Our car was in Frontier Ford's possession for two months, two weeks, and three days, yet it was only worked on in the final week. This was the most incompetent service I've ever experienced--not just from a service center, but from any business. I strongly urge you: do not have your vehicle serviced here. If you don't already own a Ford, don't buy one, so you can avoid ever being forced to deal with Frontier Ford. The ordeal began June 12, 2025, when Frontier Ford picked up our car with a check engine light. By the next business day, most competent service centers provide a diagnosis and estimate. Frontier Ford didn't call. When we followed up, they said it was a coolant leak. The next day, they escalated that into "the coolant leak destroyed your entire engine," quoting $12,000+ for repairs--more than the car was worth. Panicked, we rushed to buy a replacement vehicle. Frontier Ford's sales department offered us $100 for our car--essentially the value of two wiper blades. Thankfully, our original dealership (Bill Pierre Ford) reminded us we had purchased an extended warranty that covered the repair. Frontier Ford, instead of looking this up through their own VIN portals (as every other service center I've dealt with has done), blamed us for not telling them about our warranty at drop-off. The next 10 weeks became an endless cycle of chasing updates. Frontier Ford almost never called us--we had to call them weekly, often multiple times. 80% of the time our service agent was "busy" or "on break" and never returned messages. They gave contradictory explanations: first, waiting on Ford Corporate to decide if the warranty would be honored; then waiting on clarification about which engine could be installed. In the meantime, our insurance device was unplugged without notice, causing billing issues. Our assigned agent eventually "departed," and the Service Manager took over. He admitted he could do nothing but "email Ford Corporate." Often he wasn't even on-site despite saying he would be. When we finally reached him, explanations shifted again. At one point, they claimed the holdup was because their technician's ID number hadn't been updated, so all communications from Ford Corporate were being misrouted to another dealership. The following week, they admitted Ford Corporate hadn't actually approved the work. Every promised milestone--approval, parts ordered, parts arriving, repairs starting--was missed, repeatedly, for weeks at a time. Finally, on August 22--after more than two months--we learned our car was actually in a repair bay. On August 26, Frontier Ford called to say the repairs were complete. When returned, the car was filthy, with a red stain on the driver's handle and debris all over the floor. After several complaints, they reluctantly picked it up, washed it, and returned it in an acceptable state. Even the final delivery was botched: the driver didn't show up on the promised date, forcing us to reschedule. Throughout this ordeal, we lost PTO hours, spent extra money on gas and ferries, borrowed cars, and wasted countless hours trying to get updates. The entire summer of our family life was disrupted by Frontier Ford's delays, excuses, and incompetence. Every deadline was missed. Communication was abysmal. Explanations were contradictory. Promises were broken. Actual repair work took only the last week of the entire 10+ week ordeal. At least they waived the $100 warranty deductible--the same amount they first offered to "buy" our car. If you read other reviews, you'll see this is not an isolated incident. Frontier Ford repeatedly leaves customers stranded with long delays, poor communication, and endless excuses. they replaced the factory battery on my 2018 F-150 in June 2023. that battery lasted 2 months. The next battery started failing in September 2025. The battery had a 3 year free replacement. Because the battery was a warranty replacement it came with only a 12 month warranty. Both replacement batteries combined did not last 3 years. The service manager had my paper work and could have informed me they would not honor the warranty but did not. so I drove 150 miles RT and waisted 4 hours. I tried to purchase a 2024 Ram (and yes I know this is a ford dealer) from them. We agreed on a price and I told them I wouldn't need financing and would they send me a purchase agreement( I don't reside in Anacortes Washington were this dealer is) I was going to fly in and drive the truck back). Then they say they want to finance it. I told them I had it taken care of, and they could speak to my branch manager if they needed clarification. I offered to wire the money, pay by cashiers check or bring cash. Next they tell me they won't sell me the truck unless I finance it through them. They tried to say it was to protect the dealership and transactions. So I told them to send me the purchase agreement and Loan paperwork if it's legit I will do it. I get the loan agreement, and it's for around $600 more than we agreed to and for the loan portion they tacked on another $2500 in bogus fees that don't exist if I go through anyone but