Went there 10 years ago for tiles/laminates and everything went smoothly. Tiles/laminate quality were very good and lasted a long time. Went again recently for tiles for another project, ordering it was quick and easy but pick up was very annoying. Was told I'd get a call in a couple of days (Thursday) since it had to ship from another warehouse. Called on Friday, shipment was still at warehouse, was told it would be ready Tuesday. Showed up on Tuesday, still was not there but would come the next day. Had to push back project start date with contractor so I'm not sure I'll be returning here for future projects due to the lack of communication and poor customer service after purchase. read more

Completely disappointed with the floors I purchased. I bought 30 boxes of Eagle waterproof laminate AWL 505 Fulton and they've turned out to be so poorly constructed. This purchase was for my home - living room, kitchen and bedrooms. They resist nothing. People drop things everyday. A cellphone drop chipped the floor. A kitchen utensil drop chipped the floor. I mean people need to live on these floors and that includes things dropping on the floor. it's clear they won't last more than a few weeks before they're covered in blemishes. I can't imagine what they're going to look like after just one family gathering. I'm not sure what to do at this point that I have a beautifully redone home (that I saved money for for years!) with the crappiest floors. Are they pretty? Sure. But what's the point when they're damaged with literally ANYTHING. We should have known during the install when the corners would crumble. It was like dealing with floor planks made out of egg shells. After we purchased and picked up a heavy pallet of many boxes, got home and unloaded 30 heavy boxes one by one into my home, the store calls to say they gave us the wrong floors, something about they were an old batch and needed to switch out our boxes. So we loaded them back on the truck one by one and went back to the store to get the "correct" supply. Very odd. No apology or offer for our trouble. Should've known then too. The store has plenty of selection but I can't recommend the quality. read more

I had one last bedroom to finish with hardwood flooring, and I was determined to match the rest of the house. The flooring I needed was being discontinued, but Art at Delta Floors went above and beyond to help me track it down. Not only did he coordinate the purchase, but he also arranged for installation and repair of some damaged planks caused by a couch spring that we didn't know was broken. The team that came out was incredibly professional, and the final result is absolutely perfect--seamless and consistent with the rest of the home. From walking into the store to completion, the whole process took less than two weeks (and would've been even faster if I hadn't been waiting on a new couch delivery). Delta flooring truly exceeded my expectations on the type of work that they do. I am familiar with contractors who come and perform a job half-ass, and it was so refreshing that the guys at Delta made my staircase even better than I imagined. My wife and I are expecting our first baby. The home we moved into has a staircase with wood laminate, too short treads for my feet, and a ridge at the edge. I fell at least twice on this treacherous staircase and realized that we need it to be much safer when we're going to be carrying a baby up and down. We decided to get both an extension of each step and carpeting. Art and the rest of the staff, we're very thorough in their description of services and provided a price better than any other flooring provider we spoke with. The guys who did the installation were friendly, and fast-working with the tear down of the laminate, nailing in extensions for each step and laying the carpet perfectly... all without damage to our baseboards! Great knowledge in understanding what we were looking at first flooring. Workmanship was pretty good. I'll be glad when we get a chance to put nice baseboards in as the base shoe isn't ideal of a look that simply gets painted white. It would have been nice if they relayed that detail so we could pick a sensible color as it's basic wood to hide the gap to the walls to account for expansion. Overall recommended. read more

Delta Floors is very well stocked store with options from kitchen and flooring needs. Top brands and even less, there is an option for everybody and their remodeling project. My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Tina. We had already settled in on going with Eternity Flooring for SPC luxury vinyl as a remodeling project for our new home build from visiting other locations. It took a few trips of samples to figure out which to go with because the lighting and walls of the home were very different compared to the store. Our idea to go one way was totally shutdown which was unfortunate. Tina was very helpful and straight with what looked good and didn't and we appreciated her coming out to the new home to provide input. Putting in the order and install took about 2-3 week lead time because of Covid. The installers did a great job of putting in the floor and we are very happy with the end product. Since the floors went in, the carpet that was in the home didn't really match, so we decided to replace it as well with the help of Tina. The carpet which we thought was going to look good came out too dark. Luckily, Delta offers one time free replacement if you don't like it minus installation fee, so we took them up on the offer and went 180 on the direction. It's not to say there weren't any road bumps along the way, and I even got heated over a few things, but Tina did right and got everything squared away for us which is why I am here with a 4/5 star review for Delta Floors. read more

