my mother wait outside in 90 degree heat with a 17 year old dog with heart problems wait outside for me to pick her up. It's easier to retain customers then to find new ones. We have 3 dogs in the family that we're going to try this place out. Not anymore. It looks like the woman does a great job from the internet picks that were posted, but you should be ashamed the way you treated my mother. The least you could do is let her sit inside and wait for her ride. read more

Rude and deceitful about prices. Really unfortunate and wrong. I'd just look up other grooming services near you and choose a place less stressful and rude/defensive for no reason. You're paying $50-60 for a BATH. The hair cut is not included. Price confirmed before appointment and changed double after when time to pay. Still haven't received the receipt I asked for several times. Why are you afraid to show me what I am paying for? And why get defensive when I am politely asking you why the price doubled all of a sudden? Work on your customer service and update your website. It's deceptive and wrong. Response to owner: I don't "feel" like I was deceived, I straight up was. If the total price was told to have been $160 then my dad would have left & not have even done the services because that's insane. I have a 55 pound golden retriever & a 7 pound chihuahua. And I DID ask for a receipt, actually about five times. The first woman who came out was nice and said she'd write down everything broken down but never came back and instead you came with no paper no receipt and very defensive and rude from the start. And you talked about my sister as if she was dumb when she was standing right there. The disrespect was just appalling and for what? It was extremely difficult to talk to you because you were irritated before even meeting me. I was told I'd receive a receipt via e-mail when I asked multiple times to see it in writing and never received it. And I did call about grooming services TWICE before the dogs came in and told how old they were what breed and how old and was never told it would be $90 for a GOLDEN RETRIEVER. This isn't a poodle and there's nothing special to even be done. You told my dad and agreed on $75 for the golden retriever, which was $20 over the price told on website and if the words $150 were ever spoken of before the grooming, my dad would have walked out because that's double the price we were expecting. And when you called, I'm sure you could hear in the background that there were some personal matters and it was bad timing. I don't wake up thinking about the groomers who scammed me, so no I didn't return a call because there's nothing to discuss, you had a chance to explain & give me in writing at the time, but you were defensive and dismissive as well as condescending. I've never had to deal with anything like it & what's done is done, I know you're not giving me a refund of any type so please let this go. read more
