We tried wings because they advertised a special for $1.50 per wing on Wednesday night. They have a ton of sauce options. We went with Nashville hot, Steph's Way, and toxic sauce for the cauliflower bites. Portions were fantastic for the price. The Nashville hot was my favorite. Not too hot with just enough kick. The Steph's Way was a bit salty, but had a nice lemony flavor. All wing meat was cooked perfectly. Food is cooked to order and they will text you when ready. I can't wait to come back to try their other sauces and menu items.

We ended up getting 6 steph's way which is a garlic parmesan based sauce, 6 nashville hot, and an order of cauliflower bites. Food is made to order so it took a bit of time before our food was ready. They text you when your foods ready for pickup so you can wait in your car or walk over to the library. Food was amazing, wings were huge and the bake-fry left the wings perfectly cooked and juicy. The nashville hot was my personal favorite sauce of the night. The steph's way was just a tad too salty for me but still great overall. We promptly picked up a tub of their spicy guacamole (they also have original and unique flavors that include Greek-style - Opamole - and jalapeno cream - Locomole) and a bag of their flavorful taco chips. The friendly staff working told us that they usually sample with their regular chips, but the combo of the taco chips and spicy guacamole was terrific. We will definitely be watching for the Guac Shop again!

All the pricing was great and I visited them at 7:15 p.m. and they closed at 8:00 pm and they still had the same quality and portions of food as if I had been there when they open at 1:00 p.m. Coming so close to closing time I thought that they would say they were out of funnel cakes or out of something but they weren't and it was well worth visiting this food truck. We ordered 6 tacos, the price was super reasonable, and it took about 5 minutes. We only got the street tacos, so maybe we need to try something else next time.
