Stop here leaving and going. We were early for our flight, suprisingly. Good place to stop for a drink and food. My husband got Old Fashion made with Tennessee Whiskey (Fugitives). For food we shared Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit. Wow oh wow it was delicious. If your super hungry don't share. It was tasty for real. Price was $11 and included tots. Not bad. The chicken breast was thick and juicy. Good service from Kmem and good way to start our voyage back home.

Brie was my bartender. I got a burger with blue cheese and extra lettuce and tots. It took awhile but she said they put the wrong cheese and had to start over. When it came out the tots were cold. She made me a new batch. Hot and delicious! The burger was more done than I prefer. And thee bread was a bit weird. But it came as ordered. Service was great.

The quality bar for airport food is set pretty low. Anything better than tasteless should be considered a win. And we all know not to expect value for the dollar. That's why we were pleasantly surprised with Fugitives in BNA's A Concourse. We had the salad with Nashville Hot Honey Chicken, and the Nashville Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. Both were well made, with an ample portions, fresh ingredients, and prepared fresh to order. The arugula greens, and Romano cheese were accompanied by a very tasty lemon vinegerette dressing. The chicken sandwich was just as good and served with fresh tots. Yeme our server was incredible. She took care of us, and the entire restaurant of travelers looking to get in and out fast. Efficient but was still personable, friendly, and found time to check back on all her tables (did I mention her station was the entire restaurant?) 10s across the board for service. The first slight disappointment came with the Nashville Hot Honey Chicken. The description leads one to believe this is Nashville Hot Chicken style. In actuality, it's a hot (temperature) fried chicken with a honey glaze and black pepper. None the less the chicken was very good, cooked perfectly, juicy, with flavors well balanced. If you are looking for spicy though, this is not the chicken your looking for. However, delicious. The second little surprise was we had food vouchers provided by the airline, because... it doesn't matter. We were informed the voucher could be used at any restaurant. Yeme even said they can be used anywhere. Well, you guessed it, anywhere but here - Fugitives. Disappointing, but the food and service made up for it, and the value was there. Salad and sandwich $24 for two. Not bad for an airport, given these prices are on par, or even a little under some other similar offerings off airport in Nashville. Definitely put it on the list to try the next time you are flying through BNA.

He compared it to Houston's. Take that how you will. Server was nice but not very attentive. She had this tunnel vision thing going on. I needed her two or three times, even raising my hand for her attention, but she just looked away or was looking at the floor. Inside is a bit dated, but serves the place well. Nothing bad, just older looking and kind of drab. We had beers for appetizers. My buddy had the seared Ahi Tuna dish. He complained it was overcooked. I agree it was cooked more than it should have been. Colorful though.... I had the Steak Frites. Man.... That was disappointing. I feel duped. Normally this dish is like a nice hangar steak with fresh cut fries and a fresh chimichuri sauce. What I got were overcooked steak nuggets, with cold, frozen out of a bag fries, and a glob of C sauce out of a bucket it seemed. I'll likely be drug back here by my friend. He likes it. I'll be nice and smile. *Note they charge you an extra 2% to cover the lack of appropriate wages in the kitchen. '26 - 83

One of Terminal C's best sit-down options…read more As someone who plans trips around good food, I always look beyond the typical airport chains. Before my flight, I asked Siri for the best restaurant in Terminal C, and the two recommendations were Ole Red and Three Casks. Since I was looking for a quieter meal instead of live music, Three Casks won. I'm glad it did. It's a bit of a walk toward the C20 gates, but if you have the time, it's worth it. I grabbed a seat overlooking the terminal, ordered a cold local beer, and settled in for some excellent people-watching before boarding. The Patty Melt was the star of the meal. Served on grilled rye with beautifully caramelized onions, pickled Peppadew peppers, and perfectly melted cheese, it hit every note. Comfort food done right. The server also brought over a caddy of house sauces, and the Apple Pie BBQ sauce completely surprised me. Sweet, smoky, and unlike anything I've had before. I found myself dipping every bite into it. My Caesar salad was the only miss. The homemade croutons were excellent, but the dressing was so heavy that it overwhelmed the lettuce and delicate Parmesan flavors. Next time, I'll simply ask for the dressing on the side. Service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, which isn't always easy in an airport setting. I only wish they offered a dessert menu because I absolutely would have stayed for one more course. If you're tired of the usual fast-food options and want a real meal before your flight, Three Casks is a solid choice. Sometimes the best travel memories aren't the destination--they're the unexpected meal you find along the way. Life is too short to eat poorly or travel without exploring what's around you. The next time you're passing through Nashville, skip the food court, take the short walk down Terminal C, and treat yourself.

