We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. However, I took a chance on this business and was more than satisfied. My first sign was the directness in the response. I needed a simple job done, I just didn't want to do it myself as I worried about screwing it up. I needed a replacement interior bathroom door installed in a doorway that was an odd measurement, so I needed it special ordered and installed. 2 different businesses told me that they didn't do that kind of work (despite the simplicity) and 1 refused to give a quote and instead gave me his hourly rate without an estimate on how many "hours" it would take. This business gave me a quote right away that was competitive. The owner also advised me that he would order the door, it would arrive next day, and the day after that it would be installed. Everything happened as planned and I was satisfied with the finished product and their polite and quick service (which didn't take "hours"). I am happy to add another well deserved review.

Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! (They could've done a little better on clean up, but it was okay). Just had Mason give us a quote for the other third of the house. It was what we had expected, so I went down to their office and signed the paperwork and gave him a 50% deposit. You can save 3% if you pay by check instead of a credit card. Don't be turned off by their small office... they do a great job! We'll be back for the final section of our house (kitchen), when that time comes. If something happens on the installation of our second phase, and it's bad, I'll change my review.
