WARNING: Stay away from FULLSERV Restoration. In my experience, this company operates in a very deceptive and dishonest way. DO NOT sign anything or agree to any service without fully understanding what they are doing. Before even sending a plumber, they push you to sign paperwork immediately. Then their plumber shows up, drops off unnecessary equipment in your home, and disappears for days without properly addressing the issue. Later, you get hit with a massive bill for equipment that was never needed and never solved the problem. This feels like a setup to trap homeowners into paying thousands for unnecessary charges. Be extremely careful, read every document before signing, and do not let anyone pressure you into rushed decisions during an emergency. They just cold called me saying they have to check in our court for water leaks and would we be home on Monday. Thinking it was the city, I asked what they needed to access? She said we have to check inside under sinks and toilets. She knew my name and cell number do I asked again who was calling. She hesitated and then said Fullserv Restoration. I let her know they were not authorized to come inside for any reason. I can imagine elderly people easily falling for it! read more

This company engages in insurance fraud~ promising they can fix your plumbing issues and that they can help you by having your home fixed by your insurance but in fact, they come in, "stage" it for your home insurance to inspect and once approved, they will take the money and just disappear. They have a faulty service agreement~ that states they are not responsible for fixing anything~ but tell you differently in person. THEY ARE BOGUS AND HAVE CHEATED SO MANY HOMEOWNERS~ FILING A LIEN AGAINST THE PROPERTY EVEN HOPING YOU WILL BE BULLIED INTO PAYING THEM. FullServ Resoration is the worst company out there. They left my bathroom a complete construction hazard which caused me to fall and break my leg. If anybody out there knows how many times this company has been sued. Please let me know. I'm about to file a claim against them. read more

My very elderly parents, whom I care for on my own, hired FullServ Restoration after a lengthy inspection and conversation promised to - electronically - find the source of a hot water leak, repair it, and restore the necessary damage to the property. But everything they originally said turned out to be false. The homeowner insurance they initially said was needed was covered but they did *not* do what they told us they would. The work listed on their invoices wasn't actually completed and they are *not* up to code. There were no invoices even though we constantly demanded them. Communication is not easy for office staff, and plumbers. It was extremely difficult. We left messages for days with no response. But the company never contacted us regarding their work plans. They destroyed our entire first floor, refused to clean up any of the chaos left by the jackhammering they did for days, and the expensive, irreplaceable art they carelessly removed is permanently lost. After more than a week of living with the sound of a train on our first floor with no success in finding the leak, *another* plumbing team came and managed to finally find the leak using a "moisture detection" tool. My elderly parents are on a fixed income and the lies they were told by this 'company' are not those they can afford. It was a terrible mistake to hire this company. Don't take the risk in believing anything they say, watch their every move, get everything in writing, and *most* importantly VERIFY everything IN ADVANCE with your homeowners insurance! My elderly parents were taken advantage of. Website is fake without real reviews. Work was performed without any invoice or documentation of what was being done. They manipulated my parents into signing a document that said they would not fix any damage done to fix the leak. They ripped up the first floor and left it that way. Hard to get a hold of. Very much a scam. Beware. Called them to diagnose a leak in my house. They pick up the phone very quickly (literally the only positive thing I can say about them). Agreed to send a technician out a few days later b/w 2-4pm. By 3pm the technician is not there. So I make call #2 and am reassured he's on his way. By 5pm I make call #3. Am again reassured he's on his way. Technician never shows up. I make call #4 the next day to re-arrange a new visit. Scheduled for a few days out. This time it is for a noon - 2pm slot. By 1pm the technician is not there so I'm worried about a repeat. Make call #4. Reassured he's just running late but will be there. At 2pm I make call #5. Don't worry, he's coming. I make 3 more calls. By 5:10pm the technician shows up. At this point I've wasted 2 afternoons waiting at home and made probably 10 calls just to get someone to how up. Seems like a perfectly nice guy but its clear he doesn't work for Fullserv but got the work farmed out to him. Stays for no more than 15 minutes and takes a few readings and says he's located the leak. I'm a little suspect given how fast this is but I say fine. Technician says he'll email me the report. Does not do so. Asks multiple time for payment for the 15 minute inspection ($39). I ask to see the report before I pay. He says he'll send it after I pay. I send payment. No report. He says he'll send it the next morning. It is now later that day and still no report. Massive scam. Stay far far away. read more

