The cutest coffee shop in downtown Hastings, MN *Decked out with Christmas Decor during the holidays* Tons of seating- nice place to study, hang with family and friends and games to play for a little fun Ordered: *Iced gingerbread latte (with oat milk) in the cutest gingerbread glass! The coffee was included in the glass- so worth it! Comes with cover and straw (the cover wouldn't close straight but I will probably use it without the cover so it didn't matter for me) *Tangy Turkey Toastie- Sourdough bun panini pressed with cream cheese, turkey, raspberry jam and provolone cheese *Would order again- perfect mix! Hours: Mondays: Closed Tuesdays- Fridays: 7am-3pm Saturdays: 8am-3pm Sundays: 8am-1pm Food: GF/DF & Vegan options available Breakfast & Lunch Toasties - served all day long (a panini pressed sourdough bun / GF buns also available) Staff were super friendly! Highly recommend checking out Froth and Cork! So many cute shops close by- great in the summer to make a day out of it!

Absolutely love Froth and Cork! If you are in the Hastings area this needs to be a place you visit! The coffee is amazing, the sandwiches are amazing, fresh pastries from Hanisch Bakery in Red Wing, what more could you ask for! Situated in a cute old house, there is a little nook for kids under the stairs and ample street parking! Staff are so friendly and even on busy days get your coffee out as quick as they can!

Adorable! Once again, I am all about giving back to local coffee shops so for me this is a simple choice when in Hastings. Located right off the freeway, you won't want to miss this one. Crossing over the river makes this an entire experience for me. I recommend making a day trip here since there are other shops to explore nearby. This was my second visit where the first visit was for Mother's Day in 2024 but I didn't have time to Yelp it back then. Built in what appears to resemble an old school house, Froth & Cork does things right. While the parking is not giant, you can make your way to the next street up and you will find something. Once inside, the entire concept is unique. It's a blend of new and old with big oversized furniture, old antiques and a warm concept. Many tables have jars of "table talkers" to get visitors chatting. While not required, I appreciated the gesture. Selling soy candles (I bought 2 due to the yummy flavors), chapstick (the clean kind yay) coffee tumblers, and stickers amongst all the coffee drinks and light food makes this place ultra cute. There is a floor level which has seating and lots of board games along with a great bathroom. Upstairs is even cuter being up high with segregated rooms, tables and even an exterior porch (note: this one is hot in the summer bc there is no AC) but anything else inside does have AC. Every table has outlets which made it a perfect place for me to do some computer work. The cashier at the register was kind and compassionate. She walked me through the best way to enjoy my blended coffee drink as I was opting to add protein powder. This is the vibe I want to have in my coffee shop and I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!

Such a gem of a coffee shop! Froth & Cork has a cozy, welcoming vibe and the staff are genuinely lovely. The coffee is great, and their toasties (grilled sandwiches) are so good, perfect comfort food. I love that they do coffee flights too! It's dog-friendly, with both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a cute patio and board games you can grab and play. The old-house setting adds a ton of character, definitely one of my favorite local hangout spots.

I drive through Hastings all the time, but had never stopped here. Very convenient location just a block of 61 with street parking right in front. They had 4 seasonal drinks as well as all the traditional coffee drinks. I ordered a mint chocolate mocha that was amazing. In addition to great coffee, they also have baked goods from Hanisch Bakery including donuts, cinnamon rolls, and even my favorite..special k bars. The service was great and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely stop again!

This coffee shop reminded me what a good coffee shop actually should be! I went on a Saturday morning and there was a line all the way out the door. Once I was able to order though, things moved very quick. I got my order in less than 5 minutes. I also was still able to find seating outdoors despite how busy it was. The coffee was so good! The perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess. I debated going back the following morning even though it is completely out of my way. Any time I'm in Hastings this is a must-stop!

I love this spot! I was their first customer this morning and the worker, who was flying solo, was great. I used the restroom, which was very clean and smelled good for some reason. My "downtowner" beverage was outstanding as usual. The breakfast sandwich was pretty bland, but was as described. This place has a small menu but they perfectly execute everything on their menu. The cups are high quality and the stickers used as spill stops are super cute.