I recently purchased a luxury condominium and wanted high-quality floors to go with the look of my place. I've ultimately visited several flooring stores trying to figure out the right one and I given reviews online and the confidence I got from meeting I ended up going with Delta floors carpet one. The reason I had such confidence was I was introduced and talked to Art Saray. He spent so much time with me discussing the differences of the different type of floor options the difference in price points between different floor options and ultimately spent significant time making sure that I was making the right decision for myself. He also gave me a lot of information to ensure that I was getting a competitive and very reasonable price for a high-quality product. He was very comprehensive in going through each aspect to ensure that there was no unforeseen costs that may arrive. Ultimately we picked several samples and he even brought them out to my unit to ensure that it fit the look of the place. I actually had some delays closing given issues with the building, and there was no problem and delaying and rescheduling the floor installation. They basically were ready when I needed them. Once the insulation happened, I had no major issues and it went very smoothly. Alfredo and Ruben were so professional and hard-working and got the insulation done quickly and it was very clear that they had a high attention to detail and care. They even were able to move one of the closets that was already installed to ensure I got the look that I wanted. I had complicated transitions by the doors and they customized it and they look better than all my condo neighbors. Art continued to check in and to make sure that everything was on track. I also had some carpet that was installed and there was a few scratches on the baseboards after installation however we got a team out to fix all the things I was needed in a very efficient manner and therefore I truly have no complaints. I feel like my floors like fantastic. Overall I give an A+ service and and would recommend Art and Delta flooring in to anyone that I know. They were very professional and and straightforward. I have experience with several contractors in the past and it is rarely smooth. So to have such a great and smooth experience was truly great and makes me feel like not all construction is the worst. We recently got our stairs carpeted. I love the carpet and the install time was fast. However the installers took chucks out of my wall which I did not see until they had already left. I don't know if this is normal or not since this is my first time getting new carpet. I also could feel the staples poking through the carpet and lots of little strings and uneven carpet were sticking out when they were done. After they were done I hammered the staples down and trimmed the edges so it's better now. Now I just have to fix my wall. Otherwise, in store has lots of selection and helpful and nice people. read more

The team at Delta Floors is outstanding. Back in 2008 they did a phenomenal job installing new hardwood flooring in the new house addition and refinishing the existing house to match. You can't tell where the addition starts and I always get compliments on my floors. Recently I called them to do some repairs where termites did some major damage along with my dogs. Alfredo did an amazing job blending the repairs in with the existing floors. He was very responsive and went over expectations based on the challenges the repairs presented. He spent a full week in my home working and treated my home as if it were his. I fully expected a major cleanup, especially with the sanding - instead I came home to 3 spotless rooms where he was doing the work. I highly recommend Delta and will use them again. read more

Matt Freeman was great - we knew what we didn't want (that's important) and he showed us some great alternatives and we settled on one that fit our needs. Installation went well on May 30th, with Matt coming over to insure that it was going well. Baseboards and floor leveling was included. ** This may change things** We are experiencing a small wobble or warp on the flooring in one spot, and we have contacted them to see what can be done. So far (more than a week later, July 17th) nothing has been done, and I eagerly await their return call. read more

So we went to Lowe's to get an estimate on flooring. It seemed high so we looked around. We happened to stop by delta floors and came across a guy named Myron Mota. He was a very nice guy and took the time to show us around and explain the flooring process to us and the different types of flooring. He was able to get us a great deal on the flooring. We got a better quality product for 1 thousand dollars less than lowes. Also they came and began installing two days later. The finished product was also very impressive. Delta Floors originally installed our flooring 3 years ago a did a great job. We had water damage recently and were skeptical to let the restoration company install the floors in damaged areas. We went back Delta and Art helped us. He's not the most friendly salesperson, which is funny because salespeople are supposed to be, but don't judge a book by the cover. He was very helpful and assisted us with picking a floor that matched well since the flooring we had was discontinued. Alfredo was our installer and he was excellent. Second awesome experience with this company. Alfredo is one of the most knowledgeable employees and a huge asset for DFCO. We had over 2,000 sq' of hardwood that needed to be sanded and restrained. It wasn't an easy job, a lot of the sanding had to be done by hand and very time consuming. It looks great, feels like a new home! I'm really behind in posting this but it's still worth it! I had a wonderful experience with Delta Floor back in October! I had to replace the majority of floor in my condo due to a water leak. There is never a good time for something like that to happen, but the timing was particularly stressful due to some personal circumstances. I was very overwhelmed at the time and incredibly worried about costs as insurance only covers so much. I had followed up on a couple of personal recommendations from friends, but none of it panned out. I had a kind insurance agent who offered up Delta floor, and specifically recommended Josh. Josh and I connected, and he was incredibly patient and understanding with my needs l. He and the staff at Delta Floor helped me select a product that would be covered under my insurance. Once I was able to set up the installation with my crazy schedule, the team that came was amazing! Not only were they professional, but they also were really nice guys! At different points, they explained to me what they were doing. They were very efficient and even finished a little early - which meant I was able to return to work earlier than expected. My new floor is beautiful and I'm so happy that not only am I passed the repairs from that leak, but that I'm so happy with the end product. Delta Floors installed our hardwood flooring in La Mirada in 2006, about 1400 square feet. We were satisfied with the work. Didn't need to follow up with them for any issues until recently. We had to cut up a section of the floor to fix plumbing. I called Delta a few days ago to find out about repairing the section of wood that was removed and trying to match it. I spoke to Art in sales. He didn't appear to be very interested in helping me. He told me to call back in a few days. I called back today and explained that I spoke to him a few days prior. He didn't remember. Finally after giving him more details, he said, "oh yeah, hold on". He put me on hold and said, "The company's gone out of business." He didn't give me any options or ideas on what to do. I told him I was unhappy with his response and expected that after buying a whole house flooring with him, albeit 14 years ago, he would be more helpful in helping me with my problem. He then began to argue with me about the exact words that he used. After my continued protests, he said, well you can come into the shop and see if you can see something you like. No offer to help me match it. It was obvious that all he wanted to do was sell another whole house project and not interested at all in helping to repair an old sale. If you want to buy flooring and hope that you will never have to deal with the company for problems later, then this may be the company for you. If you are looking for a company who you can turn to for help if you run into problems down the line with their project, then I would suggest you look elsewhere. I will certainly look elsewhere. read more
