This discount tire was really busy on the day i happened to go in. Although they did get to me as quickly as possible. The person who went out with me, was friendly and seemed thorough. I was told it was going to be a certain amount of time but unfortunately it ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than anticipated. Getting the car back seemed a little more complicated than it needed to be just because they had a pretty big line for folks trying to drop off their car and also a fairly long line of folks wanting to pick up as well. We've gone here for years but no more. Took our vehicle in for a rotate and this is the second vehicle they have sheared bolts off of. They pay to have them welded back on but when my husband went ( way south) to have it done he found out they sheared three bolts, not two. So he drove down with only two bolts holding the tire On. Found a parking spot my girlfriend pick me up drop me off at work got back to the parking lot where I had parked. I called USAA insurance and they came out and changed the tire. Put a little donut tire on I called discount tire ordered my tire. It was in that afternoon, but didn't have time to get it till Saturday since I had ordered it on Friday they pushed us out really fast with the tire had a great price. Could never say anything bad about that kind of service these guys rock and work hard never underestimate the power of discount tire. I think they are supposed to use torque wrench when installing wheels. Well, they didn't. I retorqued all 20 lug nuts after getting the vehicle back - two of them were seriously over torqued. Not sure if my wife would be able to remove them (remember The Big Bang Theory? Burned the vehicle trying to remove the lug nut). Damaging for the studs too. The tires look OK. read more

I am so impressed. I made an appointment to get my snow tires put on. got there at 3:15. lt was very busy. I figured it might take a while. around 4:30, the manager approached me and profusely apologized for the delay. they had apparently lost track that I had an appointmen5 vs being a 'walk-in'. to make up for the error, they gave me my tire change for free. I used the web portal to shop tires after extensive research and decided on the ones that would work best for me. This was on a Wednesday. The site mentioned it would be Monday before the tires came in. No problem. I set up the appointment for Tuesday morning... Come in Tuesday at my scheduled time @ 830. Tires are not in. The staff did offer an alternative, however I wished to keep my original tire selection. I requested they call me when the tires come in and left to my vehicle in the parking lot. After starting my vehicle, another technician came to my window and said they can get the same tires in that afternoon, just slightly larger, from LT245 to LT265. That was acceptable for me. They scheduled a later appointment that day, but guess what? Tires are late, I'm waiting again. I learned from the technician that my original tires did come in but were used on someone else's order. My frustrations stem from doing everything to have all my ducks in a row and not waist time. This whole situation could have been averted if the tires I ordered were not given to someone else. Yesterday we set out from our brothers house in LaPorte to return our rent car at the airport and fly home.I immediately noticed that one of the rent car tires was 15 pounds low. I took in my flat tire for repair. The service person came out took a look at my tire and decided that it can not be repaired without even testing it to find out where the leak is. He just assumed that it was from a previous repair and said that he does not think they can fix it. They wanted to sell me a new tire instead. So I took the tire to Big O tires and they fixed it. It turned out that the leak was NOT from the previously repaired hole. All Discount Tire needed to do was to take a few minutes and check the tire. I think they say that they would repair the flat tire for free, but what they REALLY want to do is to sell you new tires instead. NOT acceptable!! read more

I went to this discount tire on September 6th to get my back tires replaced. There was a hole in the left one that I had repaired along with my front tires replaced at a different location a couple months ago. Everything seemed fine when I left the shop after "replacing" the back tires. I paid nearly $300 for this along with some new wiper blades. The tire light came on the next day and I was confused but I was working a lot and didn't have time to figure it out so I stopped to fill my tires with air and left it at that. The tire light kept showing up again; I was working and just hoped that it was something with my car. This morning i'm leaving for work and my front left tire is completely flat. Upon further examination of my tires I've realized that the old tires were put on the front of my car and the tires I bought months ago were put on the back. Note: this car is a 2019 Camry and these back tires that were on it were the factory stock tires. They're literally smooth, there's no tread. $300 isn't easy for me to pay but I knew replacing these tires was important especially since winter is approaching. I trusted discount tire with my car and was really screwed over by this shop. The other shop in Fort Collins was awesome and efficient with changing my front tires a couple months ago, but DONT GO HERE. read more

Not impressed with this store. We were second in-line on Saturday morning to get my tire fixed - it had a nail in it. Waited for an hour before it was "fixed". Sunday, I took the car out and ended up stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire! Same tire they "fixed", same nail, still in the tire! All they did, after having the car for an hour, was put air in it, which resulted in me being stranded on the side of the road the following day. Completely incompetent. I did call Monday morning to complain and all the manager, Chris, had to say was "Sorry about that." Are you kidding? If your loved ones will be driving your vehicle, take it somewhere you can trust, where they will actually do the repairs before sending the unsafe vehicle back home with you. read more

Great experience! For starters, I came here for tires because several months ago I had a slow leak on one of my tires and pulled in for a repair. They fixed the tire quickly and at no charge, even though the tires were not purchased at Discount Tire! My recent visit was for new tires as a result of normal "wear and tear". The representative was able to recommend tires similar to my previous set but with good potential for longer tread life. The service was fast, friendly and professional, even though they were obviously quite busy. I'd scheduled an appointment; the service was completed within the 45 minute window I'd been promised, and the tires are meeting my expectations. a follow up on a bad review I left previously. my 81 year old father in law had a flat tire on a minivan, we took it to the north college store and left it overnight for a tire repair. the next day when he went to get it the tire had beeping thrown out and they tried to sell him new tires, these still have plenty of tread and don't need replaced. he left with his rim in the back seat on a questionable donut spare to go elsewhere for a replacement. I did receive a call from the manager at the south college store who told me he would have the manager from the other store call my father in law to try and help rectify this situation. to date he has never received any call. currently, I absolutely can not recommend Discount Tire for services. read more

Excellent service!! My son brought his car in to get a set of winter tires put on that were being shipped from another location. When he arrived at 4:30 for his appointment, it was discovered that Fedex had lost one of his tires. Christian was very helpful and located a set only 20 mins away in Loveland. My son drove to Loveland and they put on the new set of tires. Since we had scheduled his regular tires to be picked up for storage at the Fort Collins location, Christian said he would pick up the tires from the Loveland store the next morning and bring them to his store.
