Yikes! Froyo has definitely gone down hill. Or at least this location. Unfortunately like another reviewer mentioned half of the machines were out of order or broken. The working ones had melted yogurt dripping out the bottom. I was very hesitant to get any toppings and opted out because there were so many flies surrounding it. This location needs to look into controlling the fly situation and trying to get their machines back in working order. It's not a good look for the brand overall. read more

Yes, this is the bad Froyo. Wins: *Good location. *Nice staff. *Big parking lot. *Umm... has frozen yogurt and various toppings. Losses: *Multiple (estimated 4?? out of 12) machines broken. *Sticky floor. Dirty tables. Full trash cans. *2 (nice, as stated above) employees sitting rather than wiping tables or mopping. I'll still return to this location if it's convenient. I like Froyo and the food wasn't gross. The Air conditioning is out- the store is uncomfortably hot, which is not ideal when you're trying to build a frozen yogurt bowl. Most of the yogurt machines are broken or do not dispense advertised flavor. Besides very few flavors being available, the machines were not clean at all with puddles of melted yogurts/sorbets underneath (gross) and there were flies around the topping bar. Both employees were on the floor trying flavors and did not greet me to the point I thought they were customers. When I was ready to check out they both were behind the counter staring at each other. I had to speak first. The floor was sticky and I could hear my footsteps. Definitely needs a regional manager visit and employee training Limited toppings compared to Olive location. Over the holidays, I was visiting Webster, and I took my nieces and nephews to froYo. It was a disappointment. First thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled like rotten milk. The machines were overflowing and looked very dirty. I wonder how often they get cleaned...the second I saw the yogurt I was disgusted. It was a very slimy and weird texture. It tasted like a candle. One of my nieces felt slightly sick after eating it. There were 2 employees, not very friendly. The place overall looked very dirty and bad frozen yogurt. I would not come here again. read more

Love frozen yogurt but this place absolutely sucks. The worker up front was so incredibly rude she told me when I walked in it was two sample cups per person, and when I asked for more for some of my friends she said "no I don't care" . Also when I first went up to ask for the sample cups she rudely yelled at me and put her hand in my face saying "um I'm with somebody" and all she was doing was running the customers card. Honestly just ruined my night, like whatever franchisee owner who took this spot might want to reconsider staffing decisions and hire people who can at least smile at you! I arrived at this location today and asked for a sample cup to try the new holiday flavors. I was then told by the manager that I needed an adult present to receive a sample cup. As I looked around, I noticed that the location was very unsanitary; this includes unclean and untamed machines, bathrooms and floors. They also advertise gelato and smoothies but don't offer these options. I would not recommend this location especially if you're under the age of 18 without an adult. read more

Wow. So very sad. We love Froyo but it has fallen from grace. I really want to support our Webster businesses, but it is impossible to eat at this establishment without getting stuck to the floor. This place has been a disaster the couple times I've been there. One word: dirty. The frozen yogurt machines are always having a few out of order, drippings everywhere, floor sticky, toppings bar like a bunch of toddlers came through and helped themselves. Two people behind at the registers, they don't say hello, don't look up from their phones. Asked for two taster cups (one for me and one for the person I was with). They gave me one. It's a shame this place can't get itself together as it's the only place in webster that sells FroYo. First there are so many great ice cream places in St. Louis that I would go before this place. My kids love getting whatever toppings they want, so you know what kids win sometimes. My big problem with this location was how the only employee working closed the store early on a Friday night in mid-July. Luckily we got served, but while we were eating we saw at least 5 families come up to the doors to find them locked at 8:35, when they clearly were supposed to close at 9 (picture was taken as we left). Came in on Father's Day June 21 and got a treat. We called first to be sure they had sugar-free frozen yogurt. The young guy who answered described which no-sugar-added flavors they had available right at that moment. So we knew we weren't driving over for nothing. Due to COVID they are putting the toppings on for you but you get to fill your own cup. No inside seating but there were places to sit outside. There seemed to be just one guy working by himself but it was not at all busy. The place wS spotless, you could tell they've invested in additional cleaning. The worker wore gloves and a mask and was friendly. The sign on the door asks that patrons wear masks too. I wish we had a nice FroYo like this in my neighborhood. read more
