From the look of the image you would think that this has got to be a great dessert, unfortunately that was not the experience I had. The icecream tasted very old, it had no flavor other than frostbite. The brownie was stale , and you would think okay at least i have the cookie? but WRONG again! This is the best spot in town for some late night food! They've been around for a while and always serve up something bomb. We always get their carne asada fries because they really know how to serve it up. They even include cheese stuffed jalapeño's. Its absolutely GIANT and loaded with all the good stuff. It is a bit pricy but oh so worth it for what you get. The brother and sister that run this place are incredibly kind, work so hard, and even remember our order. read more

A hidden gem located in San Pedro, right after you exit the bridge the Super Churros California Truck is straight ahead on Harbor Blvd. They mostly sell desserts such as funnel cakes, fried cheesecake, churros, ect. but they also have pizza fries, bacon hotdogs, nachos and popcorn chicken combo. My boyfriend and I decided to share an order of Pizza Fries and my goodness the portion was huge! You could feed 3-4 people with the pizza fries as the box was even heavy itself with the extra cheese and sauce they packed on. It was the perfect munchie meal for $13! I will however ask for the fries extra crispier next time but that's just a personal preference. My boyfriend asked for extra sauce and they were generous enough to give us a huge side of sauce as well. I will definitely be back to support this business and try one of their many desserts! This food truck is located right next to the Vincent Thomas bridge at the fountains. They have a huge selection of carnival style foods and the portions are humongous. I ordered the super nachos which consisted of nachos, cheese, pico de Gallo, chili beans, onions, cotijo cheese and avocados. It was very delicious and packed with all those flavors. Portion was way too much for me to handle. Also ordered the caramel filled Churro for dessert. That was amazing. Better than Disneyland churros. Highly recommend to others read more

The food is really expensive for being mid at best. $4 for a churro and $8 for some wack nachos. There's always homeless tweaker near that take over the public restroom near and make it very awkward to be around. I tried the strawberry funnel cake and they put soo much evaporated milk on it, it was super sweet but over powering to the point where I just threw it away. I tried the chili cheese nachos and they were watery and didn't have enough chips. I probably won't go back here ever. If you ever are looking for a food truck that sells churros and every type of sweets, this is the place. It is conveniently located off Harbor and Seaside Freeway. Their menu covers up their entire front of the truck. They are known for their churros. I got a pack of four with Nutella dip, and they were pretty good. Our football team lost tonight so we thought we'd try this place out to celebrate a great season. We ordered 2 funnel cakes, a chili cheese dog, and french fries. The spot is nice because it's on the LA Waterfront. It was a bit cold out tonight but the air was nice and the area is well lit. The prices are reasonable. The funnel cakes were served in a take out plate. The portion is enough for two to share. My funnel cake was a little on the cold side. I was looking for the ice cream to melt on the funnel cake but to no avail. The chili cheese dog and the fries didn't taste fresh. They gave us warm sweet rice for free while we wait for our order and we loved the warmth, the taste, texture and the sweetness! The people are nice. read more

Never in my life Have I had such an amazing slice of heaven. Its basically a funnel cake cheesecake topped with strawberries and whip cream. The flavor is intense and like nothing you have had ever before. We have come many of times here and we always add 1 item new to try. Tonight I got the Iced Caramel Coffee... Although not strong on coffee flavor it was amazing. Better than Tierra Mia! Carne Asada Quesadilla... for $17 dollars!! Wtf right!! Wrong.. We got it and it's literally LOADED and HUGE! 3 people ate off of it and it's still got a good amount left. Everything is shareable It looked like taquitos with all the toppings but there was a quesadilla under all that gold! So good! Downside.. it's a drive and the wait tends to be longer than average..however the food is made fresh and to order so I have zero complaints about my wait.
