They came out to fix the window only to find out the window they ordered was the wrong window and told me I'd have to wait a week before the new window would come in. I understand mistakes happen so no problem. A week goes by and they call to confirm my appointment. I confirm! Only to call back minutes later and tell me that they can't do a mobile repair and if I can't come into the shop I'll have to call someone else to fix it and the lady hangs up in my face. As if that's not frustrating enough the service tech that came out initially left all the screws and bolts from my Benz door off because he expected to come right back when the correct window came in. So now I'm not only without a window in in car, I had to wait a week only to be told they won't come back out and do a mobile repair, and the inside of my Benz door is off and not put back together. i spent $300 on a windshield replacement. their crew was meant to come to me, and they did. however…read morethe man they sent came unprepared and told me i would have to make an appointment at this shop. i did, and the woman at the desk told me it would be about an hour or two. So an hour or two later when i went to pick my car up i was told they needed 1-2 more hours. i sat in the parking lot and watched SEVERAL cars come in after me, and leave before me. the technician claimed that they were having machine issues?? after expressing my grievances to the woman at the desk, she said there was nothing she could do for me. after i left safelite i tried calling a higher management to express that i was not satisfied with the THREE HUNDRED dollar service that i paid for. she apologized and told me that she would call me back in 3-5 business days to resolve the issues i never got a call back and it's been a month or two. the lack of timeliness and preparation was simply unacceptable.

I made an appointment, the salesman arrived, I explain what he was doing here and he said "oh we don't do that!" I said "ok, that's what I called about. " That was a waste of my time and his. Now about a week ago I called and spoke to Kathy again, I told her I had two pedestals coming and I needed to wait until they came in to see what size glass I would need for my dining table. I said could you give me an estimate on how much it would cost for an approximate size? She said "absolutely" looked it up and told me the cost and said "definitely wait till you get your pedestals in and then call her back or stop in." The pedestals arrived I stopped into the shop and started explaining to her our conversation on the phone and she says oh you're going to need 1/2 inch thick glass that needs to be tempered etc. etc. I said that's triple the price of what you quoted me on he phone. She said well I didn't know it was just a glass top I thought it was going over wood. I said why would I have pedestals coming and be able to make up the size if it was a wooden table ? If was a wooden table you would know the sizes, I wouldn't of needed to measure I would've known what it was! Mind you I called before I purchase the table to make sure that it fit within my budget. I called her back explaining my situation and she said I don't know what you want me to do??? Wow!! I suggest they get someone who knows what they're doing. I've now wasted my time and money, TWICE! I will refer people elsewhere. Side note, glass over wood tables is not in style at all!!
