This picture doesn't do justice for all the goodness that was inside this burrito. Oh my gosh! It was so good!

Return visit. The Decade bowl is just as delicious and delightful as the first and many times since. Instead of carry out we dined in today. It's a cute little spot with board games to play if interested. Service as always was super friendly...small town vibes. Love it! I'm so glad to have this gem around the corner from home.

Morning Kick!!!!! Great as always!!! Excellent customer service! They are at Farmers market in Saturdays at CGCC. Must try!!!!

Their food truck is another staple in my visits to the Gilbert farmers market. I always get the decade breakfast burrito because that thing is a monster. Sausage, bacon, chorizo, egg, cheese, and well seasoned tots. Everything I dream of in a breakfast burrito. Not to mention they have a solid salsa to go with it. This monster of a burrito is also somehow cooked the whole way through, cheese melted as well despite its size. The only downside is that it's so tasty that I can't stop myself from trying to eat the whole thing in one go, which means I get so full every time I eat it. My partner also enjoys their Arizona bowl.

I can't get enough of this place. AMAZING food and even more amazing people. The owners are so sweet and make you feel at home with their amazing food and sweet personalities. I've ordered a few things here but the ones that stand out to me the most is the Keto bowl and the breakfast totachos! Definitely a must to try one of those two. Also I recommend the Chipotle Aioli on anything you get here. It's fantastic!

This place is always amazing and the owners are very kind people. We go here pretty often and are never disappointed, their burritos are great, the Kevin bacon sandwich is my go-to, and my wife loves the tatchos. They also have energy drinks and coffee, definitely try them out.

I tortilla-y love Morning Kick! Morning Kick has the best breakfast burritos as well as the best staff. It's family-owned and -operated. They started out as a local food truck and eventually opened this fast-casual style brick and mortar. The space is cozy with ample seating indoor and out. You can still find the food truck at the Gilbert farmers market every Saturday. I've dined and ordered to-go many times from Morning Kick. I always get the same burrito, the green chili burrito, $11.35. It's one of their vegetarian burritos and comes with scrambled eggs, seasoned tots, house green chile sauce, with shredded cheese wrapped in a 14" local tortilla. This thing is packed full of ingredients and flavor. I usually eat half and save the other half for later. Their fresh house salsa compliments the burrito perfectly. They roast the tomatoes in house and only use fresh ingredients; no canned ingredients. Their burritos also pair well with a side of tots. Aside from their amazing burritos, Morning Kick is also known for their morning kicks -- coffee! In fact, they were on Yelp's Top Places to Drink in Phoenix in 2023. They offer brewed coffee, cold brew, espresso drinks, and Lotus energy drinks. I always get my usual, oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon, which they make really well. I will be back for my next fix!

Our go to place for Saturday brunch! Word of warning for the naive, the burritos are massive! My husband and I usually split one and it's very filling. Our favorites are the cowboy and chorizo burritos. Egg preparations like the Benedict and wide variety of omelettes all great quality. It does get crowded on Saturday mornings but service is quick, efficient and polite! I recommend the blueberry pancake for those with a sweet tooth!

We got super lucky and were able to sit at the bar, open seating, with the TVs. There are regulars that come in and seem to have a good rapport with the staff and they love the food. It was a bit of a rush time and there was only one bartender so service was a bit slow. We did get some chips and salsa as we waited. Good chips, airy and crispy. The salsa was OK. I'm personally just not a fan of roasted salsa. Their beer was crisp and thoroughly cold which was refreshing. I tried the amor de mango and it was tasty. I can't remember my first drink either. It was a Paloma or a margarita, but i didn't enjoy as much, which is why I changed my next drink. The chimi trio was very tasty and full of flavor, one bean one chicken one beef, all good. Then we got the carnitas cheese crisp which was interesting and had good flavor. I would order both again. Service was pretty good. Like I said, the bartender was busy working by himself and when one of his coworkers noticed, we didn't have any more water then she would come by and help so that was appreciated. It s good date spot, or catching up with a friend or just grabbing a bite to eat and drink for yourself. I look forward to coming back and trying entrees. My only hope is that during the hot bright times they lower the shades and get more shades. Not only to reduce the sun coming in but also reduce the glare on the tv that way all spots at the bar are good spots.

You start off with complimentary homemade chips and salsa. The chips are always fresh and crispy, and the salsa has a delicious smoky flavor with just the right amount of heat. If you're looking for a good drink, the mango margarita is honestly one of the best I've had. The watermelon agua fresca is another favorite--it's crisp, refreshing, and has just the right amount of sweetness. As for the food, some of my favorites are the pozole, Pick Two Tacos, and the Famous Carnitas, which is also one of my husband's favorites. He usually goes for the Burro Combo, Chile Verde, or Famous Carnitas. You really can't go wrong with any of them! This time, I ordered the carnitas, and they were so good. The meat was seasoned perfectly, tender, and had a nice bite to it. The portion is also very generous, especially with the rice and beans. I almost always end up taking leftovers home, which is definitely a plus. The atmosphere is another reason I enjoy coming here. It's casual, comfortable, and relaxing, and they also have outdoor seating if you prefer to sit outside. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot with great food, generous portions, good drinks, and reasonable prices, definitely give this place a try. It continues to be one of my favorites!

We had the tomahawk steak, scallops with bone marrow, and a variety of seafood and veggies. It was definitely on the pricey side, but honestly, worth it for a special occasion! A couple of things were a little disappointing. I had booked two weeks in advance and even called ahead hoping for a table near the wine cellar, so I was a little surprised to be seated in the back corner by the wall and bathroom, especially since it was a Tuesday and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I was also really excited about the ceviche I convinced my husband to order, but unfortunately, we never received it. I got a water to start because I was waiting for my friends (we were here for a birthday dinner last night). Fast forward we get our food(mind you the least expensive item we ordered was $30). My friend who was the birthday girl found not one but two hairs in her food. All of us were extremely disappointed. We came here to have a good food and a good experience and it was not that. It's hard for me to find excuses for the staff who prepared the food. Managers should be doing quality checks on everything every step of the way. People are paying for good food as well and the experience, please do better for the community. They did give her a piece of flan for her birthday and comped her meal but we would have much rather paid and had a good experience. The manager seemed very nonchalant in a way that made all of us feel like it's happened before at some point. Whoever owns this restaurant please reevaluate your staff and processes. You couldn't pay me to come back here.
