This store has been very neglected. It's filthy! Walls need painting, the light fixtures covered in dust and the floors need scrubbing. Prices are reasonable, Ceasars salad was good and fresh, the Cajun pasta and Parmesan chicken was so salty. Ordered a piece of bread but no knife for the butter. Definitely will not return. Stopped for a quick impromptu on the go lunch while running errands. Placed a pickup order for the spicy Korean steak noodles with rice noodles instead of lo mein plus a cookie for later. My order wasn't ready as promised so I had to wait about 8-9 minutes which was alright. Considering the fact that I had to wait, my noodles were surprisingly just warm and not piping hot. There was a nice heat to the noodle dish but I didn't care for the overly sweet and excessive abundance of the sauce. My noodles were dripping sauce with each bite. I shouldn't complain or expect real Asian style food from a non Asian establishment. If I come back, I'll try something else like mac n cheese. Most of the tables were clean but several of them needed to be cleaned. It was lunch time so was a line of people waiting to order and several waiting for orders which was expected. The employees should be washing their clothes, wearing gloves, and spending less time standing around and more time cleaning. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was unacceptable. Went for lunch today and was a bit shocked by how empty it was since it's been a minute since I've been back here. I've been craving my pesto cavatapi and let me just say it's never tasted better. I did the small bowl of noodles and the side Caesar salad lunch deal and it was such a steal, amazing quality of food and the young girl who made my salad made it with love. I don't think I've ever had a better Caesar salad it's crazy! Restaurant was clean, staff nice. Nothing fresh, authentic or homemade here! The breaded chicken was so salty!! My butter noodles were bland, dry and no flavor. The Alfredo sauce was so bland tasted like butter. The small butter noodles had 5 tiny pieces of chicken on it, like smaller than Chik Fil A nuggs! Every time I order from here I'm foolishly hopeful it will get better but 3 strikes, you're out. Every meal has been little to no sauce- and when I say little, I mean maybe a spoonful for a large bowl of noodles. It's pathetic. On top of that there is absolutely no flavor to any of their food. The restaurant was very clean! The atmosphere reminded me of when I first started 20 years ago, but elevated. At first I was disappointed to see penne rosa gone. I used to order penne Rosa, substitute penne for cavatappi. I ordered the Rigatoni Rosa and sub the noodles to cavatappi and instantly my childhood came rushing back. It tastes just as I remembered when I worked there as my first job in 2005. Rosie was super sweet and very attentive. She was correcting and reminding the cooks for the correct portions, all while completely taking command of the front end. She was absolutely amazing. I love, love, love Noodles and Co and it brought me so much joy to see that it has changed in a good way as far as the menu and the service has remained top tier. Upon entering, the staff greeted me and were patient while I perused the menu. I decided to order the shrimp pad thai and Japanese pan noodles. Although they weren't authentic, they still tasted quite good and satisfied my craving. Noodles & Company offers two sizes: small and regular, and I opted for the regular size for both dishes, each costing about $12. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were decent. Very busy with online orders. The environment is open with many seating options. There was only a few people inside. Staff was cleaning and organizing the tables, but interesting that no one was cleaning the floor. Lots of food around the flooring and needed attention. I tried the IMPOSSIBLE™ Orange Chicken Lo Mein that was new to the menu. It was pretty tasty even though the chicken was like chicken nuggets cut up then added to the noodles. We ordered online so I can't speak on the overall interior of the store or the service. However, they did get our order correct which can be a hit or miss with too many places these days so I guess that's a plus. We ordered 3 dishes, each with a different sauce and protein. There wasn't enough sauce on any of them which lowered the overall flavorfullness of the dishes. They were decent so I can see where they were trying to go flavor wise but just didn't reach the finish line with the overall dryness. Maybe if I'm in the store I can ask for more sauce but who knows. They didn't skimp on any of our proteins but I have a feeling that can be a hit or miss depending on who's preparing your dish. I will say this though, they are scamming you with their side salads. OMG, I've never seen anything so small for $3.00! You can get an entire bag of ceasar with dressing, cheese and croutons in the grocery store for less than $4.00 and that serves several people! This bowl was so small it was literally 3 or 4 bites. This was my daughter's first time and she had spaghetti and meatballs. She is a huge pasta fan and her dish did not disappoint her. Mine on the other hand was just ok. Now, like I said previously I hadn't been in a long time but this dish was super salty and had waaaaaaaay too much pesto sauce. I don't recall it being like that. Maybe an off day or recipe change. Let me start with what is good. The service was very friendly and it was efficient. Our food came out quickly and was quite tasty. There is a nice variety of options on the menu and they share the calorie counts so you can make an informed decision. My issue with the place is the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the dining area. Every available table that could accommodate our party of five was dirty - some with the last customers' dishes still on it and others with seating that had dried on crud on it that I did not want my children sitting in. The condiment area also needed attention. I'm going to hope that they were just off their game today and that this isn't the normal state of affairs around here. UPDATE: Gave them another chance hoping last time was a fluke and NOPE! Service was friendly and efficient, food is good, dining area is an atrocity! This is our safe bet place. We have had at other locations and was trying this location for the first time. We ordered for a pick up through an app. Though the app said food was ready, when we arrived at the location it was not and we had to wait another 15 min for the food to arrive. We went with zucchini noodles and Pesto Pasta. Both the food arrived warm. We were super hungry and we wasted no time and digged right in. The food was tasty and had good amount of sauce, the ingredients were flavorful. We had a good meal. I would definitely recommend for a quick lunch fix or otherwise too. Will see you soon. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Went here instead of the Hawaiian place next door. The girl at the counter didn't seem to care that we were standing at the cash register to order nor did she say hello or smile or anything. We ordered the Korean spicy and the Japanese noodles. The broccoli was not cooked and very dry as well as the noodle bowls were dry with no sauce or flavor. The shrimp was cooked well... the girl at the counter continued to be less than friendly when she dropped the forks on our table as if we were an inconvenience to her. Pains me that I tipped them when I paid. Wish I could get that back. I won't try this again but I am disappointed cause I really wanted to like it. She did seem to be happy when her coworker returned for ice cream for everyone that she got next door. I like the simplicity of the Noodles & Company menu. You'll make your choice from their Pasta Menu Board (above the counter). You'll then go sit down, and wait for your bowl to be brought to you. Fairly quick process. My son took me here for lunch today (first timer) and I was pleasantly surprised!! I love pasta and they have plenty of options! It's hard to make a decision, but we both ordered the regular Japanese Pan Noodle, which was pretty tasty! Japanese Pan Noodles are caramelized udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce, broccoli ( cooked perfectly), shredded carrots, shiitake mushrooms, black sesame seeds and cilantro. Bowls were served to us efficiently hot & fresh! You decide the spice level you want as Sriracha Sauce & Soy are offered near the soda station. I look forward to coming back and trying the Pad Thai, Potstickers and Thai Green Curry with Shrimp. They also have Italian Pasta dishes, soups, salads and desserts.
