This place is amazing! I come in every Sunday with my 11 friends. They do a BEAUTIFUL job at splitting the checks that I've never seen any restaurant do before. Their food is ALWAYS delicious and they never mess up an order! 10/10 RECOMMEND. Here attached is a photo of the chicken pad Thai

I decided I was in the mood for some delicious Japanese fare so I decided to stop at Fuji steakhouse and I am so glad I made that decision! So, here are some really good things about the menu, it is a huge menu with an amazing assortment of sushi rolls. Obviously they are known for this fresh served sushi! I ordered a fillet mignon with shrimp. It was such a massive amount of food, and the glaze that it was served in, was phenomenal. It was cooked to perfection. Exactly the way I wanted it, the shrimp were plentiful, and a large portion of the fried rice was perfectly prepared. The sides of the soup and salad were so tasty! My server was excellent, she was attentive and super friendly. My food was served, amazingly fast nothing but great things to say about this place. It was packed with people when I went by the first time so I came back a half an hour later, and the crowd had died back a bit, so it is a very popular place!

Located in a strip mall but quite a nice surprise! Attentive staff. Very comprehensive menu. And food was prepared very quickly. The sushi sampler was very good! We had one and then ordered another!! Pineapple rice was good but not exceptional - a bit bland. Orange peel chicken was very nice but could have done with more orange. Deep fried Oreos were VERY good for dessert. We would definitely go there again. Will post pictures when I find them.

First off let me say that I have eaten here probably a half dozen times and have always enjoyed it other than the fact that the service usually sucked!!! 4 of us had lunch here today. A young Gen-x female greeted and waited on us for drinks. Very nice, polite, knowledgeable young woman. Our only peave was that "of course" was iterated upon us thanking her several times throughout our time there. Not "you're welcome". Then, Gen-X male arrives to take our food order wreaking of a Jeff Dunham prop. Talk about stodgy, disrespectful, unknowledgeable and complete lack of caring about anything in life. I ordered Pad Thai. I asked if there was carrots in in. He didn't "think" so. I asked for extra bean sprouts. Sure as heck, my plate was set in front of me ....WITH CARROTS!!! And definitely no extra sprouts. My one friend ordered Seafood Yaki Soba with a fish "cake". We could not find a fish "cake"! After exchanging a few words with Gen-X male waiter, the "CHEF " gave him as such in a small bowl. Below you will find a photograph of what they call a "FISH CAKE"!!!! Needless to say that the chef had the same mentality and attitude of Gen-X male waiter. Customer service is not only lacking but, seemlessly non-existent!! Between the four of us, the establishment collected approximately $80 in exchange for mediocre food and debilitating service. We will NOT EVER BE BACK!!!! On our way out the door there was a muttering of THANK YOU. Too much, too little too late. Next time - SIAM!! Here is the unforgettable "FISH CAKE "!!!! What a fine cake!!!! Oh, and the Pad Thai - something to be desired!

No, they don't cook hibachi in front of you. But the food is still excellent.

The total dish was so great, I can't say enough, blue cheese stuffing was ro die for. Also had the mushroom bisque which was perfect, not heavy, just so tasty. My Mother had the duck and the compliments came with every bite. She started with a salad that had apples, walnuts, fennel and some other stuff all blended to a perfect balance. The service ny Autumn was great as well. I don't know the hostess name but she went out of her way as well. Hats off to Melissa, the executive chef, for creating such a lovely and creative menu. Ambience here is cozy with a fireplace in an converted grand home right on Market Str. We would highly recommend it. I come up to Lewisburg every few months to visit family and its as good as the Michelin starred places in Miami.

Elizabeth's An American Bistro - The Secret Ingredient to Performance…read more When our son was in Lewisburg for the Patriot League Swimming Championships, we needed a place that could fuel him with real, nutritious, high-quality food--not just a generic restaurant meal. We found exactly that (and more) at Elizabeth's An American Bistro. So let's talk about the Winter Bowl. This isn't just a salad--it's a perfectly engineered, performance-enhancing masterpiece. It's as if Michelin Star Chefs and Nutrition Scientists had a meeting where the goal was nothing less than perfection, inspiration, and artistry. Beets hummus, goat cheese, avocado, roasted cauliflower, pickled beets, walnuts, baby bean salad, quinoa, and grilled focaccia--already a winning lineup. But we added perfectly grilled salmon for extra protein, turning it into the ultimate mid-meet meal. And here's the crazy part: each time he had it for lunch, he won his evening event, breaking the Bucknell Pool and Patriot League records. Coincidence? I think not. Beyond the food-as-fuel aspect, Elizabeth's is simply impressive. We immediately saw their attention to detail is next-level, from the ingredients to the service. We placed a customized takeout order (not always easy at a high-end restaurant), and they absolutely nailed it--each time. No hassle, no mistakes, just exceptional execution. I loved when I heard the manager tell staff "Add bread, he'll need the carbohydrates." And this isn't any bread - it us high level European Bread Craft And then there were the scones and brownies. She told us "You may want more than one " But they were huge. I thought "respectable value added sales skills..." But she was right. I've had a lot of scones in my life, and these were hands-down the best I've ever eaten. Flaky, flavorful, and the perfect balance of chewy richness without heaviness. The brownies? Decadent, deeply chocolatey, fudgey, and exactly what you want when you're rewarding yourself for any performances--or just making it through another Tuesday. These are the bakery items of beautiful seduction, so use this power with care. The ambiance? Fantastic. Cozy but classy, perfect for a special night out or a casual lunch with friends. The wine list? Extraordinarily Impressive. Thoughtfully curated, with options that pair perfectly with their dishes. I could tell I could spend weeks here. Bottom line: Elizabeth's isn't just a great restaurant--it's an experience. Whether you're looking for a world-class meal, a place that respects high-performance nutrition, or just a phenomenal scone, this is the spot. 5/5 - If I could rate it higher, I would.

That said, I am a huge history buff so staying in a hotel that was originally built in 1834 under the name of the Kline's hotel was both a gentrified dream and history tour rolled up in one. The building itself has been very well maintained and preserved, and upon entering the lobby I feel like I have stepped right back in time to the 1850s. One of the nicest things they had at the check-in was the timeline starting with the 1834 owners all the way up to the current owner who purchased in 2017. Decor is reminiscing of the Victorian era mainly. I had a delicious pork Osso buco meal at their pub and restaurant, watched the game and had great dinner. Location is wonderful, just a couple miles from Bucknell university- and walking to all the quaint locally owned shops and stores. The things I would request- new towels, some updates to the courtyard rooms, quicker check in service and I wasn't quite sure where to go to get to my room initially. Great team that works there.
