My hygienist, Shivangi, was kind and thorough and walked me through everything she did. Dr. Jay took time explaining his assessment and all of my imaging. While making my follow up appointment for a crown, they told me they could get it done that day preventing me from having multiple visits. I've been told that the type of coverage is obvious both on the front and the back of the card immediately. I was taken into the exam room and quickly was told I was scheduled for X-rays and they took about 13 of them!! Then my teeth were cleaned. Nobody came into the room to explain that they do not accept my insurance in all of that time. So when I went up to the desk to make my next appointment I was advised that they do not accept my new insurance and I was told I owed almost $800. I begged them to find a way to lower that and they did get it down to around $500., which I paid because I had to. Since I had made the appointment, I would have been happy to pay for the cleaning but I feel they took advantage of me with the x-rays.

The most RUDE and JUDGMENTAL staff ever. Do not recommend. 0 stars if I could…read more At my appointment, the doctor personally told me that my X-rays showed two black masses that "didn't look normal" and that it was urgent a radiologist review them. Naturally, I was alarmed and expected prompt follow-up. Three days later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the radiology company myself, only to learn they hadn't even received my images until Monday, even though I was seen on Thursday. A week later, when I followed up with the dentist, I was told they still hadn't heard from the radiologist. When I contacted the radiology company again, they informed me that the case had not been marked as urgent by the dentist, despite what the doctor told me in person. They said they would flag it as urgent themselves, but that it should have been done by the dentist's office from the start. To make matters worse, when I called to have my records transferred, the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back, another receptionist was also very rude and dismissive. This situation was incredibly stressful and handled with a complete lack of urgency or care. If a doctor tells a patient something looks abnormal and needs urgent review, that should be treated seriously, not ignored for days. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