them. Just to note I have excellent credit. I can't imagine what it would have been like to fly in and be at their mercy. This dealership is a con, stay away. When I arrived the sales person told me their website is inaccurate but that he could sell me a car that had a $6000 higher price tag than the one shown and confirmed by the phone call prior to me going. I made an appt to get my transmission computer updated to the most recent software, and they only diagnosed it (which I had already done). We just purchased an F150 at Frontier Ford today and I have to say it was the best experience we've ever had. We had spent numerous hours at 4 other dealerships (2 ford and 2 Toyota) over several days prior to this and our experience at Frontier definitely outshined the other dealerships. Being a family owned business really shined through in terms of customer service. We worked with Ryan B and Jeremiah plus Lance the sales manager. These guys were all super friendly, very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, and no doubt seemed to love their jobs and their workplace and had great camaraderie. They didn't pressure us and we got a descent price on the vehicle (we did our homework prior to). The process was seamless. We got financing for the vehicle and Jeremy the finance guy was excellent. He laid out everything very clearly giving us various options and once again was not pushy. If you are looking for a ford or used vehicle check these guys out. We purchased a Ford Maverick from Frontier this year. The staff in the sales department was lovely. But the service department deserves a zero star review. Twice we've made appointments for recalls. And twice, after driving an hour to Frontier, we've been told the parts weren't available. It's total incompetence! Why would they allow us to schedule a service for our recall if they didn't have the Ford parts for that recall?! And the service department staff seems completely unconcerned. The Service manager is untrustworthy. He did not care about my concerns and only considered what was losted in a TSB. I don't feel he had done his due diligence in investigating the cause of the fault codes. I expressed those concerns and I asked him "what happens when the codes come back next month and I'm right back here"? His response was they wouldn't.. that it was a "known issue" with the model and replacing all the plugs and cables would fix it. Replaced all the plugs and wires as per recommendation. A day after getting the truck back same same fault codes as original $175 diagnostic fee. Brought it back. Now he says one of the plugs failed. (After just replacing all of them for $1600). They replaced the one plug and said it was good to go. Two days later same codes and issues. Then he tells me there's a coil arcing onto the manifold that is causing the issue. Followed on by "now two coils are arcing" so another $1200 to replace all the coils. This whole process took almost 1.5 months including five 3 hour round trips to the dealer, 3 days of missed work sitting at the dealership, and thousands of dollars spent. If Ted the service manager would have listened to my concerns and actually inspected the vehicle day one to find the cause, this painful process could have been mitigated. Instead he was steadfast on just reading/following a TSB. I've been a customer at Frontier Ford for twenty years. I will no longer be and will actively warn others of the my experience and the lack of professionalism to expect should they chose Frontier Ford service. read more

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in late February of 2023, while nearly 8 months pregnant. This dealership and the salesman took advantage of my husband and I as first time car buyers and pressured us to purchase an extended warranty- given the amazing selling points spewed to us by the salesman we agreed and purchased a full coverage extended warranty on our 2019 Pathfinder. Verbatim the salesman stated "your engine could blow the day before this warranty expires and you are fully covered- you pay nothing but your $200 deductible." Fast forward to late January of 2025 and I take my vehicle to the local Nissan service center due to a check engine light. They call me back a few hours later with a diagnosis- metal shavings in my oil and recommending a full engine replacement. I have them forward a repair claim to my extended warranty and am being told I have to assume responsibility for a full engine breakdown, totaling nearly $3k. I was also informed that despite what I was told by the selling dealer- the full coverage warranty will only cover up to $12k of the $17k+ repair. I spoke with someone in Frontier Ford's finance department to express my frustrations- he reiterated that all I should be responsible for is the $200 diagnostic which I had already paid. He stated he would reach out to someone above him and call me back with a solution- he called me 20 minutes later and stated he would be arranging a tow at the cost of Frontier Ford to have my vehicle assessed and serviced by their service center within the amount