I also had some delicious flounder; now, this fish wasn't any less than the shrimp. The fish was one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had. I know a lot of fish--all the fish in the sea know me, and I know the fish. I must say the establishment is pretty inviting; however, myself being a cleaner, I know that it can definitely use a good cleaning. I did use the bathroom, and well, that was before I had my food and not after, which means it's good, and also the kitchen is clean. I enjoy this place because you do not have to deal with a waiter when it comes to ordering your food. All you have to do is just order at a kiosk, which makes it more convenient. They also sell smoothies, which are very nice as well. I do recommend this place for "to-go" food. To dine in would be okay, but would not be ideal only because it does need a good touch-up; however, the food is always consistent. If you have any questions, there are staff on site. I am pretty laid back when it takes aa bit longer, but at the sixty minute mark my order had just "been received". So I called them and asked to cancel my order, I mean according to their system my food hadn't even been made. But no, my food would be started shortly and I needed to wait. No cancelling. I explained that based on the time the food would take to cook and delivery I would have been waiting for two hours or more before the delivery arrived. Still I was told no, and that I was quoted 75 minutes. I told the person on the phone that I had the email receipt that said sixty minutes, to which she then was pretty rude and told me there was nothing she was willing to do for me and two hours is not that long anyway.. really? They were disrespectful and had no concern for their customer base. I would definitely not recommend this service and if you do use them, make sure you have plenty of time to wait, maybe some snacks..
