When they began servicing my vehicle, they discovered that the drain bolt from a previous oil change (done elsewhere) had damaged the oil pan. Instead of sending me away with a costly repair, they replaced the oil pan, gasket, and drain plug and still completed my oil change--all at no charge!! They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. This could have easily turned into a very expensive situation, but they handled it with integrity and care. I'm extremely grateful for their service and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend this location.

Ordered tires online for my truck. Came in early so they told me to come in. I had already paid for…read moreinstallation online when I bought the tires. When I got there they told me I had to pay for installation again and Walmart would reimburse me. They finished, handed me my keys and said I was good to go. I left, then blew up my phone telling me to come back and pay for installation again. I told them no chance! Jokes on me. 1 day, less then 24hrs later, my valve stem began to leak air out of my brand new tire. I brought it back in and they said they would fix it, but first I needed to pay for the installation again. I'm not joking. I went round and round with the manager and she finally agreed to not charge me again for installation. It still took them longer to fix the valve stem then to put the new tires on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Yes the prices are good but not worth the "S" show!