We hired FullServ Restoration, a Sacramento company, based on the verbal promises of water leak identification, repair, and restoration of property to its original condition. We asked many questions during initial interview, answers which turned out to be false, because the answers we received were answers they thought we wanted to hear. Caution - - don't believe any statements communicated verbally to get you to sign. Also, communicate with your homeowner insurance company to verify work listed on their invoices / reports the company sends to your insurance was actually completed and up to "code". (FullServ sends invoices directly to insurance without informing homeowner of details.) Secondly, office staff, plumbers, and workmen don't speak English, or have a very difficult time with English. Most importantly, no communication happens between project manager or workmen to the homeowner concerning daily planned work tasks. So if you want to know if your presence is needed in the house for workmen's arrival, you must call office daily. If you have expensive, irreplaceable art (paintings) or memorabilia, you'd better remove and pack these items yourself in advance; otherwise, they may be damaged by careless removal and packing by the workmen. Finally, one of the plumbers looking for the leak following the "temperature" tool, dug up the tile and concrete, but never found the leaking pipe. A second set of plumbers using a "moisture detection" tool found the leak and repaired it (after several days of jack-hammer noise and destruction by all three plumbers). We made a mistake hiring this company. If you take the risk in hiring them, watch their every move, get everything in writing, communicate daily with your insurance company, and verify their invoices! read more

Worse restoration company out there, do not hire them you will regret it, I had a water leak in my garage so did a research, called a few companies but they were a week out before they could come out to my place so I came across fullserv and they told me they could come out the same day and inspect my water leak, the technician was supposed to be at my place at 12:pm which I took the day off, but he ended up showing up at 7pm so anyway I just wanted my leak fixed so I went with them, so then they told me they would come in the next day to start breaking the concrete, so they didn't show up until 4pm they started breaking the concrete by 7pm they were still working with no luck I had to tell them to leave since I work early in the morning so next day they showed up at 1:30pm, finally they found the leak but they hit another pipe creating two leaks, at this point I'm so mad, at this point I'm there watching every move they make so they tried fixing the leak with push fittings and I told them fix it the way it was which is copper, so they tried welding it with copper fittings with no luck it was still leaking so they went back to the store and brought the the crimping fittings which they worked, so after that they tried to scam my insurance with a big bill which my insurance declined and then they are trying going after me for it as of now, but I have pictures of them wetting my walls making it look like it was part of the water leak damage, so I'm taking them to court I have all my evidence to take these scammers out of business, (Do not make the mistake of I did DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE BIG SCAMMER. read more

I called them to diagnose a leak in my house. Water had accumulated on a counter, which I now know was likely due to a leaky faucet. The person who came told me the leak was behind the wall and they would fix it for free if I used them for any restoration work needed. Long story short, the plumbers they work with came out, cut into my drywall and "fixed" a leak in the pipe. They submitted a report with photos to my insurance company. One photo showed a small perfectly round hole in the pipe behind my wall that they had obviously drilled into, producing a spray of water. The damage that this spray would have caused, had it been that way before, was not evident in the room. The plumber kept insisting that he had detected moisture under my flooring and that the counter needed to be replaced. My insurance company sent out another plumber who assured me that the counter was fine and no moisture could be detected. My insurance company is now investigating Fullserv/Master Plumber for fraud as they have done this with others. Now the company is calling me and asking me to pay $760 for the work they did, including asbestos testing which was not needed as my home was built after asbestos was used in home construction. This has been a nightmare. read more
