What I didn't realize is that it wasn't fully clean. If the issue was that they weren't done, they should have told me. I could have waited longer. I paid $175 + a $35 tip and drove off. My fuel light was on. Odd. It wasn't on when I dropped it off, but I digress. As I was fueling my car, I opened my hatch and looked closer. There was still pork fat in the latch. And along the crease of the hatch. The cup holders in front still had some grime in them. And the console had spots and some grime. C'mon. For the cup holders and console, all it took was some car cleaner and a soft cloth and it was clean, but after a car detail? Couldn't they have done that? And if I paid $210, why am I standing outside on a step stool with a toothbrush, cleaning my car in a 13 degree windchill? The carpet is clean. -The pork grease gone from that. For this, I suppose I'm satisfied enough, but for a "detail", there certainly wasn't enough detail.

I really like the fact that the owner is on site, everyone is polite and they treat customers with respect. Their prices are really very good. They are not the cheapest but you never want that, trust me. I put more than 40,000 miles on my car a year. I've easily been to more than 3 dozen oil change places and only a few have come close to this place. They also treat women very fairly here! Nothing makes me more angry than when an oil change place tries to upsell a woman with unnecessary filters or telling her she has to use synthetic oil because she doesn't know a lot about cars. If I see that I never go back to that place again. I have never witnessed anything like that here. The inside is a little different. They have old couches a wrought iron table with chairs and lots of knick knacks but it gives the place some character. This isn't some fake endorsement. I never knew this place or anyone affiliated with it before I came here the first time. I am starting to get to know the people because they are nice and honest and I get my oil changed more than most people but I have no affiliation with this place other than I'm a very satisfied customer.