my warranty was willing to cover. I was happy to accept this as a resolution, however an hour later I was contacted by a different individual in the finance department stating they are incapable of working on my vehicle and that they would not be helping me further. I explained that this was unacceptable and I would like to speak with their general manager. I was able to get ahold of Andre Frazier, the general manager who acknowledged both that his salesman lied and misrepresented the coverage and expectations as the buyer when selling my family the extended warranty. He also acknowledged his finance employees were uneducated in their job and what they are capable of doing when I was promised their help in this sticky situations. He validated my frustrations with the misinformation I have continually been given and said he would see what he was capable of doing to rectify this situation. The Nissan service center I took my vehicle to called me later that evening to tell me a further engine breakdown had been approved by the Frontier Ford general manager, which is what is needed to further diagnose my engine issues and determine if the extended warranty will cover the related repairs. I was also happy to accept this resolution as I do not have the nearly $3k I paid for this extended warranty to throw at an engine breakdown when the warranty may or may not cover further repairs. I received another call from the Nissan service center two days later stating that Andre had revoked permission to do the engine breakdown and my vehicle had just been sitting all weekend while I thought the engine was being torn down. Andre stated the engine breakdown estimate was higher than expected and he would not be assuming responsibility for it and has been unwilling to do anything further to rectify the situation since- despite acknowledging his salesman lied and his finance employees made false promises. Now our families only vehicle is out of commission, leaving my husband without transportation to work and myself without transportation anywhere for my toddler and I. Our vehicle has been sitting in a repair shop with everyone unwilling to help us for over a week- with a recommended engine repair totaling over $15k despite regular maintenance and records to back this up. This dealership saw my husband and I (8 months pregnant at the time) walk in as first-time car buyers and absolutely took advantage of our naivety and expectation of honesty on the part of the dealership and their salespeople. They mislead us on the coverage of the warranty in order to make us feel we were making the proper financial decision for our soon to be growing family by spending thousands of dollars on a "full coverage" warranty that has now left us with no vehicle, $20k left on the loan and a $15k+ repair. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you are not a man. They will take advantage, sell you extended warranties and spew misinformation regarding the coverage to make you feel like it is a sound decision and when your vehicle breaks down they will claim they have no responsibility in the situation. I would like a full refund for this vehicle and the warranty- as I would not have purchased either had the salesman been honest!! I was 30 minutes late to an appt, although I called well in advance to inform them I would be late. Did not get a response back, although the receptionist told me she would let them know and they would return my call. So I went ahead and took the 2 hour trip to the dealer, including a $50 ferry trip. They took the car in at 10:40, and I was told they should be able to get to it if I was willing to leave it for the day. I made arrangements to leave it, which included an overnight stay as I would not be able to get a ferry back that evening. I was called at 2:30 and told the they would not be able to get to my vehicle After all. An entire day, hours of travel from a remote island, and they could not find time to change the oil in my van. And not even an apology. Absolutely some of the the worst service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire of a reschedule and again explain the difficulty of travel from an island and Ted, the Service Manager, after defending his decision not to spend the 30 minutes to an hour to simply change my oil due to "supply chain issues" (I purchased oil and a filter on the way home...), refused to reschedule and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Brought my truck in for repair 2010 f350 diesel and was expecting ford parts instead they charged me for oem ford parts but bought a cheap fuel pump from local auto parts store in town and didn't tell me , note non ford parts don't have a factory two yr warranty don't trust these people or there work after I found out they installed a non ford oem parts without permission I had them reinstall with oem parts and refused to pay any of the labor costs only cost of parts. luckily they agreed and they lost 5k in labor very frustrating and shady makes you wonder who else they have they done this too. read more

