They promise call backs, it doesn't happen so don't get your hopes up. Even if the call center speaks to them and tells you they said they would call you back, they won't. I already knew the moment they said they would call me it wouldn't happen. I gave them a little benefit of the doubt that they would at least honor their word with that. Even if it was to tell me news that I didn't want to hear, a call would have been nice. Customer service goes a long ways and I hope they remember that. Thankfully I was able to speak with this really nice lady through the main customer service line, but this store NOPE! I'm so good on going here for the future. And ps: answer your phones!
