An absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish! As a first-time skydiver, I had a lot…read moreof nerves, but after speaking with one of the owners on the phone beforehand, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process, and reassure me. My partner, who has skydived before, was also impressed by the professionalism, and care of this family (brothers) veteran-owned business. From the moment we arrived , we watched another group land, seeing first hand the entire team in action (and the excitement of the land). It was clear that they truly love what they do, and their passion shows in how they treat each guest. Though small plane, small airport, safety was clearly the top priority, but they also made sure we fully embraced the experience. Total admission, as the ride up in the small plane was both thrilling and nerve-wracking. Anthony kept me calm and reassured as the ground got farther and farther away, checking in and making sure ready. Once the door opened came the moment--I was not prepared for the power of the wind and noise of it all, but that is was when it all became real. Stepping to the edge and taking the leap was an indescribable moment. But the second we were in freefall, the fear melted away, replaced by the most awe-inspiring experience I've ever had. The views as far as Austin were absolutely breathtaking, and once the parachute opened, there was a peacefulness I never expected. Dangling above the world (yes dangling), taking it all in, was nothing short of magical. If you've ever thought about skydiving but felt unsure, this is the place to do it. These brothers professionalism, kindness, and passion for what they do make all the difference. I did the research, and I can't recommend them highly enough! #UnforgettableExperience #IncredibleViews

Kids have fun, but... 1) PUT SIGNS UP BY THE MASSAGE CHAIRS…read moreso that people know not to sit in chairs without paying! Making the chairs produce some annoying, distant sound doesn't stop "squatters" because they don't know that they're the reason for the incessant beeping! The shrill beeps seem like they're coming from somewhere far away, so when I sat in one of the chairs, another customer (NOT even an employee) was forced to graciously inform me that, to make the beeping stop, I had to pay for a massage, or move away. I was mortified, as well as infuriated that Urban Air didn't bother to post signs with this basic information. From then on, for at least 50% of every trip to Urban Air, I've heard the stupid, continuous beeping. Each time I look over to find the culprit, I see the noise pollution is caused by oblivious parents scrolling away on their phones, as they luxuriate in the comfort of these ill-designed chairs. The chairs keep screeching their obnoxious and passive-aggressive rejection of "free rides" for patrons, meanwhile failing to inform them of desired course of action. God, it makes this place a living h*ll... 2) PROVIDE MORE OUTLETS for working and non-working parents alike, who need to charge devices. The location that my children force me to frequent provides ONE outlet, under a booth table. If you don't snag the booth, forget your charging needs! Listen: No one wants to sit for 2-3 hours with a dying device, unable to their check email. If you don't bring a fully charged device, you can expect it to die sometime during the visit. There should be outlets next to each seating area along the walls. The answer is insanely simple -- if you want parents who are willing to bring their kids to Urban Air, make the parents happy.

Do not go here! DO NOT GO HERE! Do not go here!…read more Membership is misleading, and they have been unresponsive on canceling the membership. We provided all documentation for the written guidelines to cancel the membership and they continue to give us the runaround.. On top of that, the place is not safe. They do not adequately Train their staff and are significantly understaffed. Unfortunate. Don't let the other positive reviews mislead you as they are paying for box and most of them are not real. This is not a three star yelp establishment.

You arrive to the airport and follow the signs for parking. Go up the stairs into the office and check in, they will get you when they're ready. The employees in the office were very knowledgeable and friendly. I went on a Thursday afternoon and I didn't wait long. Still, bring something to entertain yourself, I had a book. The email says you can bring chairs but I sat in my car. Also, bring water and snacks if you want. There is a port a Jon on site. My instructor was Fernando and he was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He also answered all my questions. He stressed how important it was to lift my legs for landing. I chose the package with Pro video of the free fall and photos. Kevin my videographer was great. He did an amazing job editing my video and photos. My experience was so great that I booked my next tandem jump when I landed since you get a discount. Also, take cash to tip.
