I've been here several times before when it was under previous management and always had a great experience. This time, however, I was seen 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and the stylist missed sections of hair to be curled, THREE times, causing me to have to return to the station so she could fix her work (my hair is straight and down to my mid back, so I find this extremely irritating that "professional" couldn't decipher the difference between a straight section vs. a curled section herself and needed me to point it out. Additionally, I was charged $65 for a $40 (terrible) service! SO- the price increased and service decreased?! I wish I had the time to say something that day, but seeing as how they can't keep a schedule, I had to rush out. My friends and I live nearby and used to love coming here, but they just informed me of a better salon only a half-mile away, so I'm thankful for that! read more

I took 2 girls in to get prom hair done and it ended up being a complete disaster. I had called and made appointments weeks prior and made sure they could do what my girls wanted. Upon arrival there were only 2 people working with many other appointments showing up behind us. They took one girl back, did curls, then proceeded to style her hair. Her hair looked like she had wings on the side of her head and knots pinned to the back. The next girl went in and had her hair straightened, they were then supposed to do a waterfall braid at which point the stylist told her she couldn't do, so she just walked out with straight hair. Needless to say, neither girl walked out with a prom hairstyle. I had to take them back home and do them both myself and I was still charged $30 for each girl. read more

We were in a pinch because my granddaughter was having pictures taken on a Sunday morning at 11:30 for her dance class. The malls didn't open until 11:00 and we did not know how we were going to get her makeup done. It needed to be a dramatic makeup effect. We called around and luckily found this place. They are closed on Sunday but said they would open just to do my granddaughters makeup. The owner, Zee, came down at 10:00 to open and Heather showed up to do the makeup. My girl came here after another hair stylist used microbeads on her. They ended up breaking her fragile hair off. Teresa talked her into using tape-ins and her hair has never looked better. She does have to go in more often than most due to the fragility of her hair but I don't mind: it makes her happy and keeps her hair from breaking off. Teresa uses highest quality hair extensions and ensures that the cut is to her liking after she does the installation. The initial extensions she received from the first stylist was beaded weft sew-in and the quality of hair was not up to par. Teresa also chose to give my girl balayage highlights mixed in with her same-color ones, and, personally, I could not be happier. It's not a color mixture that my girl ever pictured herself in but she was stunned about how pleased she was with the color combination. Thank you for making my lady so happy, Teresa!
