Love yogurtland! Would definitely recommend enrolling in their rewards system. Pricing is quite fair compared to most other froyo places, and their classic tart is delish. The cashiers have always been nice at this location, and would definitely come again.

I miss the days when they would give you a sampler cup where you can try the flavors before you decide which ones you want to pull the lever on. That darn pandemic changed a lot of things! But I digress... Sometimes my neighbor texts me and asks me if I wanna eat. A lot of times even after I've eaten I go because somehow I don't know how to say no to food. Anyway, we came on a chilly night so it was slow. They have many flavors to choose from and toppings you can add. You pay by the weight. I like the captain crunch because I like the crunchy texture and it's lighter than the mochi bits. This night they didn't have it. Not sure if that was just that night or if they no longer have that as an option. There are a few frozen yogurt/ice cream choices nearby but this one is good if you think "frozen yogurt" is healthier option. I have my own opinions about it. Either way I'll still come back! read more

I just had the worst, most disrespectful experience with customer service in my entire 65 years of life, at Yogurtland in San Pedro on N. Western Ave. The person's name that I encountered is Citlaly. I enter the establishment, and no one was around. I got my yogurt for my grandson, stood at the counter and still no one. I said, hello? Still no one. I put a lid on the yogurt, then I got concerned. I walked to the end of the counter wondering if someone needed help. I cupped my mouth and said hello at a loud enough volume to reach the back. Citlaly came forward with an angry look on her face. I said, are you ok? She then snarled at me and ask me the same question. She angrily told me I didn't need to raise my voice like that. I explained she didn't here me prior to that level when I called out. Then told me I didn't need to come in there acting rowdy. I told her she was disrespectful, and her reply was, do you want the yogurt rung up or not. I asked her to pronounce her name, and she replied, I will not. I told her maybe if I wasn't a nurse I wouldn't have been concerned that someone may have been hurt in the back. I also told her, if my grandson had not just had surgery I would not be ringing it up. She said, then put your card in and ring it up, in such a hostile tone. I told her she doesn't deserve her job. She said, just sign. I did, she put the receipt on the counter and walked away. I was so angry, I was shaking. I live down the street and have taken my grandkids there on many occasions. They will not ever again get Yogurtland from there by me taking them. To think I am grieving my father that just passed away days prior, but I was able to keep my composure, while being so disrespected by Citlaly. This encounter took place 3/3/26 at 1:11pm. What has happened to this world culture? read more

The worker who was there on 1/26/2025 Sunday, was so awesome. Very nice and patient and could just tell she was a great worker. Didn't get her name but whoever was working the shift at 3:15pm give that girl a raise. That's the person you want to be working your store. Any store. The place got very busy but am she was fast and efficient. Everyone was in and out quickly. Some people used cash, credit, gift cards, this girl was like no problem i got you and we all were in and out in minutes read more

Went with my husband for yogurt and ask the girl for sample cups, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. When it was time to pay I asked how her night was going she looked at me from head to toe and once again rolled her eyes at me. I asked for my receipt and she handed to me rudely. If she's so miserable why is she working there? You guys shouldn't hire people like this in your business. Then I called to speak to a manager and I guess the shift lead just laughed when I told her they had terrible customer service. These kids are horrible and have no respect what so ever. I love this place! We come here often because we live in the area. They have a variety of toppings and flavors like bomb pop and Madagascar vanilla and popping boba and rainbow mochi for toppings! Their service is kind and helpful! They also offer seating inside and this place sometimes offers free giant spoons if you have the yogurtland rewards app! The flavors are really diverse, they seem mostly Asian inspired and I love them. I tried the sticky rice and mango + lilikoi li hing pineapple with a waffle cone. I chose those two together because I love fruity and creamy combos. My daughter tried the beurre noisette cookie dough, I will say she was not impressed as she said it was not flavored like traditional cookie dough (she's a picky eater) I believe that's because it is artisan and she doesn't know the difference yet but I thought it was good. I think this place is really cute, walking in the decor is simple, has a mellow ambiance to it and very clean. Service was good and fast we walked in when there was no one in line on Sunday. I think it's cute for a date night out but I probably would not purposely make the drive to have this particular ice cream. If ever in the area I'll come to try new flavors. I think they're in a great location and I hope business stays up for them.

It had just a subtle hint of sweetness, and the slightly chilled cream was incredibly refreshing. The staff were so pleasant and patient with me, too. They have such a wide variety of drinks and pastries that it took me a moment to decide, and I really appreciated that they didn't rush me. I will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem!

I was right, but that still may be a bit unusual in SoCal, where we all scream for ice cream all year 'round. Large parking lot was mostly empty when we arrived and only filled in slightly for other businesses by the time we left, around 3:15pm. It took a minute for us to get noticed by the one person working, who we called out to a few times. She took our orders and got to work filling them. While we waited, I did a bit of inter webs research on why Bruster's resembled the same set up as Handel's. Turned out Bruce (the man behind Bruster's) worked for Handel's and had some of his own ideas about changes to the Handel's way of operating that, let's just say, Handel's wasn't open to trying. So Bruce went his own way, building on the same concept of ice cream made fresh daily in-house, unique flavors and a walk-up window. Interesting. Also interesting was the small portion in my waffle bowl. It was meant to be Medium, 2 flavors, but it looked more like a small, 2 flavors. In addition, the 2 scoops were offset with one flavor hanging over the edge, rather than in the bowl. Wonky. Lots of room in the bowl, why was it hard to aim the scoops into it? No one was being rushed, no line forming. This is a treat. Something special. Take a beat for the presentation. Especially if you're not giving full scoops. Make that bowl look like you filled it as best you can with the small amount you're dishing out. I haven't had this experience at other Brewster's, so maybe it's just how this location is run, or maybe just the person on this day. Don't think I'll return to find out. Cheers! "CC"

Iced decaf Americano in a plastic cup and OJ in a plastic cup. Kinda odd considering their price points. Some beverages are in mugs. This was more like a 2.75 stars rounded up to 3.

It's simple, soft and easy to eat. Unlike some breakfast where it's a tug of war to tear off a bite. It's not fancy. There's no panini I press, no arugula, aioli or anything like that. It's simple sandwiches how they traditionally made them before we got extra will these fancy ingredients. Great for the picky eater. One of the best sandwich places in town. So I asked for the manager because the coupon was given from valid resources and as I spoke kindly to the young girl there she informed me the manager will be there Sunday and so I asked well it's only 3ounces off can you honor it today I will be back Sunday to talk to the manager. Since I do come often with my family!!! Then some BIG WHITE GIRL EMPLOYEE NAMED EMILY!!!! BARGED IN AND STARTED TREATING US SO RUDELY AND CUSSING AT US!!! Opened the door while my daughter was standing by it and told us "to get the fuck out!!!" That was very very uncalled for and especially infront of my babies!!!!! She then proceeded to cus at us and was scarring her own colleague ! My mom then had to comfort the young girl and make sure she was okay !!!! This is very unacceptable!!!! Priced way better than Granny's yogurt, plus I get a good amount of free samples. It is always clean there as well, so that is a big plus. I frequent this yogurtland branch because of the staff. They are always helpful, always making sure I get the rewards on my card, and shameless plug to one of the workers there, I believe Oscar should own the store because of his attitude and leadership skills. She was so welcoming when I came in, great energy, great personality, and an amazing conversationalist.
