I had a big water issue from a recent remodel and the entire time we speculated it came from drainage. After several visits to isolate the problem Brandon and Arran had a different theory...maybe the issue isn't a drain issue after all. They traced the problem to water softener as the glue seal wasn't fully set but that didn't really explain why there was so much water leaking and they weren't satisfied yet. The investigated other possibilities and asked me to turn on my AC, once I did that, gallons and gallons of water started flowing and turns out that it isn't a plumbing issue but rather, an HVAC issue. They both spent multiple days and hours diagnosing the problem and were not satisfied until they found the problem. Arran assured me that he's not giving up until he located the source and I commend them both for being diligent, honest, and thinking outside of the box!!!
