I live in a small town where authentic Pho just isn't an option. We were passing through town and decided we needed some Pho. We started with the truffle fries and spring rolls, both were really good. Our pho was delicious as well and just as good as any legit authentic pho I've ever had. Staff seems pretty cool too. First time in your restaurant, we had take out order of chicken pad Thai and vegetable egg rolls. Both items were very tasty. The portion for the pad thai was a lot, it fed my wife and I for lunch, and we had enough left over for a dinner meal. We definitely got our money's worth. Wow! This place is amazing!!! Best food in town hands down! You won't be disappointed. The egg rolls were perfectly crunchy and delicious and the sauce, just amazing! I got extra to take home with me and they were still really good and crunchy the next day. The Pho house special was some of the best, if not the best, I've ever had. The service is incredible! You can tell they really appreciate their guests. They made me feel invited and welcomed. And the price was unexpectedly lower then I thought it would be. This place is super clean and friendly. My group got plain pho, garlic parmesan noodles, shrimp and pork spring rolls, and the spicy beef noodle soup. The plain noodle soup and garlic noodles were great, but I was disappointed with the spicy beef noodle soup. I was expecting authentic rice noodles, but got udon noodles that were "mid". The spring rolls were not what we asked for, and with that being said, our service was not very good at all. Our waitress visited our table maybe twice; to get us our drinks, and to get us our orders for food. We finished our drinks really quickly, and were left with empty glasses until we paid. We have been here twice now. It's an absolute gem. I think it's family run - Dad is a great chef, and his son waited on us. Food was stunning: flavorful and fresh. All the staff we've interacted with have been sincere and pleasant. As vegetarians we found the range of choices to be excellent. Best veggie Pho of the valley (and I have tried many places). The egg and spring rolls were accompanied by a delectable house-made soy sauce. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. I really hope they don't water down their quality. The food was great, however, they need to be more organized. 2 items were missing from the order. When the server came to the table she didn't have paper to write down our order (there was only 2 of us, but we were ordering for 7) and I think she thought she would remember everything. We were short the fried rice and Spring rolls. Bummer for all of us. Fortunately, there was enough to go around, but the extra would have been nice. Everything tasted super yummy and I would definitely go again, but have the order written out myself or eaten in. I am still in disbelief at the service I received when coming here to pick up an order. I have never publicly complained about any restaurant, but after how rude and disrespectful the guy at the front was, I have to. I had called in a pick up order, when my friend and I came to pick it up, my friend asked for extra sweet and sour sauce. The guy said "we don't have that," so we said okay, thanked him and turned to leave. We then hear him say, "Well if you don't fuckin want it I'll put it back." We turn and he is holding some containers of a similar sauce. We still are super nice, even though he was cussing at us, took it and turned to leave again. We then hear "Oh, no fucking tip? You guys can give it back then." Unbelievable. I have never had someone speak so aggressively to me before, just picking up an order. This man is chubby and red headed, just so everyone is aware who this asshole is. Oh, and when we got home, every single piece of pork in the fried rice was raw. This place has permanently lost my business. I highly recommend whoever is in charge hires someone to replace this guy, he clearly hates his job. read more
