I would not recommend Frontline Windows & More for windows. I hired them to install windows in my house, the windows are still under warranty and they are turning colors. I called for weeks and the "receptionist" would take a message and say someone will call me back. That did not happened. I finally had to be creative and found a number to someone with the company named Yoni at 818-231-9707. I spoke to him days ago and he said that he will put in the claim. I sent him a reminder the next day because he said that I should receive an email when he puts in the claim. I called Ply Gem this morning and they do not have any request in their system for my claim. Frontline is good for contacting you to give you a quote and install windows. When it comes to standing by their products/service they are seriously lacking. Buyer beware. read more

I would recommend Frontline Windows to my friends & neighbors. I had a very good experience with Yoni & his installation assistants. Yoni replied to my multiple (17) emails within a day or 2 over a period of 2 months. I am very detailed oriented so I made sure the estimate details were all correct to make the final order. I ordered 10 windows and 1 sliding glass door. They all work smoothly and the installers took their time to do it right. The windows look great and made a big difference in lowering the sound of the pre-school sharing the backyard fence and lowering the heat a little. We're quite pleased with the large job Frontline did with our house, but it wasn't without a few hiccups along the way. Regardless, we'd possibly reach out to them again and recommend them to others. We moved into a house with outdated windows from the '80s and were ready to replace them. Ron was quite helpful, although a bit slow in replying to emails. He would send us updated invoices each time we had a question, informed us of egress (exit) codes so that our new windows would be up to par with city standards, and was an overall pleasant individual to work with over email and the phone. They installed four windows on a second floor, a sliding glass door, and six windows on the ground floor. Four installers showed up early and finished everything in one day. The windows looks amazing and made our house look brand new. The sliding glass door was especially awesome. A few downsides - upon removing the old windows and installing new ones, there were quite a few scuffs and gouges on our windowsills. Additionally, a window facing the backyard was especially difficult to remove, so they had to shatter it. Fine, but days later, we found large chunks of glass in the grass. My son is still a baby, but it worried us tremendously. Finally, two of the second story windows were not the windows we ordered on the invoice that we signed and emailed back to the office. I called the office and spoke with a sales rep, who admitted that they didn't double check the invoice thoroughly and placed an order for windows based what he remembered from our email thread. I could live with one window the way it was, but needed the other window to be replaced. We went back and forth peaceable. At first, he said he could replace the one window with a $100 discount, bringing it to $300, but I insisted I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake on their part. He said he'd get back to me and there was no communication for several weeks. Then, I unexpectedly received a call asking if I was available that day for a window replacement. I made sure I wasn't going to be charged for it, and they confirmed it would be free due to the error. New window looks great (yes, some scuffs and gouges on the windowsill that we can live with) and all is well! read more

We had 11 windows that were original to the house. The wood was decaying, the windows were hazy and were in need of an upgrade. We saw an ad in a local flyer about Frontline and decided ask them for a quote. It was the best decision we ever made. Fred from Frontline came over, and promptly took measurements of all windows and even suggested that we should take two windows in our master bedroom that were separated by a mullion and make it into one big window. The aesthetics of the job and windows were talked about in detail until I approved of what I wanted. Fred also demonstrated the difference between standard windows and double and triple pane windows that have low e and gases to absorb external heat and keep the house cool. All in all, the initial process was informative and Fred listened and allowed us to voice any and all concerns. The price of the windows and installation was well within our budget and Fred made us an offer we couldn't refuse. The windows took about 2 weeks to make and the installation team took about 7 hours to install all 10 windows, complete with outside trim. They did a great job and dramatically changed the look of the house. I appreciate Frontline and look forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

I don't care how their install team is....all I know is that the salesman who came to give us an estimate was so rude I almost just cancelled the entire estimation process. I literally felt like someone was coming into our home to disrespect us. If a company doesn't understand the concept that the face of their business is everything/first impressions are everything then why would I want to work with that business. Not to mention I just read all the other reviews and it seems like I'm not the only person who felt this. Get with it Frontline! He didn't explain any of the materials. He didn't explain any options. We tried asking him about different options and he acted like he didn't even know, but then asked us to make a decision on the material. We ordered 2 doors, 1 slider and 3 windows from Frontline. We liked our salesperson Richard (flexible , upfront/honest) however execution of the Windows/doors install didn't go as planned. Pros: lots of crew members on install day, clean, respectful , on time. Install can happen on weekends (you have to request it the lady at the office doesn't offer it up front). Doors and windows are good quality . Love the slider we ordered - huge difference in insulation for the house . Cons: doors don't come painted , you have to request new frames with the doors or they won't order and install it( this happened with us, it was rectified after I pointed it out, Richard came right over ). Windows don't come with the frames. The type of doors ordered (with windows) had almost paint resistant areas on it - such a pain and $$ to have painted. Install damaged paint externally and internally in the house. Overall I liked the product but the install and pain of painting / errors during install have me on the fence about using them again. read more

At first, I was extremely pleased with this company when they came and replaced all my windows on my house. I was so happy I referred them to others. A year later, I had a window accidentally shatter by the gardener, and I called and asked them for an estimate for a replacement. They said they would pull up the order and call me back that day. Never heard from them. I called them back the next day, and they told me they would get back to me. Still hadn't heard from them. I called back the next day and spoke to someone again. Same thing. It's been a month and I have not heard from them. Sounds like a company that will take your money and then after that, they don't care what happens next (even if I was willing to pay for the replacement window!). Wow what good service. Frontline installed all new Windows for my home in June of 2014. This past Saturday two of my windows leaked water in the driving rain. I called in a panic, so worried they would tell me sorry been 4 years now, to bad. They immediately made appointment for this Wednesday to fix. The two guys they sent out were fantastic. They scraped out old caulking on the two leaking Windows, and re-sealed with poly mastic. Great job, the best follow up and service. Will recommend Frontline Windows to everyone. 5 stars from me. We spent six months getting estimate after estimate for replacement windows. Most of these estimators were as sleazy as a used car salesman. We finally found this little shop that answered all our questions in a straight-forward, patient manner. We ignored their "specials" and various discounts and got right to the chase: will you beat our best bid? They did and we ended up with gorgeous Milgard windows and a four panel slider. So nice. The best part though was their installers. Four guys came out and did the job in one day in a very professional manner. The fit and finish are perfect as was their cleanup. It is obvious that this is a shop that wants to grow their business by giving first rate service. So do your homework, know what you want, get some bids and then give these guys a call. read more

We had 12 windows replaced by Frontline Windows and they were amazing! They had a whole team come in and it was done within a few hours. They even cut and reframed a window to city code. Everything passed city inspection. The kitchen window was defective and it cracked. Frontline replaced it for free after the window manufacturer wouldn't even check it out. Frontline handled the installation of 7 triple pane windows on my property a couple years ago. Overall, I have been happy with the results and service. Richard came over and gave me an estimate for the preferred windows and labor. He even helped recommend just what type would be best for my situation. One of the windows now appears to have been a tad more hastily installed than the others, however, and a little cracking has since appeared where the screws are inside the wall. Merely cosmetic, of course, but avoidable at first all the same. I wouldn't mind considering Frontline for my future window needs. read more