I had an appointment for the middle of June but when I got there they didn't have me on the schedule. I showed my email confirmation but they didn't have the part in stock to do it that day. 100 miles round trip. I came back this morning for an 8am appointment and it didn't go into the shop until 2pm. Told on the appointment and when I dropped off the car that I would be staying waiting for the car. My business vehicle is to make a living and they waste my time twice, 200 miles, half day for nothing and wait 6 hours for them to start work that should be finished by now, today. Now I hope they finish before they close so I can go back to work tonight. Would have been cheaper and quicker to buy the part and install it myself. Andre, the general manager along with John the sales manager, marked up the selling price over the listed online price and forced 3 extra items on top of the inflated price, so with the extra gouge in selling price and the forced paint sealant, alarm chip, and pulsing brake light, the total over pricing was an extra $2100 Their selling preferences to over charge customers who arE aware of the extra gouge is terrible. I tried talking with John one last time about the deception but he was not willing to bend and said I can take it or leave it. Pretty poor customer service outta the gate. The used car has been in stock according to John for 213 days. We went to Frontier because there were some good reviews on the first site when looked up and on my phone. However, I can fully agree and testify to the experience that are being reported here on Yelp. We went in to test drive a vehicle and looked at some others. When they noticed we were serious about buying they switched salesmen and said the first one had another customer but on the way out he told the first guy to stand post. I asked if he had another customer or was he standing post? Lie 1. Then I said I don't feel right about switching sales men and that I knew we needed to use someone else to close so we test drove with the first one. We went in to check on the price and they brought out a form that included $2500 in add-ons we didn't ask for. I ask them to take the add-ons off and let them know again we would be using our own bank to finance. I asked, if they would go down in price to and even $20,000 from $20,233 and he went back to the sales manager who insisted all the profits were in the add- ons we declined. Lie 2. They could have just said no but it was also only $233. We then asked about getting a warranty and the closer went back to the sales manager and returned saying he said, not if we are not financing with them. Lie 3. They said it would be a few more minutes and nearly a half hour later we asked what was taking so long and they said they needed to run it through the finance department even though we were financing with our bank. We had to come back to get the purchase agreement, then take it to our bank, go get a check and then go back to Frontier. At that point the financer asked if we wanted to include a warranty but the bank loan already went through and we had a check. Pretty lame. We tried to get an increase but couldn't. The financer asked a few times if we wanted to cancel our loan and finance with them. I finally told him how ridiculous that would be after we were lied to and not treated well and they would not budge on the price because we weren't financing through them to end up giving them what they wanted. We got the car and I let the closer no that we could've got a warranty and he insisted he was just the messenger for the sales manager. They washed it and brought it over "empty on fuel" and we noticed a drip of water on the cup holder near the stick shift. Thought it was from when they washing the windows. After the first rain about 4 days later my wife noticed rain dripping from the top of the windshield. I called back and the sales manager said once we buy we own it. He said it wasn't leaking on the lot or they're would be signs of it. Well today 8 days after buying the car during a heavy rain the cup holder is nearly full of water. We live in NW Washington with about 50" of rain a year and car gurus said the car has been there for over 120 days. The owner of Frontier Ford is responsible for hiring and continuing the employment of this staff which may be what he wants. Maybe he's making good money this way but I did not have a great experience and I am sharing my story with the people around me and on reviews. Maybe, just maybe the owner sees it or hears of it and takes action. I would also caution about 5 star reviews because there are a number of employees who have the ability to write reviews to help generate business. Don't know that's happening but I can tell you I did not get the 5 star treatment. read more

