We brought in multiple roofers and contractors, and no one could figure out where the water was coming from. Meanwhile, the problem kept getting worse - until part of our dining room ceiling finally collapsed from all the water coming in. Then came Shai and his crew. They did water testing and found the source within a few days: a few problem areas on the upper deck and a small hole near the scupper off the side of the roof that was causing huge problems. They did some patching right away - and overnight - a large part of the problem was fixed. We then hired them to repair the interior water damage and redo half the deck. Their pricing felt fair, the work has been excellent, and there were no surprises. They were professional throughout, and the workers spoke very highly of Shai and his integrity, which I thought was a really good sign. Just as important, they were incredibly responsive. Anytime we had questions or something wasn't quite to our liking they were attentive, patient, and accommodating. They even did some extra things that weren't in the proposal. Honestly, they basically saved our house. More than that, they gave me real peace of mind that we're ready for whatever rain comes next. Do yourself a favor: if you need work done, contact Shai. When a last-minute issue came up with the installer for my initial appointment, I was sure it was another example of contractor flakiness. I was happily proved wrong. (Yes, it's a busy time, and yes, stuff does legitimately happen!)
