I'm going to tell you about the past, as well as what has changed. I wouldn't have given them 5 stars a year or two ago. Previously they always undercooked the burger, you would say "well done" and take a bite and it was maybe a "medium well" at best, like still pink. If you said "medium" then it came out like it had barely touched the grill. I reminded my husband of this when we were ordering, and told him to get medium well since he liked medium. I got chicken this time which was cooked perfectly. Sadly his burger came back with no pink. I brought it up to the counter, I explained everything I just told you here, and asked if he could remake the patty. He insisted on remaking the whole thing and said to take the overcooked one home. (Did he know that I actually prefer them this way? lol) He was super nice and made it perfectly to my husbands liking. He even brought it out to us. They offer free french fry refills. I went up and asked for some more fries and the same cook enthusiastically asked me if the burger was better, I said my husband was loving it! The service was great start to finish. The woman at the counter was lovely, the chef/grill guy was so nice. The food was delicious. The soda even tasted good. (I feel like I've had some sub-par diet cokes lately) The ambiance is basically what you would expect from a counter service burger joint. Nothing super fancy, but clean. There are a couple arcade games in the back with a wall chalkboard that I always tell my husband I love him on. There are also some tvs with sports or whatever on...honestly we sit away from those, they aren't distracting if you don't care, but I'm sure if you do care about whatever sport then that might be something you'd enjoy. read more

On Tuesday 5/13/25 After a long day for my wife to spend a day at Hershey Medical Center dealing with tests we left at 8pm and wanted something to eat. I loved Fuddruckers and haven't been there in a while, so we stopped by for something to eat. We both had a great hamburger that was made exactly the way we ask along with a nice Oreo Milkshake. The manager timed the shake just right when we were almost done with the meal, he brought them over as that topped off the meal. We were concerned that they were to close at 9pm and hoped the items would get to us quickly, which they did and we finished up exactly at 9pm as I'm one of the people who didnt want to be hold them up from closing....lol... anyway, the manager and the cook (wish I remembered their names) were great and we look forward to going back again soon. read more

Fuddruckers is something I remember from being a kid and being "special" because it's a little pricey. The idea is simple, you order at the counter, find a seat, and listen for your name to be called. We stopped in for lunch and we're pleasantly surprised to find they have "specials" for lunch, as we were prepared to order off the "regular" menu. We each ordered the burger and fries for 9.99. I don't remember the other options, I'm sorry. They have a topping bar of tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc and cheese to top your burger/fries. I love this about Fuddruckers - the cheese to top my fries is my absolute favorite! They also have coke products and various teas to drink. Ok, it's my second time visiting Hershey, PA in the past few years and this is my second time visiting here. This time I ordered a beyond burger as I'd normally ordered at other Fuddruckers location. Place your order and provide your name so when order is ready, they will call your name through the intercom. My family order came quick. Instead of fries, my husband ordered coke slaw but they forgot to give him the cole slaw. When my husband told them, they fixed it. My beyond burger was so grossly undercooked and falling apart. The patty was very pink and mushy texture. I've had at least 10 beyond burgers at fuddruckers before in addition to serving it at my own home bbq so I know how it's supposed to taste and look. When we pointed this out to their staff, they said this is how it's supposed to taste. It's sadly laughable at this point. I'm so disgusted and threw away my lunch. I want to start off with saying thank you to Jeff and their staff for shipping my son's bracelet back to us. My son left his very memorable bracelet at the restuarant, we didn't find out when we were already in another state. It would be impossible for us to go back and pick up the bracelet since we were traveling from California. Jeff went beyond to make this happen! This is the type of service that all restaurants should follow and bring hope to the service industry as it is going down hill in my opinion. I love the reataurant, the decoration makes me feel like I am back to the 80s, the good old days. We sat in a very unique table made with hundreds of bottle caps and resin. I would like to make a similar table someday. Burger is big and juicy; there is a wide selection on fountain drinks which i love. They also provide A1 sauce which you do not find in similar restaurants. I would highly recommend this place if you do stop by the area and want a quick bite. read more