I bought a 2014 f150 from this dealership and talk about lousy inattentive service it all started when the stx started having power steering issues. So I called the dealership for an appointment I had to two weeks. I inquired about just dropping off the truck and getting a service loaner. The inquiry was met with we dont do that. I bought the truck there. Needless to say I made my own arrangements for alternate transportation. So I waited till my appointment date and risked a trip with an unsafe vehicle. I survived the trip and while I was waiting for the analysis I saw a young woman get a service loaner. So I made another inquiry about getting a service loaner. Denied. Talk about discrimination. To continue the problem was diagnosed part ordered and was told truck should be alright to drive. So I drove it back to oak harbor. Part comes in and drive back to the dealership and inconvenienced my son to bring me back to OH. A few days later great news trucks done. Ok sweet so I get ride over there get stx. Going back truck has the same problem. Dropped it back for further diagnosis. Now let's go fwd to a few weeks ago. I made an appointment at frontier ford. This is for another issue. A whistling noise. I waited for two weeks took the truck in and I told the advisor what's going on. I dont have light so they said nothing they could do. The big overheat, reroute to Bellingham the stx had a major overheat at exit 240. I wont waste time with this only to say dont buy a used vehicle from guys. You'll be sorry!!! I submitted an e-mail and told the dealership I was a couple hours away, and wanted to get a trade evaluation. The e-mail back was to "check KBB" and I let them know I'm well aware dealer trade-in amounts are never even close and wanted something a little more serious from them. The salesmen's response was " I am just tryinf to earn your business not get in a pissing match over your trade. Sounds like you already know what its worth so that should make it pretty easy to make this deal." Hire some professional salesmen. I'm really disappointed in my experience with Frontier Ford. I'd advise anyone going in to be as informed as possible and to be alert at all times. Sales: So the car I wanted was advertised with features that it didn't actually have AND the sales rep said there were mandatory add-ons (Lojack, seat protector, etc). They said all the add-ons were "already put on the car and can't be removed". So not only was the vehicle more expensive, but it wasn't actually what I came in to buy. So keep in mind that whatever price you see online, you need to add ~$1k. With a lot of high pressure sales tactics (Literally 2 against one at many points), I bought the car. Keep in mind, at no point did I say, "Yes, I want to buy this car". I repeatedly said, "No, I want to leave" and "This isn't what you advertised". But after being worn down, I did buy the car, and after shelling out extra $$, they promised to make the car better. Service: There was either no one there to help you, or too many people there not working. I interacted with them numerous times over the course of 2 months. It was never pleasant. The sales team had made promises that the service department couldn't keep, and with a signed contract, both of us had to make compromises. I understand some things are out of their control, but there is a fundamental lack of communication between the employees and 0 desire to do anything more than the bare minimum. I finally lost my composure, after turning in my car for service, only to receive it back with 100 miles added to the odometer, and the gas used was NOT replaced :/ TLDR: In retrospect, I wish I hadn't purchased from Frontier Ford and I would not recommend them to a friend. That being said, they aren't terrible and the car is... fine. Just know: They will overcharge you, they will repeatedly pressure you into things you don't want, and don't waste your time fighting with their service department. Cannot recommend, as they will not stand by their used cars, and clearly are doing the bear minimum to bring a used car to market. We bought a high mileage single owner Tundra, that based on their feedback had been well looked over, and was in good operating condition. It frankly looked great, and ran well. However, during the test drive, we had what seemed to be a simple alignment issue. Having had many cars with alignment issues we knew it was about $200 likely to get a fix at Les Schwab. They offered a credit being as it was s Saturday, and we were from out of town, which we accepted. Well, BUYER BEWARE. After further inspection and multiple trips, Les Schwab confirmed that the tires and suspension are shot, and offered a $2800 repair on the truck. Called back the team at Frontier Ford, who had previously been very accommodating, asking for resolution. We were offered a trade in, and no help (even simply running @ cost) on the repairs, and got the "we try our best when cars come in, and used high mileage cars are sold as is...etc" They knew they could have made a happy customer out of me with probably $1000 on their part to do the right thing, and chose otherwise. So, their inspection of a used vehicle left a major repair unresolved (not a good sign for their shop), and they were unwilling to do anything to help a customer 2 weeks after a purchase. Ican not rate as they don't deserve even 1 star . we bought a transit van from them . 