Love location, love selection. Want to love service as I'm a loyal Frys customer. But the service is the worst! I find that 4 out of 5 times I encounter rude unhelpful staff. Terry the cashier was not only rude to me but I watch her interact with the baggers with little to no respect. Florist, I asked on 3 occasions when should I order a decent amount of flowers? Weeks ahead? No she said the week of. I went a week ahead and I was told sorry it's to late! My $300 order went else where. Floor manager, I asked for help finding a plastic knife and fork for my to go salad. He asked one person who said they were out, he turned to me and said sorry we are out! It's a grocery store! I feel they could have found a way to accommodate me! Meat counter, couldn't be more helpful. Kind, polite and helpful. They must have transferred from other stores as this is how Fry's gets my business. I continue to shop for basics and only do self check out. but I'll just stick to driving to anthem frys. People are so much more pleasant there. Such a disappointment read more

I've been shopping at Fry's/Ralph's (in ca) for years. They have always had mostly everything I ever needed and wanted. This store however either needs a new shopper or new management. I've lived right across the street from it for about a year and a half now. Virtually every time I go there for something specific, they almost never have it. Not only out if stock, but most things they don't even carry. Like cream of broccoli soup. IN ANY BRAND. I mean what full service grocery store doesn't sell that? Maybe whoever stocks this store spends too much time at the wine/beer counter they have, cuz god knows everyone needs that when shopping for groceries. I go to Albertsons now. They carry most items and parking is much much better. read more

Great new frys supermarket. This place has everything! I love the beer and wine on tap, it's perfect for an afternoon sushi tray(which is delicious I might add) and then a flight of beers. The selection here is phenomenal, it's new, it's clean AND shaded parking. This is now my new store, hands down. read more

If you want to get in 10000 steps a day shop at this store. I can by a shirt when I walk in the door but milk is somewhere that I can't find, I can't find the bread either. This is a grocery store not a department store or a restaurant or a bar. If I wanted a bar I would go to one. So if I want groceries I will go to a real grocery store. read more

The store is always immaculate and very well organized. However they keep TERRIBLE inventory. Every week I order groceries a full page of items are missing and unavailable/out of stock. They have very minimal produce available in organic options. Even though we live a mile from this store, we now use the anthem location. More than double the organic options, and 99%+ items ordered are always in stock. read more

The producers from the "Walking dead" can save alot of money and film at this store. Talk about dead pan eyes, really? Cut your losses now, and nuke this store. Use the solar panels elsewhere. If only that energy was in a third of the people who work there, what a change. I have too many complaints to list. Why I bothered to post, I'll never know. Parking is amazing here. Amplecspacecto park and not have to fight for parking compared to Wal-Mart. Depending on what you buy here vs walmart; at frys they tend to be a bit higher. Another thing I have noticed is the vegetables are fresher compared to Wal-Mart. Another plus is check out is much faster than walmart. Highly recommend this place! read more

The Fry's I shop at is on 4351 E Highway 90, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. I moved from Maine to Sierra Vista, AZ July 25, 2013 and was shocked to find some of the same exact food items I bought in Maine were literally double the prices here. We have 4 grocery stores here; Safeway, Food City, a Super Wal-Mart, and Fry's, so my 1st year or so, I'd shop at the different stores to calculate the price differences. I've only been to Food City 3 or maybe 4 times only to find nothing worth buying due to cost, freshness, and what they never had available. Safeway is outrageously expensive, customer service was horrendous for 4 years until they weaned out the worst and unacceptable management staff/team, and there is always a huge line at check out. I was very surprised to see Wal-Mart's produce prices are extremely high but I will buy simple items like trash bags, cereal, chip type snacks, tuna fish, soups, gluten free foods, toiletries, and a few other items that are a bit less expensive than Fry's. For some reason you're no longer mailing paper coupons and when I was receiving paper coupons I would buy the above mentioned Wal-Mart items at Fry's because the coupons did make buying those items cost effective. Why aren't you mailing out paper coupons as I've not seen the same savings has been transferred to the digital coupons you offer? I want and I have to say THANK YOU so very much for CONSISTENTLY being the BEST grocery store I've ever shopped at for 50 years!! Looks like our Fry's is the best Fry's in the whole state of Arizona!! Where this Fry's is located you're serving people from Mexico, Bisbee, Hereford, Palominos, Sierra Vista, Huachuca City, Whetstone, Benson, and area's like Tombstone. Your one store is supplying food to more towns and a large number of families that live on or just over the Mexico boarder and you are still able to keep all fresh, frozen, boxed, and canned items very well stocked, each department and isles are the cleanest, and I've only seen a mess in the restrooms one time, which was being taken care of as I was leaving that area. July will be 5 years that I've been shopping here I am totally amazed by how positively consistent every aspect of our Fry's is!! Fry's in Sierra Vista, AZ goes above and beyond all expectations from employees who truly do care, get to know customer's by name, know what items we usually buy, help us figure out which produce item is freshest or sweetest based on color and textures, are aware if we shop on a different day or a different time of day than when we normally shop. It's very apparent your employee's love working for you, that they really do enjoy taking time in getting to know customers, if we want to chat with them, to how quickly an employee who's not at the register will scour the isles or back rooms to see if an item that's not on the shelf is out back, and how the managers will make exceptions on the price of a sale item we wanted wasn't out back in the warehouse and will honor the sale price of the item that wasn't in stock. Our Fry's is always clean, produce workers are constantly restocking, answering questions or leading us to an employee who can answer our questions, and every manger, cashier, and person who makes this Fry's the Best of the Best!!! From what I read in the comments, each Fry's store, franchise, or chain of grocery stores affiliated with Kroger need to duplicate exactly what the Fry's in Sierra Vista is doing!! I was surprised to see so many negative reviews as my experience with our store would not tolerate and allow any employee to have the privilege of working at Fry's with such blatant incompetence and lack of sincerity!! Thank you again for providing Sierra Vista with the greatest team of employees. I can not stand any kind of shopping, whether food, clothes, or even shopping online. Omg this is the nicest frys I've everrrrr been to! The parking lots is HUGEEEE. I love the whole solar panel idea. The customer service was friendly & helpful when I needed to be directed to a certain area! The only weird thing I'm not used to is the location of their clearance items. My old frys had them all on a back wall corner but this location has it by the cleaning supplies and in the middle of a hall by the clothes. Other than that it's amazinggggg. read more

