*********PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE GIVING MEDICATION THATS HAS EXPIRE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS** Check the expiration dates before you walk out from the pharmacy. This medication was for my mom and I never check the expiration date, because I trust the pharmacist to do that for the patient. We always use Kaiser pharmacy, and I've never experienced anything like that. Sadly we notice that the EYE MEDICATION WAS expired because my mom had a horrible reaction, her eyes were red and sallow. I took her immediately to the ER and they have to clean heat eye and get stronger antibiotics due to it. Infection and reaction that has given the EXPIRE MEDICATION. The doctor mentioned that we got lucky because the( EXPIRATION DATE WAS 04/2022 more than 6 months) because in some cause patients can get blind due to an expired medication, we tried calling the pharmacy but on the weekend, and the pharmacy was closed. I called and spoke with " The owner" I told him about the expiration date, and he seems nice at that time. And he asked me if I wanted I can give him back the expired medication because he supposedly "Has some company that they check that for him" so I give him the medication trusting his word (but he asked for the medication so I didn't have a proof in the future just in case I wanted to follow up with any lawsuit in the future" of course he thinks he's smart. Then he just didn't do that... Of course, he didn't! They offer to replace the medication, but he just had the one expire(that's why I knew, that sense it was the only medication he didn't care about and gave my mom the expired one) he offer me A REPLACEMENT, that he didn't even have( because they were nothing in his pharmacy just the only one that he was trying to gr tried of THE EXPIRE ONE but I'm like no that's fine, just didn't want to make a big deal, believing this guy was a professional. So I saw some CBD ointment and asked him the price, then he mention that just for the inconvenience of course he will do me a retail price, saying that the medication was more than $100.00. (The Brand is KOI and the price it's $99 ) I was very happy that I got it thinking that I made a good deal, and didn't even ask for a refund, because the medication supposedly was more than $100.00 Then went online and guess what ? The medication was the same price that this guy charge me for, and of course refund or anything else from the pharmacist. Just be careful with this guy he might seem nice and honest but he is not! The pharmacist or owner or whatever he is it's a dishonest man, not only selling my mom a medication that was expired but also say it to my face that he will give an enormous discount, and of course, let's not forget that he also keep my medication (EXPIRED) to make sure we didn't follow up with any lawsuit. But believe me, I took picture and I'm talking with my lawyer to see what we can do about it. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. Very unorganized no communication between manager and owner, constantly left messages not returned. For each medication I filled I had to make at least four to five phone calls. Opiates were blamed for difficulties with my prescriptions but I have 14 prescriptions and the 6th or so they filled it meant multiple calls to get anything done! In 50 years this is my worst experience with any pharmacy. Mo is nice and has a lot of great promises but he never backed them up with actions. When I left and went to another pharmacy he promised to be my friend and be there for me if I needed anything " when I tried to get him to just send over my medications out of all the ones he filled he sent 2. They filled several did not send those or the entire information they had from CVS. Unless you're willing to waste a lot of time on the phone with unreturned phone calls and inefficiency and a nothing short of frustrating, experience not to mention not getting my pain medication for 4 to 5 days late. When I went to another pharmacy they had no problem filling it they filled it the next day where is he said back orders can't do it, I got the feeling that he was putting it on me that because I was on high pain medication that was the reason they couldn't take care of me what about the other 10 medications? Non narcotics. I've only given three bad reviews in my entire life on anything this is one of them. Sorry no I gave you one more chance I called you to see if you could send over my records they called you from the new pharmacy three times and I'm done horrible experience. Moe does not seem capable of any complicated or clients that have multiple prescription needs. He never argued or disagreed with the inefficiencies I brought up with him just kept saying be patient we have a lot coming in right now from other pharmacy. I gave them a month and a half and nothing changed. I have five diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and just had a surgery and Im bedridden. Explaining this to them didn't change anything one more thing twice they said they were delivering medications and two days in a row not only did I not get my medications but I never got a call back or explanation as to why they never came. I highly recommend this pharmacy. One of my doctors electronically sent my medications to them and I was able to get my medication delivered to me on the same day. The staff is nice, friendly and efficient. I have had issues with big chain pharmacies in the past so I prefer to use smaller private pharmacies because I am treated better and they are much more helpful. I have also transferred all my other prescriptions to them. Definitely worth giving them a try. read more
