On several occasions the manager has made passive-aggressive comments toward us that made us feel unwelcome. We initially ignored it because we understand that everyone can have an off day. However, during a recent visit the situation escalated significantly. The manager came in while "off duty" and appeared extremely intoxicated (this has happened multiple days). She was stumbling drunk and began speaking aggressively toward customers. During this interaction she directed abusive language at my wife, including calling her a very offensive name. This was shocking and completely inappropriate behavior from someone who represents the business. I attempted to bring the issue to the bartender's attention, but it was clear he was in a difficult position since this individual is his supervisor. I'm sharing this review in hopes that the owner becomes aware of the situation. We actually enjoy the bar itself and would like to continue supporting the business, but no customer should be treated this way by management. I hope the ownership takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of their management staff.
