Instructors are great at keeping my motivation up and give suggestions for improvement of technique in a quiet manner. I never feel demeaned. The only negative part of membership is not being able to schedule classes sooner than my next month of signups. I am an 8/month member and wish that scheduling for classes could begin a few days before the start of the next month of classes. By the time I am allowed to start signing up for classes, the first 1-4 days are all filled. That leaves too much time without consistent exercise. But, overall, I am happy with Club Pilates!!! Charlie and Joe are a great duo and for sure keep their classes joyful and energetic. Each glass gives me the same energy which is great that I don't have to book a specific time to get the workout that I need. I've attended many different times with a few people or a bunch and have gotten the best workouts no matter the size. I enjoy the group training type of session because even though there are other people the trainers are great at still giving one on one direction. They push you to keep going and to fight through the pain. Definitely getting your monies worth with this gym. This was the first gym I've been to that pushed me pass my limits and challenged me to want more every single class. We love the family atmosphere it's keeps us coming back. The range of people who joined our challenge cohort was so awesome, we had people like me who haven't exercised in years to current military members looking for a new challenge. Fast forward almost 12 months and I'm totally hooked--the people, the workouts, the sense of community within the gym,and the support for the larger Middletown community, everything about it is so inspiring. Used it for less than 2 months and then COVID hit which…read moreclosed the gym, I did not hear anything from the owners but since many businesses are struggling I decided not to push the issue and let them keep my membership payment. Then the business had a fire and the gym was closed until further notice. Still nothing from the owners. At this point it had been about 3 or 4 months since I had used the gym due to it being closed. Again, i didnt mind them holding my annual membership. I didnt want to hassle a smaller business during a pandemic. But then A full year comes around and in January 2021 I got a notification that they tried to charge my account for a membership again??? Even tho the gym has been closed down for 9 months with no opening date in site. Luckily I had previously changed my card info for other reasons so it was declined. And now they attempt to charge my card $243 every single day. I've emailed them several times but they've shut down every email associated with the gym so it looks like they've closed the gym permanently and are just continuing to take people's money with no way for anyone to get in contact with them or cancel the membership. Im thankful my card info was changed or they would have taken my money as well. Please DO NOT sign up with this gym or any others owned by these owners. Ive contacted my bank and they will be taking legal action but I don't want any others to have to go through this.

The interior is clean open space with all the necessities if you wish to take cardio class to the next level and learn boxing as a sport.
