Kathy, who answers the phone has no clue what she is doing. I called around 18 months ago asking specifically if they did glass backsplashes. I made an appointment, the salesman arrived, I explain what he was doing here and he said "oh we don't do that!" I said "ok, that's what I called about. " That was a waste of my time and his. Now about a week ago I called and spoke to Kathy again, I told her I had two pedestals coming and I needed to wait until they came in to see what size glass I would need for my dining table. I said could you give me an estimate on how much it would cost for an approximate size? She said "absolutely" looked it up and told me the cost and said "definitely wait till you get your pedestals in and then call her back or stop in." The pedestals arrived I stopped into the shop and started explaining to her our conversation on the phone and she says oh you're going to need 1/2 inch thick glass that needs to be tempered etc. etc. I said that's triple the price of what you quoted me on he phone. She said well I didn't know it was just a glass top I thought it was going over wood. I said why would I have pedestals coming and be able to make up the size if it was a wooden table ? If was a wooden table you would know the sizes, I wouldn't of needed to measure I would've known what it was! Mind you I called before I purchase the table to make sure that it fit within my budget. I called her back explaining my situation and she said I don't know what you want me to do??? Wow!! I suggest they get someone who knows what they're doing. I've now wasted my time and money, TWICE!
