It seems to function a little differently since the pre COVID-19 self service days. She did a nice portion of yogurt for the size cup I requested and even did a nice serving of the topping. I knew I made a good choice when I was greeted with 50 different types of candy and a counter full of fro-yo toppings. See below for a full review. What I ordered: * Two small cups - each mixed with cookies and cream, cold brew and pistachio fro-yo and packed with toppings ranging from chocolate chips to pralines to almonds. The total for both after they were weighed was $9.32. PROS: * It's affordable. They charge by weight rather than per flavor/topping. That's a huge plus because you can add as many toppings as your stomach desires without spending too much. * The pistachio and coffee flavors are DIVINE. They didn't taste like the typical syrupy versions you'll find in chains like Menchie's. * The candy and fro-yo offerings are very diverse. I saw everything from Mexican candies to standard US chocolate to chips. They also have over 10 fro-yo flavors you're welcomed to taste before purchasing. If you've got the munchies, you'll be in heaven here! Cons: * You can't assemble your cup yourself. I've been going out to eat almost all my life and I've never been told to not come back anywhere. This rinky dink yogurt shop was the first to do so. I always get my yogurt the same. A little strawberry syrup and captain crunch. This shop recently replaced the strawberry syrup with this brand that I've tried at Granny's and hated. I get my usual portion of yogurt only to find out they have the same brand of syrup. I tell the cashier that I don't want that brand of syrup and ask for something else. Since there's no alternatives I tell her sorry but I don't want that brand, place the yogurt on the counter and begin to walk out. Mind you, this is less than $3 of yogurt on the counter. She stops me and says that it's rude of me to leave my yogurt there. I apologize again and tell her that I've had that syrup before and I don't want that. I explain to her that I didn't see that brand before I poured the yogurt and I wanted my yogurt a specific way. I say sorry again. She starts explaining how that's a loss to the business and how rude it is. I tell her am I supposed to pay for something that I can't enjoy. This is plain yogurt with no toppings. She keeps going on and on so I just walk away. I've already apologized 3 times and I explained to her what happened. As I was leaving she says, "well don't come back then." I won't come back. Her attitude was extremely poor. I've been in customer service positions before and you don't go back and forth with a customer. I understand that she was upset but she acted like the less than $3 of yogurt was coming from her personal paycheck. And who does she think she is telling a customer not to come back? At most I would expect that from a owner, and they usually say that to people who are being rude. I was apologetic, I placed the yogurt directly in front of her, I explained myself several times. I don't care about the cost of that tiny amount of yogurt. If I owned this business, I wouldn't either. This is EXTREMELY poor service at its worst. I would never have this experience at Granny's or Yogurtland. They would have understood they made the change, the customer doesn't want the product because its not what was offered, its not a big deal. Besides the bad service, the yogurt isn't great. This tastes more like soft serve instead of yogurt, it's not tart enough. Just skip this place. The yogurt is not as good as the other shops, and clearly the service is piss poor. Businesses should not be treating customers like this in 2020! read more

Not only does it have the cutest decor, but all the employees are super friendly, and most importantly, everything they offer is delicious. Tried this new place on the way home after seeing its advertisement signs posted. It is 49cents per ounce. They have about 8 flavors to choose from. I really enjoyed the passion orange guava flavor! After reading all the reviews I decided to come into this place and give it a try, the cashier there wasn't friendly wasn't anything other than a simple "hi" when I walked in. As I went to get a cup I noticed that there wasn't many flavors maybe like 8 ? And it wasn't anything great other than simple tart, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate.. basically the basics. Since I was craving frozen yogurt I wasn't picky about the flavors but when I was serving it into the cup I noticed their yogurt was somewhat liquid like, super super soft and instantly melting in the cup before even adding toppings. Once I got to the toppings part it was more liquid than "frozen" yogurt but I will say their fruit looked amazingly fresh & the fruit also tasted very fresh, their cookie crumbs and brownie pieces tasted very old. When I got to paying to me it seemed a bit pricey noting since I usually get even more amount of yogurt at Yogurtland and it's never past $5 but I still paid because I was in a hurry and I wasn't going to just leave the yogurt there. What definitely won't make me come back is the fact that I was very nice towards the cashier, & I thanked her not once not twice but three times and all I got from her was her back, maybe it's because it seems like she might not speak English too well and didn't understand what thank you meant idk ‍. read more