Froth & Cork has been on my list for a LONG time, and I'm so glad I made it my first new coffee shop of 2026. It's a hidden gem! Seriously! The coziness is immediately welcoming and absolutely lovely. Froth & Cork is a repurposed home with tons of comfy seating both upstairs and downstairs. It honestly feels like visiting a family or friend's house and just hanging out sipping coffee. I had to order the Whiteout flight, and oh my goshhh, it was delicious. All of them! The coffee was nice and strong and not sweet. I'm being honest here....I found myself licking every last bit of the cup it was that good and I seriously have no shame. Were able to snag the last pistachio muffin and sticky bun, and when I saw the goodies were from Hanisch Bakery in Red Wing, MN, my answer was yupppp getting those bad boys. Complete YUMMMMOOO! On my way out, I grabbed a 16oz Hastings latte to go. The place was busy and people are constantly coming in and out, I'd say it's definitely a loved spot in Hastings. The Christmas decorations were still up which added to the cozy charm in a big way. Froth & Cork just feels different from your typical coffee shop in the best way. I can't wait for my next visit.

Super cute coffee shop with some really great iced flights that rotate out monthly. Worth the wait and the drive! The baked goods were delicious and the staff were friendly even though they were very busy!

Froth & Cork is everything you could want in a coffee shop--cozy, charming, and full of small-town warmth. Every time I have friends or family visiting, this is one of our first stops. They serve up coffee flights, which are such a fun and delicious way to sample their variety of drinks. The drinks are consistently amazing, and the treats? Incredible. They feature pastries from Hanish Bakery, and they're always fresh and full of flavor. Whether you're catching up with friends, knocking out some work, or just swinging by for a quick morning pick-me-up, Froth & Cork has the perfect atmosphere. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are always kind and attentive.

Cutest coffee shop I have been to in a while! I had heard good things about Froth and Cork so my girlfriends and I decided to try it. We walked into the building and realized it was a house turned into a coffee shop. It made for a really fun and comfortable environment! The line was very long and there were a lot of people in the building, but there were plenty of seating spaces! I ordered the March coffee flight, which was so good! I loved everyone of the samples. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Great drink for reasonable price with the festive glass. Decorated so cute for Christmas!

Froth & Cork in Hastings is hands down one of the best-designed coffee shops I've visited! Housed in a converted home, the space is beautifully decorated and makes great use of every corner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. No surprise--it fills up fast! If you want a prime seat, you might have to wait a bit, but it's well worth it. The menu is fantastic, offering a great variety of coffee, specialty drinks, and delicious food. We tried the Peppy Pesto and Supreme Cheese sandwiches, both made fresh in their on-site kitchen, and they were absolutely delicious. Their coffee was also excellent, and they serve baked goods from Hanisch Bakery, which was a nice bonus. This spot has a little bit of everything--great ambiance, tasty food, and quality drinks. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

We got a bucket of rocks to toss at the wall filled with lots of metal objects, a chime, some Tonka trucks. They also had a fun crane that you can pickup blocks and try to stack them up or build something. The venue is an old Hastings building that has a ton of character. The Tap Wall has a good variety of beers and ciders. They change them up weekly. The costs per/ounce seems reasonable. They have the types of beverage broken down by type (IPA/Dark...) which is helpful. The cost/ounce varies depending on what you are getting. We tried several different menu items and all were good - the three different kinds of cheese curds along with the wide variety of wings (both bone in and boneless). They also have a lot of great sauces to add to your wings or curds. I also tried the Caprese flat bread, yum. We also tried a couple of the specialty cocktails, I really like the Honey Jalapeno Marg! The wait staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

We got 2 small buckets of rocks for $2 and went to the area to throw some rocks. The $1 a bucket was totally a great deal and simple enough without dropping major money on something so novel, but also really great. The service was a bit to be desired as despite multiple bartenders (and not many people) it took a while to get drinks or service, but the quality was great of the drinks.

I did a search on Yelp and came across this place that was only a few minutes off our route and it was more than worth the extra 5 mins. The interior was filled with little signs and rubber ducks. For drinks I ordered the Bloody Mary which came with a spotted cow chaser and my husband ordered the mimosa. We spotted they had spotted cow cheese curds and ordered these. They were absolutely amazing and rivaled the Mouth Trap Cheese Curds you get at the Minnesota State Fair. For entrees I ordered the Butcher Omelet with Hollandaise and it was so delicious and packed with fillings. I had no hope in finishing it so we took it home for leftovers. My husband ordered the Three Little Pigs Benedict and noted it was a top 3 benedicts he has ever had (he loves benedicts). I also ordered a cold brew cocktail I think it was the Spiked Salty Caramel and it was delicious and decadent! The entire time we were there people kept stopping in and visiting the bartender to get drinks and it was so fun to see. She was absolutely so fantastic and one of those bartenders you would go back to see over and over. Just a bummer its not close to our house. I would recommend this place to anyone who is over in this area. It is so perfect!
