The air handler underneath the house…read morein the crawl space had excessive vibration & would rattle a coffee mug on the glass top of my very heavy coffee table (solid wood with iron metals). Allen Canter came out & diagnosed the problem - out of balance blower fan (not motor). The replacement part came in next day, Allen returned to install the blower fan. The problem was resolved. Everything was done under warranty. I'm a happy customer. Allen did a great job & Duggan's delivered on their warranty promise.

They're only after your money…read more We had our HVAC issue fixed by a more reliable company for less than $400 when this company took over $500 from us and probably would've taken about $3k more and not fix the issue. Their club membership is a scam. Technicians from other companies commented that both our inside and outside units were very dirty. This company was supposed to be cleaning both. Very disrespectful of people's time. They will show up late and be unapologetic about it. Leanne is downright rude.
