When I asked about the order, the male KJ was dismissive, and the female KJ repeatedly stated that I was lying about signing up earlier. Two friends confirmed to her that I had not been lying, but she continued to insist otherwise. I spoke with the owner to explain the situation. Later, after leaving Underbar and going to Tip Top, the same KJ arrived there. I approached her to express that I did not appreciate being called a liar. She then represented the interaction as if I had been harassing her, which was not accurate, as I had arrived at Tip Top before she did. Overall, the situation was handled unprofessionally by the karaoke staff, and the interaction was unnecessarily confrontational.

This reminded me of a taco salad you would order at a Dennys or other cheap diner where you are expecting to be underwhelmed, yet the price tag for this salad was nearly $19 and didn't even have any protein unless you were willing to pay another $6-$12.50 for it. This was literally the worst taco salad I have ever had and it's a pretty simple dish to mess up. You can get a much better quality taco salad with adequate avocado, black beans and corn that also includes pulled pork at Seize the Bagel for $10.50. Maybe for drinks and the view this place is great, but don't waste your money on their overpriced and underwhelming food.

I spotted our waitress' shoes, going in the next stall, so I said something, she did gave me some, but it wasn't enough. I asked her for some more, she said something, she'll 'send someone to bring me a new roll'. I sat & waited. I decided, to use some toilet seat cover, to finish cleaning myself. When I was done, I opened my door, so I can go wash my hands, when I saw the other staff was 'quietly' standing by the wall, waiting for me TO GET OUT! What was I supposed to do, pull my pants up, without fully cleaning myself up, or sit still and wait for 'someone' to come back with a new roll?