Nicest Fry's I've ever been to. Huge store, covered parking, sushi bar, Starbucks, sandwich bar, deli. HUGE selection of healthy and organic food, all very clearly labeled by green font on signs throughout the store. Huge wine selection, nice wine bar where you can order made-to-order food. My husband likes the beer variety and I love the homewares section, also big beauty department. Love this Fry's! read more

I am growing more and more disappointed in this store location. I was so excited for this location to open however seems every time I come here there are things that they are out of. I have a choice between the store versus the Albertson's. Though I would like to shop at the store for the newness and convenience of other amenities however every time I have come here for the past three times I have not been able to get "light" sour cream, The last two times that I have come in I have not been able to get a bone in ribeye and the butcher said they were out so could not cut new pieces for me, I am also very disappointed in the fact that I cannot get a seven bone chuck steak from here. I have tried every time I have been here and have been unable to which makes it very inconvenient when I have to drive from here to the Albertson's to get what I want. We couldn't wait until this store was built after frequenting the Bell road store and the 1st couple of months were great although now we have experienced mold on the strawberry's on 2 different occasions and if I wanted to pack my own bags I would have gone to WinCo. Saturday afternoon you would think they would have adequate staff although my wife and I had to bag our own groceries and the poor checker just apologized saying that is they way it has been all day, unfortunately that has been they way it has been for the last 3 visits...Sorry to have to write this... read more

Fry's Marketplace is the bomb! I love how they are always bright and clean and affordable with tons and tons of variety!

I went to this frys to purchase an electronics product but to no avail. You see items over 5 dollars were locked up probably due to a rampant security failure on their end. I requested that the item be unlocked so that I may purchase it but after several attempts no employees helped me even after I was assured that this issue would be solved. At one point I waited for 15 minutes for an employee. They are either clearly undermanned or strictly apathetic. I will not stand for the disrespect and lack of courtesy I was treated with. read more

Great store but they need to have more staff for the quicklist. First time I tried it I waited over and hour. I could find something to agree with all the customer reviews, my problem is reconciling my receipt, whereas, they have 2, sometimes 3 mega events going at the same time, whereas, if you purchase less the minimum purchase per each event, they charge regular price, whereas, if you purchase more than the allocated amount pre-said event, the savings doesn't apply unless you complete the minimum purchase on the second sequence of the same event. This is what I was told by Tod, front end manager at 2800 W. Dove Valley Rd. I find it most difficult and time consuming reconciling fry's receipts then that of their competitors, coupled with the fine print, perhaps intentional. read more

I love the Frys they have everything you would want. A bar, Starbucks, and choices of making you meal at one of their food stands.

We love this Fry's location! It is a huge store! Staff has always been really nice, the food area is usually pretty good. Starbucks can be a little slow, but we still will shop here. read more

Customer service sucks. I asked to simply to see what I have left on a gift card and the rude older woman at the customer service counter ( 2 other employees standing next her looking confused) told me to go to the checkout people. They told me to go to customer service after I already did. I just said forget it. It's not uncommon for this store to push off a question to someone else in another department. I threw the gift card away being it probably only had under $10 or so. So I went to Albertsons another couple miles north off carefree and spent $168 there. Albertsons meat department and customer service is so much better. So is Safeway on Happy Valley. I will only shop at either one. As clean and nice this Fry's is, they need to do customer service training big time. Just rude... You ask for where something is, they just point in the direction and say what aisle it's in. I hate to say it but Wal-Mart on happy valley even has better service. That's not good... read more

The food department needs to learn customer service. I was waiting in line (I was next) there was one person in the fried food/ hot food section helping the customer ahead of me and another one putting fried chicken in the pan (HIS NAME WAS APTLY NAMED SKIP). Bet you can't guess what happened next. A group of 3 people walked up he put the chicken down and asked them what he can get them. Well they ordered the last 3 chicken enchiladas; which I was going to order. :-( I was never recognized or even welcomed to the counter, but the 3 people behind me greeted and welcomed and served right away. I guess I was skipped by Skip. So I went to the always there to help you chinese food section and got what I did not go there to get. SO therefore you get a bad review from me!! NOT to mention I had an employee there at 9:55 AM one morning right after an oral surgery where she could only eat soft food. She walked up and asked for a serving of mashed potatoes; the lady refused to serve her and stated it wasn't 10 O'clock yet. C'mon if the food is out and ordered serve it PEOPLE!!!
