I give it 5 stars very very friendly, everything is fresh hot, pricing is affordable I had a Cheese Burger and I must say it reminded me of Whataburger so yes it's that great. I was recommend here and it's now a spot for us plus they got fresh agua's for a little extra. So over all I say yes it's a must try, hidden spot. My husband & I decided to bring my kids after school for dinner. The girl that took our order was very patient and kind. We ordered 6 meals to eat there and we didn't wait long till they were out. They do have a little outside patio area with picnic tables to eat on. The patio isn't very big but very clean. It also has screens so birds or flies can't bug you. We came on a nice day and they had the fans blowing. The only thing is there are no bathrooms in sight, so you'd have to either go before or after eating. The food tasted really good. The burgers were fairly big, fresh and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy & they gave us a lot. The food was reasonably priced. My kids all enjoyed their meals, which as a mom makes me happy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone looking to try a new place. We're definitely coming back! read more

Fries were burnt, took forever to get my order and the employee was extremely rude. Go somewhere else to eat.

I placed my order over the phone because I knew for a Friday night it was gonna be busy and that's what the sign outside of the restaurant was asking customers to do. They said my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I show up and call again to let them know I was waiting outside. The lady that answered said it wasn't ready yet and that she would call me when it was. During that time other customers were placing orders at the window and getting their orders within 10-15 minutes. There was another man who started complaining because he placed an order over the phone and waited over an hour with no service or order. I continued to call while my husband waited in line to talk to someone and their phone was busy. We left after an hour and 15 minutes, unable to talk to someone and without food. read more

What a damn good burger!!!!! I am someone who is very picky when it comes to how to cook a good burger and consider it an art that makes it hard for me to find a good place. This burger was nice and juicy and dried out. The bun wasn't pressed flat or soggy but toasted which I love! The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crunch. Nothing worse than having soggy lettuce on a burger, it ruins the whole experience. I also had onion rings as well I could tell were freshly made. Overall, it was very good and definitely would come back. Advice: I tend to lean more towards fresh lettuce leaves rather than shredded lettuce but that's just a personal preference and I know some people rather have it shredded. Also, even though the onion rings were very delicious I would ease back just a little on the frying. They were a little over too cooked to were the breading was crumbing while I was eating it. Saw the 5 star reviews, had to check this place out. We were not disappointed. Husband and I love these small neighborhood establishments. Hamburgers were awesome! Fresh everything and those buns.....the buns were fantastic, made the burger perfection. Everything we ate was great. Food, service, nice outdoor screened in area to eat...all great. Well thanks Yelp. This place Frozen Dreams has a good burger with a great price. Very filling. I ordered 2 giants combos. And a corn in the cup. I went with aguas frescas limonada. There was $1.50 up charge for having an aguas frescas instead of a can of Coke. I am excited to return and try there charro burger which comes with aguacate and grilled jalapeños. One thing I didn't like was the half slice of tomato for such a huge burger. Not enough. There was a 20 min wait on the burger and one cook so I'm not knocking them. They have nachos and chili dogs. We waited in our car for our order and took it home. The have a covered patio that is screened. But in this heat. The lady that took our order was super happy and polite. Made for an overall pleasant experience. read more

MUST TRY! Burgers are juicy with the perfect bun to meat ratio. Fries are crinkle cut but crispy. I never liked crinkle cut fries because of the softness or sogginess, but these are bomb. The food is consistent on quality, affordable, they do military discount, AND they have excellent customer service. It's right outside Lackland AFB. This is a hidden gem. The location isn't the safest place in SA but I have been to this location several times and have not noticed anything dangerous. Their burgers are one of the best I've ever had. The fries was plentiful and very tasty. The prices are very affordable. I couldn't believe the price for these large tasty burgers.
