Be careful going here. I went a couple times and always pay for an individual car wash. I always say no to the monthly membership. While paying bills I noticed a reoccurring payment to Jet Brite. When I called they said I had a monthly membership. I had to cancel the membership and now going through claims and rebates to get my money back. read more

Once again, Jet Brite has done it again: ON 9/15/2025, I signed up for the Jet Brite Car Wash subscription and cancelled it the same day due to being overcharged $40 instead of the $20 Special they had advertised. I received the following email on 10/23/2025: We've reviewed your $40.00 debit card claim against JET BRITE CAR WASH. We've determined that the charge was valid for the following reason: - We determined that you did not revoke the authorization for recurring payment. I received 2 emails that are sent to me on the same day proving that I cancelled the subscription service the SAME day. I went into the office at the Naperville, Illinois after I received the notification that I was charged $40 instead of $20; the lady (young white lady wearing glasses who is ALWAYS in the office) cancelled my membership on the spot AFTER confirming all of my information. Now, my credit union has reversed the temporary credit on my debit card because Jet Brite is not responding to inquiries made by my credit union. Today (November 5, 2025), I sent Jet Brite corporate office a ticket with all of the above information and their response: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund at this time due to our company policy. In your case, your refund request has been denied because we received communication from your bank indicating that this charge was not authorized. Your bank will make the final decision regarding your refund. Please note that this decision is final and will not be overturned. So now, my credit union and Jet Brite are playing with my money. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and posting this on social media with all of this information AND I will no longer use Jet Brite Car Wash in the future. read more

For the grand opening of the Naperville Jet Brite location, they have been offering free ceramic ultra finish washes--their top tier car wash. And based on popularity, have already extended the timeframe of the offer once! I think this is an excellent way to kick off their presence in the area! Who doesn't like a free car wash in winter?! I was quite happy with the results! My car hadn't been washed in weeks and was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The ceramic wash was fairly quick but efficient. Do NOT use this car wash. I took my 2021 Mazda CX-9 through the wash on Ogden Avenue in Naperville, IL on January 24, 2025, after signing up for a membership. As soon as I got to the blowers, I heard a loud bang. The blowers caused my weather stripping to rip off and dangle from the side of my car. I pulled into a parking space and snapped some of it back it place, but it's very bent and needs to be replaced. I asked the individual who took my damage claim if this has ever happened before. He said he's been there 7 months and it happens AT LEAST ONCE PER MONTH! My damage claim was denied because they said the damage was already there. WHAT?!? You're telling me I drove miles with rigid weather stripping hanging off the side of my car and your technicians, who stood next to my car to sign me up for a membership, let me enter?!? It's on par with other drive thru car washes offering vacuum and similar pricing but it's a notch bigger allowing for more cars. There's monthly passes available for purchase at $10, $20, and $30 for folks good about getting their cars cleaned on the regular. They have multiple levels of car washes and prices ranging from $3 up to $15. $15 is a little expensive but it includes the wax and tire shine. It's very quick and easy. They have a lot of self use vacuum cleaners and the suction strength is strong. I've been to other places that barely have the strength to grab a coin, but these are really good. They also have a monthly membership price if you get your car washed every week, it might make sense to do this. read more

Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns emails and they are just taking money from my account. Colorful car wash, it's like going for a ride in a theme park, going into a volcano lava and under the sea. They should put some pumping music to get that going ;D Car came out clean and refreshed. Feels much cleaner than the other car washes nearby. Not sure what's different but visually noticeable results. And the price is more competitive than the others too. When I was going through your car wash, jerry, one of your employees, decided to do a full wrap retract on my car, even though I said not to, which lead to my car still being dirty/wet. I paid for the $15 car wash, and this is the treatment that I was given. I feel like this was totally unacceptable with his actions and would like to file a formal complaint for misconduct on jerry, as I was an employee, and was just looking for a car wash. Jerry has also said multiple times to me that he does this type of conduct towards Lincoln navigators with dealership plates, as he says "they have money to go through again, and that they are all douchebags.". This type of conduct to be allowed at your establishment is completely unacceptable, and for me to be discriminated against for being an ex employee and receiving this treatment is unfair. read more

Vacuum machines are very powerful in picking up dirt and residuals, except hairs. Car wash has three entry lines converging into one washing line. There are staff standing next to the lines to help you making washing decision and payment. Using a touch screen to selection from four washing packages options. Monthly membership is available for purchase. Common payment methods (i.e.. credit card, debit card) Pricing is at market, not less nor more expensive compared to other self-help, automated car washes. Takes less than 5 minutes for the car to go through the washing line. The dryer is very powerful which even sucked up leaves stuck in the small open rim/space in between the windshield and hook. Most small, mid-size cars can dry and be washed very well in this facility. For long or large cars like minivans, the washing/dryer does not do well towards the tail end in the trunk and rear windshield area. The four washing options is not fully intuitive because they have special names for certain washes, which makes choosing a washing package challenging as a first-time customer. For example, you would not know which one includes undercarriage washing unless you consult with a staff. If you wash your cars of often and have a small or mid-size cars, this place is a good option. If you have a large car and don't wash your cars often, a "full service" hand wash facility may be more ideal for deep cleaning, especially in removing small dirt particles built up on the car surface.
