I ordered the Fajita Pita as a rice bowl as always at the other location and I also got a Strawberry Watermelon Pineapple Juice. It took a little minute to get my food just because it was busy which I didn't mind. My rice bowl tasted the same as the other location which gave me much satisfaction and is a testament of the consistency across locations. The juice was refreshing and well balanced. The young man who took our order did have a positive attitude but with it only being 2 people working and a large group of people wanting to order or receive their order; the wait was hard. While Selden Market I met Danni, the co-owner of Bellas Creations and talk about giving off good vibes...she had an encouraging spirit and so much personality! It immediately felt like I had met a new addition to my 757 Fam! Also, I found out her family has an entrepreneurial spirit! Her sister owns Isabel's Comfy Co. (soft blankets and pillows) and her brother owns DC Smoothie (food truck). Based upon Danni's recommendation...I checked out DC Smoothie which was located at Farmhouse Brewing for the day. As soon as, I pulled up Danni's husband greeted me like family! He had a huge smile and said, Danni told me you were on the way; what can I get you? I felt so welcomed! I almost thought he was going get real 757 and ask me; how your momma' and them doing? Well, I ordered one of the best smoothies ever and tacos!! It was a great experience...I will definitely be back! Side Note: God is always placing the right people in your life to give you messages, help you find your way, and/or let you know you are on the right path. I asked the male behind the counter and he was extremely rude to me and said they're $1.78 each and I said "Oh, I thought you gave them with the smoothies" pointing to the two people IN LINE who had not ordered yet. Fit Bar Norfolk The restaurant features: smoothies, fresh pressed juices, ginger lemonade, detoxes, vegan options, salads, salad bar, keto options, ginger shots and plenty more. This is such a good look for the mall! On Saturday, I wanted to try the cheesesteak, but I was told they ran out... bummer! I guess the grand opening was a huge success if you're running out of product. We opted to try the vegan cheeseburger. I opted for vegan cheese and my babe regular cheese. We didn't know what to expect, but the owner, Sunshine and a few others vouched for the burger. I believe Sunshine saw my face and she cooked our burgers personally.