2 years later it developed an exhaust leak , we drove it to the shop and droped it off. few days later they called we told them that their was a extended warrenty we took out, they said we had a 100.00 dollar decuctable and that if the bolts broke it would be159.00 per bolt . being in our 70's and husband works nights I told them to fix it as I beleaved that what we would pay is 100.00 deductable and 159.00 per bolt . their are 9 bolts in the manifold. few days later they called and said it was so badly rusted that everything was falling apart and that the warrenty would not cover rust and that we needed to come see what they were talking about . also to fix it would be 17000.00 dollars . well we dont have 17000.00 and so we went to see what they were talking about . when we got their we saw that they had dismantled the turbo charger and took off parts which i did expect as in the beginning I said to fix it bleaveing it was going to be covered bye warrenty . My husband looked at it and being a mechanic himself he said oh s--- . he explained to me that it was normal amount of rust and he told them that he did not want them to do anymore. he asked them to reasemble it so we could drive it home . mind you we drove it in and it ran perfectly . they said they could not re assemble it because it was so bad that we would need to have it towed . I went to pay for what they had done was 1300.00 and with that we did buy parts that they ordered . then they told us to wait a few days and that the parts would be in the van when the tow truck came to get it. well we did get it home and expected the parts to be in the van . their was nothing. tow truck cost an additional 409.00 . of course we got on the phone and asked about the parts but had to wait untill after the holiday to get them . they did call us back had a man deliver the parts. the van is for a mutiply disabled person and I have had to cancell her apointments as I have no way to get her to DR. my husband is working on the van and it is not as bad as they were telling us and he is getting the bolts out and nothing is breaking . granted it is tight in their and due to him working nights and on the van during the day he is not getting much rest . but my point nothing should have been 17,000.00 . they told my husband the engine was falling apart . and that they would sell him a new engine and give him a break .when we got their my husband asked? you couldn't get the bolts out, the man said yes then my husband said the engine is ok then and he said yes. total rip off and deception we have bought 2 cars from them and this will be the last . we have gotten the bolts out and no breaks. but we are missing not sure we got all the few bolts and parts back . husband did not take it apart so he is haveing a little trouble knowing what goes where but I know he will get it. read more

Absolutely the worst buying experience in my life. The sales staff was personable and tried to be helpful but the general level of disorganization tainted everything. We drove quite a long distance to purchase an advertised car. We made multiple phone calls in advance to ensure we had addressed all issues and would be able to complete the transaction in one day. Instead we were told something very different when we arrived and were forced to return home empty handed and wait for their call on the next day. 4 days later we still hadn't heard from them dealership (neither had our bank) so we called again speaking to the finance dept this time. Basically we were told the delay was due to the fact they prefer not to do business with our bank. Instead we should use their financing and then it would be fine. While I was irritated at having to redo all of the credit paperwork that we had already done and been preapproved through our bank we complied with their request. Once again believed we had done our due diligence and that everything would go smoothly. We made the long drive again. When we got there we once again found there were issues. One of the biggest issues was that they had advertised the vehicle to come with a free warranty but once we went in to sign papers we were told that was a "mistake" and no warranty would be offered. When I voiced my complaint I was told if I wanted to file a complaint "I have a whole team of attorney's working for me, go ahead...". The entire transaction was frustrating and disappointing. Just spent a whole day wasted due to the inefficiency in management at Frontier Ford. We have been using them for years and actually bought our vehicle there. i made the appointment a week earlier, specifying I had a check engine light but I really needed an oil change and coolant flush, I also said if they had time if they could replace one light bulb. I was first in line at 7:30a they opened the bay at 7:45a. I made sure we had it down on the ticket and said I had a ferry to catch at 4. He said I should hear back by noon, nothing at noon.... Finally called at 2... the person doing my vehicle would call me back immediately, so minutes later oiled by, no call, finally looked at my phone and had a text message on what the check