From the first bite to the last, ETCH delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had…read moreWe started with the shrimp and squid bruschetta, and it immediately set the tone for the evening The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The salmon was beautifully prepared with fresh vegetables that complemented it perfectly. The filet was fork-tender with an incredible sauce, while the osso buco was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and paired beautifully with sides. The venison was tender, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. Dessert was unforgettable. The chocolate mousse à la mode was rich yet light, paired with creamy vanilla ice cream and a hint of passion fruit. Three of us ordered that. We knew it would not be for sharing. The blueberry sundae featured the best blueberries we've ever tasted. And then there was the chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream. As someone who's spent years trying chocolate peanut butter ice cream everywhere-from roadside shops to gelato in Italy-I can confidently say ETCH's version deserves to be considered one of the best in the world. The creamy chocolate and peanut butter, combined with rich brownie pieces, made it absolutely unforgettable. Normally I'd recommend a favorite dish, but I can't-because everything we ordered was exceptional. My advice? Go with a group, order a variety of dishes, and share everything. Every appetizer, entrée, side, and dessert that hit our table was outstanding, and every single person left talking about their favorites. Deb Paquette is a visionary and deserves a standing ovation The quality of the food, the creativity of the menu, the impeccable service, and the very reasonable prices make ETCH absolutely worth the trip. It's rare to find a restaurant where every single dish exceeds expectations, but ETCH did exactly that. We left already planning our next visit. I am still thinking about the ice cream and how I can get some delivered to my house.

The cooks were throwing down in that kitchen! Over a couple of days I tried a few things. SZECHUAN SALAD I got the Szechuan Salad with both kale and spinach. I added tempeh bacon and extra dressing on the side. (It didn't need the extra dressing though.) This salad is SO good! I had to force myself to put the fork down and not overeat. It's a large portion so you can share or save half for another day. (When doing this I recommend getting the dressings on the side to prevent soggy greens.) All of the ingredients tasted super fresh, and that Szechuan tofu was thoroughly marinated. Deliciousness! The tempeh (and at home avocado) that I added wasn't necessary but it sure was tasty. This salad is gluten free. SZECHUAN BRUSSELS I love me some roasted brussels sprouts so it was a must to try theirs. I added jalapeños and Hot Tempeh. I have no idea what Hot Tempeh is but I wanted to try it. Best decision ever. The dish itself is amazing. 10/10! The sprouts are saturated in the Szechuan sauce and spices, so every tender bite bursts with tantalizing flavors in your mouth. The Hot Tempeh is tempeh with a coating. It's quite delicious and it elevated an already soaring experience for me. The Szechuan Brussels dish is gluten free, but the Hot Tempeh is not (because of the breading). DUBAI CHOCOLATE CAKE Because I had to. It was NOT gluten free, but I risked it (I have a gluten sensitivity). They did have a gluten free chocolate cake and a gluten free brownie à la mode dish, but I needed that Dubai Chocolate. It was delicious. BLUEBERRY PANCAKES I ordered a single pancake, gluten free for $1 extra. So fluffy and buttery. You'd never guess it was gluten free or vegan. ROASTED POTATOES Excellent preparation and seasonings. MOCK TUNA MELT Gluten free when ordered as a bowl. It was served on a bed of spinach instead of bread. I omitted the cheese and tomatoes. It was very good and the chipotle sauce had a great kick. TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE Gluten free. Rich. Delicious. Everything I ate here exceeded my expectations. Graze is sure to be one of my go to spots for delicious food when I'm in Nashville.
