First time to Frost using my Groupon. Parking lot is small but you're able to park next door. Free wifi and many cozy seating areas to choose from in addition to the chairs outside on the sidewalk. Gloves and sanitizer are provided. Many flavors of froyo, but no chocolate. Today had me wanting everything fruity but I went with a variety to sample. TONS of toppings, staff will come out to serve you. Take your pick from candies to crumbles to syrups and fresh fruit. We chose to sit on the comfy futon next to the game area so we could still watch the tv. Definitely recommend althoigh the prices are a little high. After hiking the Lanikai Pillbox trail we decided to treat ourselves to a frozen yogurt. The Frozen Yogurt fulfilled our well earned craving. There were a number of different options, frozen yogurt and shave ice to choose from. We tried a few samples before deciding our flavors of frozen yogurt. I decided on 4 different ones. The pumpkin spice was yummy as the strawberry was. The pineapple was like eating a perfectly ripen one. I topped mine off with a few plump blueberries. My hiking friend really enjoyed hers as well. The staff member was friendly and instructed us on use. Place was clean inside, my only suggestion is clean the windows. Overall very solid desert spot. Me and my girlfriend were coming from the kailua beach 4th of July fire works and thought to get something sweet. My girlfriend had the famous Hawaii Dole and I had the cake batter. The two types of yogurt we had were very delicious and perfect to end our date. To make your choices easier, Frost offers free samples using small cups. In addition, you can add a variety of toppings and my personal favorite topping is the honeydew mochi. With so many closing down there's not many options available. My girls loved Yogurt Land in HK, we'd go every week. Since it's closed I'm always looking for a replacement. What a sweet treat! Haven't had froyo in a long time, glad we have Frost here on the east side. Love all the self serve flavors and variety of toppings!! I was so excited that I took a little more than I could eat. They also have a super cute lounge area with couches and a tv (Disney's Tangled was playing) as well as a high countertop with bar stools. Wow, I don't remember the last time I've been to a self service froyo place. Really enjoyed visiting here in the middle of a hot day. The froyo and toppings (I got strawberry/cookies and cream, and mochi/popping balls as toppings) was solid and hit the spot. There's a couple of small things that make this location unique. First, not only is there froyo, there's also self-service shaved ice! I didn't get to try it during my visit but nice to have that variety. They also have a small drink menu. Second, they've decorated the place nicely and makes it great to hang out here. There's a tv + couch to watch movies on, a play area for kids, and a table with an power outlet if you need to charge a device. The only difficulty was finding parking. The lot is small and shared with other businesses. The parking lots around it are specifically for the other businesses. Delicious froyo which seems to be impossible to find. In town I saw none at the time we wanted it so I decided I was near the Pali turnoff so beautiful adventurous. I took my niece to get some froyo and she was very happy indeed. Unfortunately their plain flavor was out because the machine wasn't working, however I will be back. I wish this place was cleaner. It starts when one enters the dirty glasses doors. I have never seen them clean no matter how early in the morning I arrive. Isn't anyone assigned to clean up before closing at night? Fortunately where the toppings are kept is usually tidy, but given the low standards for cleanliness who knows what goes on behind the scenes. When I see dirty workplaces like this it always makes me wonder what the employees homes look like. I decided to get a pineapple froyo smoothie. I have no idea what, if anything, they put into it other than the froyo, but it was nice and thick and the flavor was spot on. Like drinking a dole whip. They offered a military discount. They had a bogo yelp offer at the time (June 2018). And they have a wheel at the register that you can spin to win discounts/deals.
