I like when my amp techs are honest, competent, and ethical. Be forewarned: this guy is none of those things. Go elsewhere.

I called a number but was a totally different number than what's shown. The number that's showing is not in service. I brought my tv there on a Saturday. What a horrible place. Its crammed. Safety and fire hazardous. . They said that they can fix it. Mind you the tv works great. The only thing wrong was no reception because of the broken antenna. Anyway they text me on Tuesday that it was fixed. I picked it up after work brought it home hooked up my clear tv antenna turned on the tv. The power button blinked twice and the red button came on. No visual picture nothing. I text the guy and told him it does not turn on. He text me back then there is something else wrong with your tv. I wanted to ask him if he turned the tv on to make sure the Antenna works. But he was already a jerk to begin with.. I think he forgot to hook a wire or something up to the power button. I called the toll free number on the owners manual. The closest place to fix it is an hour away. And only open 9-5. So now I'm without a tv again.

So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer.