The burgers that came out, even when we ordered medium, came out well done and were not juicy at all. I got the bourbon burger and that sauce was pungent and made the burger worse. All the Fuddruckers locations in the areas where I lived had closed. I was under the impression that they were gone....no more. Imagine my surprise this past weekend when my family visited Hershey for the Labor Day weekend, that while driving to our hotel on Chocolate Ave, I spotted a Fuddruckers...and it was open! I immediately told my family that if truly open, we were going to dinner there, THAT NIGHT. So after we checked into the hotel and dinner time rolled around, we head back out to Fuddruckers. I was so excited. I told my wife & kids how much I loved Fuddruckers back in the day and that I hoped this experience would be a positive one for them as well. Upon walking in, a lot was exactly as I remember. There is a pretty extensive menu, with different varieties of burgers, the weight you want, etc. A young man at the register patiently took my family's order and we staked our claim to a nice large booth at the back of the restaurant. I ordered a 1/2 burger with bacon, cooked medium, and with cheddar cheese. It was cooked perfectly. This place has a unreal fixin's bar, with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, hot peppers, sweet peppers, you name it. There's also a Fudd Sauce that is pretty darn tasty with the burger. My family also got burgers and absolutely loved their burgers and I must say, that I re-established my Fuddruckers fandom and Fuddruckers has gained new fans in my wife & kids! I'd also like to mention that there was a gentleman working to keep the entire dining area room clean (this was the evening of Friday, September 2nd, 2022). This gentleman was certainly dedicated to keeping the dining area clean and was super friendly to me and my family. He certainly put a smile on all our faces with his kindness. This man is a star! I have never been to Fuddruckers and overall I had a great experience particularly because of the staff. The restaurant ambiance was great - clean, lots of space and lots of interesting info on the walls. Clint was exceptional - he helped me determine what to order and his recommendations were great. The shakes were exceptional - big and flavorful. The wings were huge but the garlic parmesan could have been stronger. Finally, the hamburger salad bar toppings were incredibly fresh even at 9PM - but the burger could have been seasoned better. I love Fuddruckers because of how many burger and sandwich options they have. I got the vege burger which I prefer over the impossible and beyond burgers which they also have. If you like meat they also have many options. Fries were delicious and I love that you get to put all your own condiments and toppings at the little salad bar topping area. This place was AWESOME! If they had one near where I live, I'd probably eat here all of the time. Saw this place in Idiocracy, and was excited when I saw it next to my hotel. A nice, simple menu. Food was ready in about 5 minutes. You seat yourself, and they have a toppings bar, where you can add whatever you want to your burger, including nacho cheese and "Fudd Sauce." The fudd sauce tasted like ketchup and Mayo mixed together with some sort of a spice, and it was excellent. Oh, and I cannot forget about the "bottomless fries." They were reminiscent of Red Robin's fries - but better. I had two refills of them - they were THAT good. The burger was cooked perfectly and was super juicy. I can't rave enough about it. I'm in Hershey for a work conference and I was so excited to see Fuddruckers on my way in! We used to have one in Pittsburgh but it closed down years ago. My mom and I both ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and they came with fries and a fountain drink. They have a really cool "toppings" area, with sauces like ketchup, mustard, "fudd sauce" , honey mustard, etc. They also have sandwich toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, pico, jalepenos, etc. Everything was so good! Food was horrible from here..was staying in Hershey to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday and wanted to try something I've never had before. I've always heard about this place but never had it, so here was my chance.my daughter just wanted to stay in since it took a bit of time to drive from our home to get to Hershey so we ended up getting delivery through uber eats. We ended up getting the Kobe beef burger with fries, a chocolate milkshake, a cola, and a kids meal. The kids meal was supposed too come with a drink-- and of course it didn't come with the delivery, then the fries were also missing. I know it's prob not the restaurants fault- maybe it was my uber drivers fault- idk but I was upset. Then it came to the kobe beef burger- definitely didn't taste like kobe beef. It was very fatty and chewy- the burger was horrible. What a waste of money... I hate wasting money on food that my dog wouldn't even eat. My daughter said her burger was okay but I was highly disappointed with mine, and was already upset because some of our items were missing. read more

Love this place! We went there as we stayed at the inn across the street during our summer vacation. Food was delicious and freshly made, especially the wedges fries. Staff is very friendly. We went there on a weekday at around 1:30/2pm, not too crowded. There was a staff dedicated cleaning the table and vacuum the floor. I hope California restuarants will do that! If I get to visit PA again, will definitely come again! read more

Food is not what it used to be. Fresh baked brioche buns have been replaced with a soggy flimsy breadlike thing. Worst is the burger itself as it is a tasteless patty; overcooked, not seasoned and dry. Fries are still good. No service, but that is the style. Ambiance is very dated. This location must have changed ownership or something else happened because the place is not what it used to be at all. Bakery for the buns is sitting empty. Sad to see they let it go. read more

Fuddruckers, Why can't we have you in NY again???? The burgers are awesome. Fresh ground beef, not oily or greasy or too charred or flavorless. Cooked to perfection. Served on a fresh, in house baker brioche bun. The potato wedges are seasoned perfectly and so flavorful. Onion rings also standout from others. Nothing is too heavy or too fried. The toppings bar is a game changer. Making your own burger creation with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, peppers just add to the appeal.
