Burger was great as always. Small crowd so no problems with Covid. Go early. A lot of people in town.

Customer in front of me had several kids. Took 10 minutes to order and they would not open up another register. Line grew out the door. So sad. No one is concerned about service. Now for the customer.......why wouldn't you just stand to the side and make up your mind rather than stand at the counter and debate with the kids for 10 minutes. I always get triple cheese burger and it never disappoints. The fries are awesome. This is the only (big/thick) burger joint that I can actually eat the entire burger and leave no scraps..I am a loyal Fuddruckerite. read more

This is the 3rd Fuddruckers I have ate at. The first two were in Maryland and South Carolina. Had a good experience at all three. Food: The burgers are fries are good. Love the fixings bar are steak sauce choices. Service: Wait for food can be long when it is busy. Prices: I fed 5 people (3 adults, 1 teen and 1 baby) for under $40 with a 10% off coupon. And if I hadn't had the coupon, the total would have been less than $44. read more

Food was ok but they got my order wrong on a large carry out order. When I called back the managers were rude and dismissive. They claimed to refund the card for the missing item but the refund has not made it to my card. read more

The idea was cool...you order your meal (chicken, burger, etc...), and then they have a bar where you can add your own toppings. Their chicken sandwich was good, and their fries were good as well (a little spicy). Their side salads aren't really worth the $3.50 that they charge. read more

We had waited over 4 years to eat at another Fuddruckers after eating at one the first time in Virginia. This one didn't disappoint!!. We ordered 1/2 pound burgers. They were fixed to order and the buns were fresh. The only issues I would have with the restaurant are that it wasn't as clean as I would have liked to have seen, and it was a bit pricey for burgers ($54/for a party of 4), but otherwise, I would eat there again. read more

Burgers were good. Super kid friendly. Very disappointed in a couple things... 1st, the place is dated. 2nd, the toppings bar was minimum at best. Add lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. Any cool specialty stuff you would expect at a place like this is an upsell as speciality. 3rd, for a kid friendly place, I find it very odd that kid milkshakes are only available with kids meals. Not like I used to remember Fuddruckers. Garden bar was larger. Food was ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. Girl behind the counter calling out the names of the orders that were ready was not wanting to be there and it was obvious. My husband asked for an extra plate for our daughter and she looked at him like he was stupid and handed him a to go box. Just wish it would have been better. Also the trash outside the front door was overflowing. Probably not a good thing for patrons to see as they are coming into your establishment. And the bathrooms were real dirty. read more

We love the hamburgers. Not crazy about anything else but hamburgers. Nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. The butter toasted buns is also a yummy asset. Typically my hubby will get the 1/2 pounder and my daughter and I will get jr kids meals. The size is perfect, comes with fries, drink and cookie. read more

We brought our youth group here, 42 of us. We forgot to give them a heads up, and we showed up with 42 and they didn't blink an eye. Everyone had their food in a timely manner, the food was all good, everyone enjoyed it. Definitely a pleasant experience, will come back! read more

I gave this place one star because I couldn't give it zero. The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was a rubbery piece of "chicken" that was disgusting. The guy taking our order had to be explained three times that I wanted their "special sauce" on the side for my burger. The other two burgers we ordered were terrible as well. This place made us feel like crap after we ate there. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your money. read more

I visited this location right after arriving in pigeon forge. I decided to go with the Cajun chicken sandwich. It was very good. I would have liked to see the chicken slightly bigger as my bun overpowered the chicken. The rest of my family ordered burgers and said the quality was very good. The best part about this restaurant was the giant topping bar for your sandwiches. They had an array of 10 or so different toppings for your sandwich. Another great part about this location was they had a ballon maker that was making different shapes and animals for the kids. Our niece was with us and loved that guy! Well I used to get a one lb burger with a shake. Came out as 2 patties on one bun Burger flavor and fixins were as good as always but harder to eat due to the thickness of two patties. The shake was not thick and was half the size it used to be. They said the size of the shake was due to being out of clean glasses read more

Fudd's, makes the best burger you can get at a restaurant. Fresh and hot every time. A full condiment bar to add as much as you like, so you can build the perfect burger. The buns are what really puts it over the top, we seen the fresh dough being proofed in the bakery department, so they must be baked fresh daily. The service was outstanding, with manager walking around asking customers how everything was. I will definitely be making more trips to Fudd's when I am in the mood for a burger. read more

My first visit and last........I ordered two hamburgers 1 regular with fries and 1 1/3 pound er 1 order of onion rings 1 shake and 1 unsweetened tea and the bill came to over $22.00.