engine light said, but they hadn't done anything else all day. I called and waited for the person, I asked her what they accomplished in 6 hours, since the check engine was 30 minutes max. She said the tech I needed to run the check engine was finishing up jobs and only had time to do the check engine. No answers to why they couldn't have an oil change person, a coolant person or anyone change a lightbulb in the hours waiting for a specialized technician.... So after $60 for a ferry fare, having our daughter go over with her car on the ferry so (thankfully) I didn't spend 6 hours in the waiting room for a check engine light diagnosis. Also I was up at 4am to get a ferry to make it by there requested time. I am going to look at other Ford dealers in the area, as if this is how they treat people who bought there vehicles from them, then they will not have my business. Sadly for them, I was looking at ordering a new Super Duty next year, it's not going to be with Frontier Ford..... read more

I traded in my truck for a newer used truck and though the salesman was friendly, t he vehicle turned out to be a wreck! Bring issues to them at the Ford dealership was met with resistance or even concern. Mentioning that the speedometer was off by 10mph was blown off as not their problem. I could go on but my point to all who would consider buying a used car from them, be warned that they are selling lemons and not being up front about it. read more

This is just a review of the sales experience, not the service department as I have not used that yet. This was our second time into the dealership. The first time was a year ago inquiring about a used car they had. We had the worst experience with the sales person, JR. He kept bugging to get our personal information when we had not even finished negotiating the final price yet. I told him I was not sure yet how I was paying, cash or finance. As I try to negotiate to a final price he utterly ignores my wife who is sitting there. Like she is not even there, when I expressly told him this vehicle was for her and it was her she had to impress and work with. He refused and would only talk to me. He then tosses out a few things that are obviously meant to be insults to my wife. My wife and I looked at each other like "is this really happening?" We left and did not buy any vehicle. My wife still fumes to this day about how poorly she was treated by this guy. Fast forward to this year and I really wanted a PHEV and specifically the Ford Fusion Energi. Frontier had one and the price online was about what I was willing to pay and they are the closest dealer to us and locale is important to me for service. It took A LOT of convincing after the last experience, but my wife and I went in and test drove the car. Loved the car. So now it came down to price. We did not pull the trigger immediately as we had somewhere to be, but I emailed with the sales guy and he was great, Cameron. We got the price down to where I wanted to be, financed with who we wanted. We drove the 1.5 hours the next day early to sign the paperwork and buy it. Cameron was off that day. No problem I thought. We already negotiated the price, here are the emails, I am ready to sign on the line right now. They put the brakes on everything and the jerking around by the sales manager on duty began. It was obvious after two hours of going back and forth that they were not going to honor the price their sales guy had negotiated and I had in writing much less the $500 more price they had advertised on their web site even and I had screen shots of. So we left. I was really mad about being jerked around and worst of all wasting my time. The new sales guy texted me back and proceeded to tell me the car was now over $2000 more. I asked him why they would not honor the negotiated price, much less what was on the web site? Finally after 6 hours from when we were there they tell me that they will honor the web price, still $500 more than negotiated. Fine. I showed up, signed the papers and drove off. My day was toast and the whole process left a bad taste in my mouth. This could have been easy. I showed up at opening. It should have been a fill out the paperwork and I had the rest of my day open to me, but no. In this case, I do not blame the sales guys. I blame the sales manager. BTW, the finance guy (Josh) was awesome! Can I recommend buying a car from this dealership, after two bad experiences, no. If you are set on buying a Ford, I would look at a different dealer first. read more

Great experience this morning. It started after using The online chat feature yesterday. I spoke with Shay via email and he set me up to come in and test drive a vehicle I was interested in. This morning I arrived to meet with Jon And although he was helping another customer, Rob stepped in to help me. He showed me the vehicle and It ended up not having the features I was looking for. Rob was able to show me several other vehicles that might interest me and I left to do a little more research. I did not buy a vehicle today but never felt pressured to make a quick decision.
