He is so patient and kind in his explanation (not all of us are tech savvy) he also went 100% above and beyond for us in helping to ensure our event had the connectivity we needed to be successful. I will recommend this company to all of our contacts! Chris, you are an awesome human being, and btw it was a pleasure meeting your son today as well. Thank you kind sir, for all of your hard work. May your business flourish!

I'm usually willing to give people a benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I should trust my gut more…read morewhen there are multiple red flags from the start. I reached out to Empire Satellites Inc after looking online for someone to install my new Starlink dish. Chris responded promptly via text from a different number (red flag number one). Quoted a price for the install - $349, which I thought was reasonable. Set up an appointment for the same day at 2:30pm. At 3:00 get a text that he we will be "couple of hours late" (red flag number two). OK, no problem. Finally shows up at 6:10pm. Started to look around the house to find a good location to mount the dish. Settle on a tall side gable (single story house), but his ladder is only 18', so he says that that's as high as he can mount it, not at the gable apex. Not ideal, but OK. Casually mentions that he charges an extra $100 for the "attic work" (major red flag number three). As if most people expect to have wires hanging on their exterior walls? I don't argue, but at this point I am really expecting to see stellar work quality, above and beyond attention to detail. This is where things really go to shit. Chris gets up to the facia and starts mounting the dish in a mount that I provided. I am looking from below and clearly can see that the mount is not plumb and is wobbling, as he puts three lugnut screws through the facia. He assures me that it is plenty stable. Red flag number four. Drills a hole through the wall for the cable and goes inside the house to fish for it in the attic. In the meantime, I get up the ladder and take a picture of the mount. It is clearly not fully bolted to the facia, with one of the bolts screwed at a 45 degree angle. The thing wobbles like crazy. Thirty minutes later, and two more holes in the ceiling plate from the attic, the cable is still not down to the final location, despite the fact that 5 extra ethernet cables were routed through the same wall from the attic by my electrician a few weeks before. Chris offers to surface mount the wire to the wall in the finished pantry room - ugliest, laziest install ever. Red flag number five. This is when I say "that's enough" and kick him out of my house. He is genuinely surprised when I offer to pay him only $250 for the horrendous job he did, and not the full $450 he was expecting. Before he leaves, he blames me for providing a bad mount for the dish, and tries to upsell his own mount for $100. Unbelievable. I have worked with dozens of subs int he last two years while building my house, and know my way around tools and trades. This was one of the worst experiences. The guy has the worst work ethic and zero integrity.

The list goes on! The expectations have been consistently surpassed!!…read moreI have had to go in frequently to this location and this crew is unlike many others. I came in on a Wednesday night of last week and to my surprise available and not super busy. As I was there, just before the next hour, more clients swarmed in. -Hilaria, Derek and Brian were pleasantly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Love seeing the same faces. Today, this week, I went in and met with Elizabeth who was very attentive, accommodating and supportive. This team works really well with each other. I am a very happy client! Huge thank you and job well done

1 Star -- Check Your Bill VERY Carefully…read more We had an extremely frustrating experience here and feel taken advantage of. Our bill included accessories and add-ons that were never disclosed, never explained, and never authorized by us. These charges were quietly added without our knowledge, which is unacceptable. Pricing was not transparent, and by the time we noticed, the total was far higher than what we were verbally quoted. When we questioned the charges, there was no clear explanation or accountability -- just vague responses and no real resolution. This feels like a business model that relies on customers not paying close attention to their bill. If you go here, scrutinize every line item, ask questions upfront, and don't assume you're only being charged for what you agreed to. Overpriced, misleading, and stressful. We won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. T-Mobile faces multiple allegations and lawsuits regarding overcharging, including hidden fees, unauthorized charges ("cramming"), and, recently, price hikes on older, "price-locked" plans. Customers have reported, and lawsuits have alleged, that T-Mobile has used deceptive, fraudulent, and predatory billing practices, resulting in thousands of dollars in overcharges for some, according to T-Mobile Community forums (https://www.t-mobile.com/community/discussions/android/predatory-and-fraudulent/195538) and The US Sun (https://www.the-sun.com/money/12395769/t-mobile-overcharged-outraged-customer-service/).

There are hidden fees they didn't tell me about, if or when I might cancel! They didn't mention that when you cancel, they are going to charge you a $50.00 RESTOCKING FEE! Also, make sure if you cancel and have to return their equipment that you save the Tracking number for the items, I canceled on July 16 2025, a month later the emailed me and said that I still owed them $147.99, when I finally was able to talk to a person, she told me I stilled owed for the last month and I hadn't returned my equipment, thankfully I still had the UPS receipt and gave her the tracking number, so that dropped to bill down to $97.99! I can't understand why they can't get this all together at one time instead of doing over a 2-month period! I certainly do not like the way FRONTIER does business, and I will never do business with them again!

Frontier does not offer email service. 2. Frontier was the exact same cost per month as Spectrum with mobile phone service included from another carrier, currently provided by Spectrum. 3. Frontier billed me for 2 months, $185, when I cancelled service after 3 days and disconnected their modem. 4. No legitimate customer service is available at Frontier phone lines. Not one single Frontier representative informed me of the reason my account was billed two months, because porting the land line number back to Spectrum from Frontier in their minds, justifies billing me for two months, and sending my delinquent payment to collections, rather than serving the customer, with appropriate billing for 3 days of service provided.

I told Daniel, the customer service from San Antonio, Tx that there's one outside our gate on Highland Springs Bl and that he'd make an appointment for me. He sent me a text confirming the 11:15AM appointment and that if early can just come in as a walk-in. I arrived at about 10:45 and logged in at their IPad registry which acknowledged that I was early. The room was full with about 11-12 people waiting and there's only 2employees there - a male and female. After 20 mins while chatting with some of the people there, I noticed that my name does not show up in the Chart board, so I went and logged on again and by that time 4 more people had arrived. Still my name did not show up on the list so I thought those with online appointments are entertained separately, so I decided to log on again and NOT reference my on-line reservation. 30-35 have already gone by and by this time all the remaining people there were people eh came way after me. So I walked into the man who's picture I will post here, and told him that I had already placed an order on the phone and if I just show them my ID, they would hand me a box of router. The man asked me to sign in again and wait for my turn. Obviously a little irritated and feeling the discrimination that this idiotic and rough behaving unprofessional staff member, I told him I've been patiently waiting...if you can't serve me and give my router, I'll just go to Verizon. He shouted: "Go ahead and go to Verizon." I walked out and called spectrum customer service and reported the incident but I'm sure that went nowhere. That man does not deserve to work in the customer service industry.
