I bought a brand new 50in Samsung TV, the coax cable was ripped out from a cord that was too tight…read moreon the tv. I called this company hopping that he could fix and replace. As I called him I was watching the television, and he mentioned he Can fix it. I brought the tv to him and I asked if he wanted to plug it in-since I brought the cord and the remote with me, he advised he was all set and he can have this repaired probably within a few hours. 3 hours later I receive a call from him saying "that my tv won't turn on!?" I mentioned that "I was watching the Tv when I called, and it was working just fine." he says to me "that he has no clue what happened?" I go pick the tv up and he didn't charge me anything, even for the piece that he fixed. I then called Samsung and was told they will put me in contact with one of there subs who fixes samsung tvs in the area. A week later this company comes over, showed me cracks on the back of the tv and the clips that hold the back in place it was broken. He also showed me that there is a special way to remove the back off and Abbys just took it off without properly removing the clips (which three of them were also broken). The Samsung company showed me that Abbys damaged the main board and that's why the tv wasn't working. Samsung sub company had to order me a new main board as well a new back of the tv because the picture wasn't working due to Abby's company not knowing how to fix this type of tv. I will never bring any if my electronics to Abby's again. The owner is nice, but needs more learning experience with the newer products that are out now.

Cho is awesome. Super fast turnaround time and clear communication…read more He fixed my TV once and provided a 3-month warranty in case any more issues arose, he would fix it again free. That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.
