Love their miso soup without olives as well as all the drinks! Their juices are all organic. The smoothies use frozen fruits, which I don't think are organic. They make their own in house ice cream which can also be made vegan. Great vegan selections overall. They also have a cheese, bacon and dairy options. I would suggest ordering ahead of time online because it can take awhile if you order there and it's hot in the summer waiting. Sometimes I notice less rice in my soup and would enjoy more. I wish there was more sauces to add to wraps and quesadillas but I can always add those things at home. There is a lot of outdoor seating with shade but also some areas where you can enjoy sunshine. We just stopped by after a visit to Blackberry Creek Animal Sanctuary, and I felt compelled to update my review as it's been a couple years. Fud n Juce is still great, of course. I suggested this place to my vegan friends and was so happy to find there were as many vegan options as I remembered. There's more room than I remember. I don't recall there being more than just the shack and maybe one picnic table outside in the past. Now there's indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor comes in handy on a chilly winter day like today. We even got some snow flurries off and on. The heated indoor toilet is nice too. Be sure to take the key and read the notice to find that heated toilet. I recommend the Mediterranean wrap with falafel mmmm baby. The salad dressing is home made and awesome. Do it. The fact that everything is organic and very reasonably priced is awesome. Smoothies are great and way cheaper (seven dollars and some change) than similar 24 oz smoothies at other eateries around town. Overall very impressed with the quality and price of the food. We're giving a one star for what Fudenjuice used to be, a surprisingly tasty place to eat and drink (great smoothies!). We have been fans for years. This last visit, 3/7/21, is our last. My wife ordered quesadilla and I the Greek bowl, which I always order. The quesadilla was 90% rice, a taste of avocado, a hint of cheese with no salsa or sour cream. My Greek bowl was 95% rice, 1/3 tub of spinach, a few bits of olive and not a hint of artichoke heart. Both orders were devoid of the unique flavors of previous times. Count us out Daisy. The shop has a small, cute set up that reminds me of lemonade stands. Parking is limited so if you cannot find a spot you may have to park further away or circle back to see if anyone has left. I ordered and my drink came out pretty quickly after. I ordered their strawberry banana flavored smoothie and sadly was pretty disappointed with what I received. The smoothie was NOT at all a smoothie but almost a juice?? The consistency was super watery and on top of that it was WAYY too sweet like getting diabetes per sip sweet. It had a ton of veggies and couscous inside and the tortilla was grilled on the outside so there was so much texture. Fudenjuce is a little hippie shack that serves organic, healthy vegetarian fare in Nevada City. We decided to try out Fudenjuce after spending a day at nearby farm sanctuary, Animal Place. We came on a sunny day and the weather was perfect for sitting outside; which is the only option at Fudenjuce. You order at the window and have a seat on their outdoor patio with a beautiful painted mural of a landscape with vegetables next it. I adored the cute hippie-like atmosphere. The menu was pretty overwhelming as they had so many smoothies and juices to choose from along with wraps, salads, bowls, bagels and sandwiches. The items can easily be made vegan by omitting the dairy that is added to it. I decided to order one of the specials on the board which was BBQ sweet potato tacos (without cheese) and the #8 smoothie which I believe had papaya, mango and ginger (without yogurt). The tacos came out on a crispy tortilla; kinda reminded me of a tostada. The tacos were pretty good and I also liked the side salad with green goddess dressing that came with it. My smoothie was also pretty tasty; doesn't even need yogurt! If I'm ever out in the Nevada City area again I would love to come back and try some more of their healthy and delicious food. read more

All vegetarian which I love! Smoothies, juices, and food items are always consistent which is huge to me, I want the same thing when I love something, and they execute it perfectly! Sometimes they're crazy busy but if you can plan ahead, I'd call in my order. My only complaint is I have had an encounter with one rude staff member, ONE time, I know everyone has their bad days, but I'll never forget it.
