    I paid this shop $5,230 for a full paint job on my vehicle. I was required to pay in full before…read morebeing allowed to inspect the car, and I was not provided a receipt. The vehicle was originally supposed to take around two weeks, but the process stretched to roughly 8-9 weeks with multiple delayed pickup dates and repeated assurances that the car would be ready. All communications and timeline details are documented. When I finally inspected the vehicle, the paint quality was extremely poor and did not meet professional standards. There were visible defects immediately, and after the shop attempted a repaint, the paint began peeling and continuing to fail shortly afterward. The condition has since worsened significantly. I have documented the issues with dated photos/videos and have since obtained estimates showing the vehicle will require a full repaint by another shop to properly correct the work. In addition to the workmanship issues, I experienced repeated unprofessional communication throughout the process. When I raised concerns about the condition of the vehicle and delays, I received dismissive responses, including the comment: "Wow Alex, I didn't know you had such a vocabulary." I attempted to resolve this directly and professionally before posting this review, but my messages ultimately went unanswered. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to thoroughly document everything, request receipts/invoices upfront, and carefully inspect all work before making payment.

    How the heck do you give this business only a three and a half Stars?     getting the truck was very easy of course it was.they wanted to make some money I wanted a new…read moretruck and then a week and a half later truck broke finally managed to get into a shop that would actually do quality work and there was water in the fuel filters there was a bunch of water in the tank because of them not doing a proper fluid check like they said they did on the Carfax so $4500 later the injectors went out because of that corrosion $8000 and they told me they will not pay for it because it's my fault that there's water in the fuel. You may think u bought as is yeah a running driving truck that had been properly inspected. How is it possible for anybody to get enough water in the fuel to corrode injectors and burn up a lift pump it's not possible in that short amount of time so my recommendation is I would not buy a vehicle from them they make it great but as soon as something's wrong with it, they have no idea and they blame it on you. It's your fault. and they will say they're more than willing to help. what they mean by that contacting your warranty company and ask is this covered or not then what they tell you they can't help you worst experience I've ever had in my life and it probably will be the worst for the rest of my life
